Gaved me some of the best tools of my life, learned so much and built a family within... It was my first and only time I went to rehab but it was an amazing first experience that was well worth it and well deserved.

This place literally changed my life. Every staff member, educator, counselor and resource provided is there to genuinely help turn your addiction into your recovery. I spent 21 days at Phoenix inpatient and it was the greatest gift Ive ever given myself.

In depth, full service care center to help struggling addicts like myself combat addiction. On site counseling, support groups, and community support programs. Inpatient and outpatient services, medication assisted recovery options, and an overall dedicated and passionate staff. This place helped me rise from deaths doorstep and into a place of happiness, prosperity, and growth. You will get as much from the resources available as you put in, and you will find a new light in life through the classes and group activities available if you so choose. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am eternally grateful for the routine, spiritual growth, and addiction education I received there.Great staff, many of which went through the program themselves. A Life Changing Place.

Phoenix is a great treatment center for those who are ready for a change. If you are willing to put in the work, they will help you in more ways then you could ever imagine. For the most part the staff is amazing. They do a great job of preparing addicts to become productive members of society. They went above and beyond for me. It may take a little time to get a bed date, but Im glad I chose to go through this program. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone who is stuggling with addiction.

My husband was there and had a bad expierence was kicked out for stepping barley outside the smoking area. I had the directors phone number because she gave it to me when she was my grand sponsor. I texted her asking her to let him stay and they called harassment on us and then said my husband could never come back. Then months later, I set up a bed date with them and couldn’t make it. Then about two months later I come to go to treatment I call tell them my name and they tell me I can do detox and then get a bed and the treatment time in detox will count towards my residential time. Once I get there they told me I could only stay because of what happened with my husband.

Crappy facility, food is decent, no gym, some staff seems under qualified. They will kick you out without hesitation, leave you stranded, and Ron the old gatekeeper is more of a boot giver. I watched him kick out 4 people in 5 days, 4th guy had obviously a mental issue, was a little slow, heavily misunderstood and Gatekeeper did not know any of the real facts and just kicked him out, poor guy is told he needs to leave or cops will be called. He leaves and then Ron goes after him probably realising his mistake but all for naught. Loves rhetoric as well, tricky questions, makes it seem like its right, gets everyone to agree publicly, then in a preacher like emotion give the correct answer and scold the people he tricked into agreeing.. Creating the atmosphere of everyone there is wrong, make them feel weak, its not inspiring, and it does not work, the people that come to rehab may have mental issues that are not assessed/treated fast enough and so for that reason are treated like everyone other addict, a wrong piece of garbage, who can be kicked out at any given moment, over any given thing, and told they literally do not care if you leave. Its almost advocated you leave. Some staff really do care, but most dont, and that most are the ones you spend the most time with.

Normally, I wouldnt post a review, but I wanted to make sure anyone that is doing their SATOP evaluation there beware. All they did was give me a test and went over the test with me. My BA was .12 with no previous history of drugs or alcohol. They didnt sit down to talk with me about my DWI or to get to know me personally. They just followed a 113 question test that decided I was 78% a liar just based on some stupid answers that try to trip you up. Based just on the test, I was told that I needed to be in the level 2 WIP program, where normally DWI recipients with a high BA content or multiple offenders go. I did the WIP at a different location and both counselors there told me I should not have been in that program. I should have been in the 10 hour program. I told them what the counselor at Phoenix told me and both said at different times that she didnt know what she was talking about. I would chose a different program if you need to do SATOP. Otherwise you might end up having to pay more than necessary for your class.
