This place doesnt deserve one star.. very unprofessional place and people. I have had nothing but issues with this place and the people. My paperwork is always misplaced and not in my file. Not to mention, theres always an issue with my test I give. I have paid more money to these people than what my fine was. I wish I would have just took a different route than getting talked in to doing PTI. Everyone makes mistakes. I have definitely learned from mine. They were very nice. I had to take a drug test for my school and they were friendly and helpful, I was a bit nervous at first but their friendly staff put me at ease and walked me through the entire process.

Mr. Alan and mr Cole along with the grad interns are very helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Alan is rude and disrespectful in every way. I really enjoy other staff member too the fullest because they give me the same respect I give them. Alan is degrading, condescending and should not be the first person you meet coming in the door. He keeps my review from being 5 stars. The director is eccentric and a really good people person, I can see he really cares about this profession so it throws me off a little to see someone who is so blatantly inconsiderate.

I was skeptical and resistant to going. However, I did have an open mind when I went. Mr. Cole and the staff are there to help, if you are willing to allow them to. Ive enjoyed the sessions and hope this will aid me and others to get better and be a better person.

The people there are rude especially the fat guy up front he talks to you like your slow and dumb. They never give you your results. Way overpriced.

Rich the director is extremely rude and prejudice and because hes the owner I guess Im just supposed accept it..
