Went here for a scheduled pre-employment DOT physical and was thoroughly dissatisfied. After waiting for almost an hour past my appointment time I was finally brought to a room for the urinalysis where I then waited an additional 45+ minutes but due to another appointment I had to leave and they failed me.

Came in for vaccinations and they gave mine (shipped to them by my company) to the wrong person and have no record of what they injected me with. Stay away from this place

Worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office. The MD here was great, I wish I could rate her separately. The staff here, however, were extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman answering the phones at this time would continually answer, put people on hold, and then socialize with staff and patients about the upcoming weekend or something else unrelated to the job. Anytime I interacted with her she was very short, snide, and pontificating in an intimidating way about specifics regarding the health center, policies, and paperwork. What was so simple, pleasant, easy, and wonderful between the doctor and I shouldve been reflected by the support staff. My experience was the complete opposite.

I came here for a work related injury all the staff are friendly and professional, it’s clean with easy parking. No delays except once! It is a medical facility you don’t know what’s happening. Highly recommend.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! I WAITED THREE HOURS AND THEY TOOK 5 PEOPLE THAT SHOWED UP AFTER ME FOR THE SAME THING. THEY LADY BEHIND THE DESK HAS A BAD ATTITUDE AND THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU CAN!!!!!

Every single time I came here, my wait was over an hour. Very disappointed with their lack of attention. Nobody even bothered to learn my name, even though Ive been here every week for a month now. Every doctor I saw (which was a new one each time) asked the same things, making me believe that they have a HUGE lack of communication. Only 1 doctor actually bothered to do some simple tests to make sure my brain function was normal. Would definitely not recommend coming here.

Horrible customer service. Wrong dates scheduled for appointments, note we have the written cards with wrong info. No calls back, extremely terrible service. Lack of professionalism, and follow through.

Slowest possible office in Colorado Springs without question. The DMV seems like a day at the beach compared to this place!
