As a fellow healthcare worker this was an unacceptable experience. Rude, impatient unwelcoming - literally made me feel like a criminal getting a drug urine test for a job screening. When I was done she squirted soap in my hand, me thinking it was hand sanitizer, then says go in the bathroom and wash, so rudely saying it was soap and literally gave me the coldest stare! By that point I was just so shocked I tuned her out. She ordered me “stand here, don’t leave the bathroom” etc - I get why, but how she said it and treated me was like I was a dog. Both ladies from start to finish in my experience were miserable. I have never, ever treated patients this way as a nurse, so it warranted a review, which I never do.

Have not received ny results. Can not talk to a really person.

Felicia went out of her way to find former test results; get information to my doctor; look up fax numbers. She was such a faith-filled person that it was uplifting to do business with her.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Extremely rude. Had an appointment but still getting walk ins called in front of me. They couldnt receive my order so I ended up leaving without a blood draw. They are not helpful. Another man kept trying to ask them where to find the order number for his blood draw and they rudely kept telling him to wait his turn and slammed the door. I understand that health care workers are under a lot of stress right now. We are not cattle. We are people.

Inept! The tech that helped me had to re-enter my info 4 different times and I spent 2 hours sitting there waiting for her to fix herself. Go to a different location!!!

Checking into a kiosk is definitely weird and feels kind of cold, but overall I have had only good experiences here. I have never had to wait very long and everyone I have dealt with has been very warm, professional and skilled. The location is convenient for me as well.

Im sorry but the fact I cant even get in touch with the actual site I have an appointment with to explain i will be a little late and if that is ok is pathetic. Even when I got in touch with the nationwide call center they couldnt get in touch with the site either. My wife just had surgery yesterday and hasnt woken up yet and I cant leave until she is up and has her meds and I know is ok. The fact that all these testing sites are money makers you can afford to have 2 people there to answer phones. Always hated this company and always will.Update: The people inside were very nice and I was able to be seen right away which was lucky. When I got out of my screening there was about 6 people waiting. I really like the employees but it is still frustrating to not be able to communicate with the specific place I was scheduled to take my screening at.

Easy check in, minimal wait (did not have an appointment) and friendly, competent technician.

Sitting here at 0700 for my 0700 appointment. The office is not even open. Complete waste of time. Go somewhere else

Super easy check in with the text check in. They had the results to my doctor with in two business days.

I was nervous because the poor reviews. Our appointment was at 9:15 for my 3 yr old. We were seen by 9:30. Both women working were so kind and great with my kids! I will definitely return to this location if ever needed.

People there are nice, however, 2 months later still haven’t received lab test results. No way to get a live person on the phone. I had to drive over there just to find out I have to call a toll free number to request the results. Toll free number is the same awful phone system. Never using them again.

Been waiting for an hour and 15 minutes to get blood drawn. I feel like I’m walking into a sauna of COVID. No solid answers just we will get with you soon!

Check-in is super fast, the staff is always friendly & theres very little to no wait time.

If I could give fewer stars I would. This place is a joke. I come in approximately every 4 weeks to drop off labs for a hospice patient. My time (because of my patients needs) is valuable. To have to sit an wait 15 min, just to drop off a blood draw is ridiculous. Have a better system Qwest! Its my recommendation to the owners of the company to drop Quest and their lack of customer service.

I have been here twice now. I have always been greeted politely and made to feel welcomed. The girls are always very attentive and nice to me. They always seem very happy and get along well. I have really grown attached to Candice. Even though she has only drawn my blood the last two times, I feel like I have known her forever. She is so personable, as are all the girls. So sorry to see her go, but happy she will be living near her family again. Great experiences for me. Glad this location is so close to my home.

Everyone has always been friendly and efficient. Id prefer checking in with a real person vs. the kiosk.... but Im old school.

Was a little nervous, because I didnt have an appointment for my 1-hour glucose test, but showed up just before they opened on Saturday. Got checked in (2nd person there) & was called back right away. I was helped by Samantha & Terry--both were very friendly & quick! Love the electronic check-in, & the staff are awesome!! I have been here one time previously for blood work with an appointment & had just as nice of an experience then also. Will use this location again for sure!

Went in without an appointment after 10:00 am (they do say on their website that they arent as busy after 10), signed in, and five minutes later they called me. The phlebotomist was very quick and efficient and answered all my questions. In and out in 10 minutes on a Wednesday, and I got my results Friday!

I went in on a Wednesday for a drug screening and I had an appointment at 10. There was only one other person in the waiting room. I was called back within 2 minutes. And finished my screening within 10. The lady was very nice.

Honestly, if you take the couple of minutes to make an appointment, you seem to get right in. The people have always been friendly, minor issues have always been resolved quickly and weve had only pleasant experiences. They are convenient and efficient. Give em a try!

Extremely rude staff member yelled from the door back by saying, Who just signed 4 minutes ago. You didnt put your name or what you were here.When we said we had just signed in, but we put the name. Then she blurted out in front of other patients, Which one of you is it, and what are you here for? Which completely violates hippa.We addressed how unprofessional she was treating us, and it was nothing but excuses from her that she had to do that because she didnt know who was here or why. She was rude and full of attitude whenever she spoke to us.It was a Saturday and had we had other options we would have just gotten up and left that facility. We will never go back to that facility unless it is the only option again.

Horrible experience! I learned the hard way what happens when you try to go in on a Saturday without an appointment. I checked in and was told there was 3 people ahead of me. That was fine. Then I got to wait an hour and 20 minutes. Only 2 people working and the lady who drew my blood hurt me. A week later and I still have a nice bruise. That has never happened to me before. Not planning on using them ever again!

Definitely do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment, especially if you come in on a Saturday! The wait time has been ridiculous for walk ins (over an hour) all of the times Ive come here.I was informed that fewer staff are scheduled to work on Saturdays, which is the reason why they get so backed up. And they dont have anyone at the front desk to answer questions or help if you need anything (check in is self done via a computer), so youre just stuck waiting until your name is called. I saw one patient start tapping on the glass that leads to the back when an employee came into view, and the employee blatantly ignored the patient. They really need to hire more staff to help address these issues. Ive seen many a patient get up and leave in a huff, and for good reason!

Not a good experience. Sent my father-in-law here for blood work needed by his doctor. No human contact or anyone to talk to - only computers to greet you and sign in. My father-in-law has hearing loss and wears hearing aids. Didnt hear is name called....so he sat forever. When he had a living person to talk to, they were rude, said his name was called and were annoyed by his loss of hearing. No consideration or thought to how they can better service their customers - his problem. When he explained he was hearing impaired and didnt hear them, they didnt care one bit. So sad...our elders should be treated better!!! Hes surly not the first or last customer to come in with hearing aids.

This is the worst place I’ve ever been to and I get a lot of bloodwork done. I’ve been waiting an hour. There were 2 people ahead of me when I walked in. One left because by the time they called in 1 person 2 appointments walked in which means they get in before the walk ins. This is the slowest place I’ve ever been to in my life!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible Customer Service - Lab Technician states they stop taking test at 3:30.....website states 4:00. Following day its possible to schedule an appointment for 3:45. Lets see....is the Lab Technician LYING

Not thrilled about rushing over after work to make it before closing at 4:30, went to open the door and it was locked. I know how annoying it is to get someone at closing time but if your sign says 4:30, you need to be open until 4:30.

I was there for an employment drug test, had to wait 45 minutes, not fun. I saw another guy who came and did not know to check in electronically. When he asked about taking the drug test, it was at one minute after 4:00 and they refused to allow him to take it & did not seem to care.

Rude and unaccomodating. Screening without appointment on a Tuesday was quick.

The person that did my test was very rude. I get that some people try to alter their tests but you dont need to treat everyone that comes in like a criminal trying to hide something.

Had to wait in line for an hour to drop off a sample. They lied to me several times that theyd fit me in earlier.

Appointment was for 7:15 am got here at 7:00 am because that is when they are supposed to open. Its 7:15 and no one in site . Doors still locked

Twice Ive been sent home because theyve missed the hour window to give me my glucose drink. Ineffecient and it seems like there is only ever one person working in this entire office. They have no front desk receptionist to even converse with.

They are rude and slow I was suppose to simply drop off my sons poop sample and the guy was slow unprofessional and uncaring I would not recommend coming here if your in a hurry.

Horrible service! They never answer their office phone, ever! If you have questions on the visit youll never get an answer.
