Springs Dentistry is the best in the dental business. My family has been going here for 20 years, and even came back after an insurance change to pay out of pocket to continue seeing Dr. Lydiatt at one point. I would recommend Dr. Lydiatt and the Springs Dentistry team to anyone.

I had a great experience getting a new crown with Dr. Nye. She kept me informed (on what she was doing) throughout the whole procedure and was very thorough and professional throughout the process. I was very impressed! One of the most pleasant experiences Ive had at a dentist office.

Dr. Nye came in and did an examination, recommending a crown for a cracked tooth and a filling to a small cavity. This office is excellent! I recently cracked my tooth and needed a crown. I called and they got me right in and the process was smooth and painless. Dr. Duru was very thorough and does excellent work. Alli and my hygienist were so fun to work with and knowledgeable and the ladies at the front were so helpful and got me in quickly. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!

My first appointment with Springs Dentistry couldnt have been better. My Dental Assistant was very kind and was very thorough in everything she did. When I met Dr. Lydiatt, he was friendly and honest and didnt recommend any unnecessary treatment. (as has been my past experience in other offices) I felt as though the office treated me professionally and I will definitely be back.

We just moved to Colorado Springs during the pandemic and had to find a new dentist for all 6 of us! So happy we called Springs Dentistry, they were super patient on the phone as we booked 6 appointments. I first visited Springs Dentistry about 2 years ago (2018) and have had all my dental work done there since. The office staff are professional, friendly, and proficient. My dental tech, Sarah, is superb. Sarah shares her years of professional training and experience to help me best maintain the health of my teeth. Dr. Duru is all aces, a 5-star care provider. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and a true patient caring dentist. I highly recommend her and Springs Dentistry.

Ive been going here for about 13 years now and Ive always loved my interactions with all the staff. Recently I came in after a long hiatus due to a natural inclination to avoid the dentist, like most of you out there. They fixed my filling that fell out and also fixed another cavity. The only pain I felt was the slight pinch of the novocaine shot and that was it. I came back a week later and they fixed 3 more cavities. Again, virtually no pain. Dr. Lydiatt is a smooth operator and handles a drill like the Bob Ross of dentistry. Patricia was there as well and she is as cool as a summer breeze off the Rockies. The ladies at the reception desk have a personality that immediately puts you at ease and helps alleviate your anxiety. Plus, they have plenty of awards that they proudly flaunt on the wall and for good reason. Long story short, stop avoiding the dentist and come here. Youll be glad you did. One less thing to cross off on the list of Adulting. Also, Dr. Lydiatt looks like Jim Carrey and I think thats great.

We needed to get in for new patient appointments and they got us in within two weeks when they are usually booked up for a while. Heather was my hygienist and she was wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through anything that might be painful or uncomfortable. I also had to bring my very timid child with me. She did not like seeing mommy with all these strange things in her mouth. We had at least three staff members come and try to help comfort her while she was getting used to the environment. They were all so loving and sweet. Dr. Nye was very thorough and she actually had the hygienist take pictures of the problems that I needed fixed so I could see it. The front desk staff are so friendly and pleasant. Overall great experience.Edit: I just went in for my filling. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had with fillings. They were very up front and apologetic about extra costs that they didn’t foresee. Dr. Nye was very conscientious of my comfort during the process.

I was referred to Dr Nye with a broken tooth. From the minute you walk in the door you feel welcomed. Dr Nye was very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable through the entire crown prepping process. She was genuinely interested in me and my dental care. First visit here on a sat at 8am. I waited for 3 min and was called back. I had heather as my hygienist. She was absolutely wonderful. One of the best I have been to. The doctor was so thorough and very caring. I highly recommend Springs dentistry.

Ten years ago when I first moved to the Springs this was 100% the place that was recommended. I had a fair bit of work done in the years I lived there but after I moved out of the area and decided to go with a dentist nearer to my home than make the long drive. I leave this review as someone who never thought the work left anything to be desired but in the five years since most all of the work done (some right away, other things more recent) has proven to not hold up to the test of time. One crown didn’t even last 5 years required by insurance to pay on a bee one (less than 3) resulting in 1,100 out of pocket and another only made it to the 6 year mark. I am someone with very regular cleanings and overall my current dentist was a bit surprised at the failures of more than one crown when they should last between 5 and 15 years. If you plan to stay nearby and have them fix the work if/when it fails then yes the dentists are personable and the office staff very competent. If you are military or may move for other reasons where you can’t have them fix it and need crowns and such... I would not recommend it.

The perfect dentist. One of my friends referred me to the Springs Dentistry after some questionable work from my previous dentist. Less than 24 hours after calling I was in the seat being cared for. Dr. Duru and staff have been fantastic during each visit. They even do same day crowns! The attention to detail, care, and support has far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend my closest family / friends to this office for any dental needs.

I found this amazing practice last November and cannot recommend them enough! I see Dr. Lydiatt myself and think he’s the bees knees! Pat is typically the one I like to have do my fillings but I just had a very kind experience with Jamie with whom my daughter also has had a great experience. Alisha did my fist cleaning in ten years, it was not easy for either of us but it had to be done, and I know my home office now. These people care! They are kind, offer advice, and I’ve never been in a dentist office where I’ve heard so much laughter (no I don’t think it has anything to do with the gas😊). If you’re looking for a new dentist look no further than Springs Dentistry. Even amidst the chaos we’re all experiencing they’ve gotten my daughter and I in for appointments in reasonable amounts of time. For my last cleaning they were short hygienists so Dr Duru came in and did it herself! She was gentle and a very nice person to get to know as well. So having now experienced 2 of the Doctors at this establishment I feel justified in saying they’re the BEST!!

Ive been coming to this practice since I was a kid (over 30yrs). All the Drs and Staff are Amazing! My most recent visit was to bring my 6 and 4yr old in for cleanings. It was a great experience for them, they are even excited for their next cleanings!

I know that it seems like a word thing to say that I LOVE going to my dentist office but its so true with this dentist! I absolutely LOVE Lydiatt and Duru Family Dentistry! They always give the best service, they have reasonable prices and truly do whats best for the customer. I see Dr. Lydiatt but have worked with most of their staff and they are all amazing. I took both of my nieces for cleanings. Sara did a great job so patiently showing my niece how to brush better with her new braces. My niece is oddly excited about the special floss threader she was given and so proud that Sara was so impressed that she had been using her water pick at home. My 5 year old niece saw Alicia who was equally as excellent and made my little feel so comfortable and she gave her yummy hippo cake flavor to clean her teeth. She told the principal first thing when I took them back to school! Thank you ladies!!

They are caring and conscientious and dedicated to doing right by their patients. Furthermore, you will never feel up-charged by this dental group. They provide honest, very competitive pricing with numerous treatment option offered if possible.More specifically, Dr.Nye and her dental teammate Bre, who placed two molar crowns for me, raise dental work to an art form. They work wonderfully together in a meticulous way to ensure every details is done to perfection while never over looking the comfort of the patient. Top shelf for sure.

I had Vie as my dental hygienist from the first day I started going to this office (4+ years). I enjoyed my experience with her so much that I always scheduled my next appointment around her schedule to ensure I would have her. I saw Vie for every appointment I had during this 4+ years. The past three visits I have had a different hygienist. The first of the three is because Vie had broken her leg. I am assuming the other two were random selections. I had a pleasant experience with these three hygienists, but my appointment yesterday (12/04) made me feel like I had Vie back. Gina was my hygienist for my appointment yesterday, and she was wonderful! As long as she is working there, she will be my new go to hygienist! She was so great! She is a natural with the dentistry tools. Even in spots that needed a little extra love, to put it lightly, she was great at making it not be uncomfortable. Thank you Gina! I came to Springs Dentistry a couple of years ago seeking emergent care, after treatment from another practice left me in pain and fear of returning. Springs Dentistry got me in the same day. The receptionist, the dental assistant and Dr. Nye were all very compassionate and kind. Dr.Nye AND Dr. Lydiatt evaluated my condition and provided not only pain relief, but a relief that I was in a place where everyone cared and knew what they were doing!!Dr. Nye is my dentist and shes the best dentist I have ever had! She and her assistant, Bre are patient, kind and friendly, while also being highly skilled. They work with me to try and get the best treatment for my budget and never pressure me nor make me feel guilty for not choosing the most expensive option. (as other dentists have) I cant say enough about how great it is to have a dentist and a whole practice that I can trust to do the very best that can be done!.

Our family started going to Lydiatt and Duru a year ago. After the first visit, we were confident we had found the most amazing dentist in Dr. Lydiatt! The initial cleanings were very thorough and the technician Sue was incredibly diligent in her assessment of our oral needs. However, on the next visits, we began to notice some things about this practice. One of our children needed a filling, and the work was done by a technician. The doctor never even checked to see how things were going. The next round of cleanings were not as thorough and in one case the technician said she had to leave to pick up her children from school, so the cleaning was not completed. Six months ago, we made our next appointments and just yesterday received a call saying that the office had decided to cut their summer hours and that we would have to reschedule our appointments, yet, there were no times available for us to come in! When we expressed concern over this, they offered to have a technician come in special on a Saturday on a date when our family will be on vacation for the summer. Our appointments were originally scheduled two weeks from now, and they just called to tell us they couldnt accommodate us? I think the general impression we have had is that the place is run like a meat market, the staff could care less about their patients and the doctors dont seem to do any doctoring. We have already found another dentist closer to our home, and are hopeful of a much greater experience there. We cannot recommend Lydiatt and Duru.

Lydiatt and Duru Family Dentistry is awesome! By far the most thorough, excellent dental care myself and my family have received. They truly care about us as patients, our experience, and are a pleasure to work with. Dr. Duru is exactly what anyone would want in a dentist. Shes very friendly and its easy to discern she has the best dental training available. All the hygienists are amazing as well. I visited for the first time last week. I found the staff very professional and understanding.My only drawback is I was offered dental insurance and opted to purchase the plan. Unbeknowst to me the insurance is only applicable at Springs Dentistry. Some of the work will be deferred to another office and the insurance cannot be used.

We have been going to Springs Dentistry for over 17 years. Terry is our hygienist and is super friendly and a true profession! I would recommend to anyone.

The staff was friendly and engaging. I decided to give them a try for my cleaning, and Tori did a great job, she let me know exactly what was going on and showed me visually where my dental hygiene was deficient and how I can improve my dental health even more. The Doctor I saw (Dr Nye) was equally knowledgeable and helpful in showing me what things I was doing well, and what areas I could improve on. I now have peace of mind about my dental health and will be using Lydiatt and Duru FD in the future.

My husband and I have been going to Lydiatt and Duru for 16 years. We have had several dental services over the years, we have been very happy with the results. Now we have our cleaning done every 6 months because they have taken such good care of us. The staff is always friendly and helpful. My favorite dental assistant is Susie, she is very good at everything she does.

I had the same dentist my whole life until moving to the springs so I was nervous but I found these guys by recommendation and after 7 years it has been nothing but pleasant experiences.These guys are fun and friendly and always informative. I’ve had the same procedure maybe 7 times and it wasn’t until them that I was told what they were doing step by step.Dentistry is an easy thing to get wrong and a hard thing to make pleasant but these guys nail it. You won’t be disappointed.

What an amazing establishment. Called Saturday with an emergency after my tooth cracked in half and felt like the nerve was exposed- super painful! Not only did they work me in , Dr. Savage numbed me up quickly to get me out of pain while I was worked in between patients. Very calming , reassuring staff! The work done was top notch and done to Perfection . It’s apparent they are like this with every patient as you can hear how thorough and claiming they are with EACH patient in adjacent rooms . Thank you for the amazing work and wonderful staff for staying late Saturday just to care for me . If I could give 10 stars I would !

Nice to be back with Dr. Lydiatt! I was thrilled when I noticed he was under our new dental plan.There were some changes with the office like new and more advance items on the comprehensive exam prior to my appointment with the hygienist. And even though some of the faces have changed in the staffing it is still a very professional, friendly staff willing to help with any need or concern.

I was recently seen in the office for a dental procedure. Dr. Nye and her team, Bre Aunna and Allison, were exceptional. This was hands down the best dental experience I have ever had. Being new to the Colorado Springs area, I was in need of a dentist. I received a recommendation from my sister who highly recommended this dentist office.Upon my visit I found the office staff to be friendly, informative, and willing to answer all my questions. The hygienist, Sarah was just the same. She did an amazing job of checking to see if I was o.k. and told me about each step she was completing. Then Dr. Duru came in and was just as helpful as her staff. She too answered all my questions, informed me about what she was doing, and frequently checked to make sure I was doing well.Thus, I have found my new and forever dentist. Dr. Lydiatt is a great dentist who is very personable and gets to know his patients. My kids love him and all of the hygienists.I wouldnt recommend anyone else.

This was BY FAR the best experience I have had at a dentist office. Not only were the staff super friendly, they were super thorough. I am a horrible flosser, but I can now say I have flossed almost everyday for the past month since my appointment. They took the time to educate me and they have a computer system in front of you, so they can highlight for you the exact areas they are working on. I had a couple of watch spots that my previous dentist wanted to fill and I was skeptical on whether they really needed done. Dr. Lydiatt did not find any reason to fill them at this time- that is how I knew I could trust him!! Dr. Nye is also WONDERFUL- amazing patient care and a beautiful smile. I am super pleased with my experience at this office! They are a fantastic group of people. The front desk has a way of making each individual feel so welcome!

Ive never had any other hygienist do that with me. Also, the receptionists are always polite, professional, friendly, and accommodating.2. Upfront care. I left my other dentist because there were more and more treatments that were not covered by my insurance and I felt like they were mandatory for my care. Everyone here is so friendly! We met Dr. Duru and a couple of the other staff members at their booth at the St. Jude Walk to End Childhood Cancer. We were looking for a new dentist, and thought well, these people obviously have a great community ethic! Not only that, but Linda gave me the best cleaning I’ve had in a long time. I also appreciated the way she took the time to explain what she was doing - screening for cancer, checking my gum lines, checking for bone loss, etc. I’m sure my old dentist probably was doing these things (?) but he never explained any of it, so how would I know? I’m glad it was so easy to find my new dentist as it was not something I was looking forward to doing.

I have been going to Dr Lydiatt for the past 10 years and he is wonderful! I recently moved across town and still wont change where I go to the dentist. I prefer to drive 30 min to know I am going to someone I trust and enjoy! I have been going to this office for regular dental care for years now, and the care and customer service is great! Everyone is welcoming and caring, from the billing personnel, front desk personnel, hygienists, dental assistants, and Dr. Lydiatt himself. I have also seen Dr. Duru for a problem with a cavity, and she was excellent as well-addressed my problem quickly, took care of it, and gave me specific instruction on what to expect and how to get help if needed after hours. They are always willing to help, can get you in quickly for any problems, and somehow always run on time. Highly recommend!

I am particularly happy with the fact that they can fabricate crowns and avoid the need for the long wait and temporary that I had to deal with years ago.

Dr. Lydiatt has been my dentist for the past 3+ years, but I have been a patient of the practice for longer. Dr. Lydiatt has a welcoming smile, always greats me and makes me feel comfortable. Vie, is SUPER AWESOME!! She is very welcoming, remembers things you talked about at your last visit, and asks how things are going now. The whole office treats you like family and not a patient. Whether you are looking for a dentist, to change dentists, or a dentist that makes you feel like you are family I highly recommend going to see the people over at Lydiatt and Duru.

I have never had such a thorough and informative checkup and cleaning. My hygienist, Lynda, was extremely knowledgeable, gave an overview of what the appointment would entail and how long it would take, and her manner was pleasant and her work on my teeth gentle and thorough. I came to Dr. Lydiatt throughout middle and high school. When I moved out of Colorado Springs I had to find new dentist offices and none of them compared to Dr. Lydiatts team.When I moved back into the area I was relieved to be back with a great group of people.Everyone is professional, friendly and informative. The office is always clean, they explain what theyre doing and why and most of all they make you feel like they really care about your teeth and gum health.

Dr Jessica Duru is phenomenal. For years I went to a place where I barely even knew who my dentist was. I only went because my hygienist was so nice. Now, at Springs Dentistry I see Dr Duru everytime Im there and shes very kind and professional. The staff is also very kind and clearly know what theyre doing. Ive found my dentist until I move or die.

Jessica Duru and the whole office is amazing! From the minute you walk in you are greeted with smiles. They walk you through everything and when I was getting my teeth done, they tell you what they are going to do every step of the way. Which is a plus as I already have anxiety going to the dentist. Im so happy to have found a dentist office I can call home.

Great staff. Very friendly and considerate. Handle appointments and insurance in a very competent and customer-friendly manner. They came in on a Sunday evening to see my sons abscessedtooth and got him medication and an oral surgeon appointment at 0730 the following morning. My family has been with this office for 10 years and would never consider changing.

Over the past 25 years I have dreaded going to the dentist. Ive found that most appointments they find numerous problems and I have felt judged as a result.For the first time in my life I found a dentist that cares. Dr. Nye and Anja treated me extremely well. While they found some issues due to my neglect Dr. Nye made me feel at ease through the process. I had to have quite a bit done but had almost no discomfort, including when she administered the local anesthesia. She is personable, and relational. I know as a team they really care about my dental success. Wish Google had a sixth star to check. I actually cant wait until my 6 mo cleaning!

I have been seeing Dr. Lydiatt here for 5+ years, and I love this office! I even switched my kids over from their pediatric dentist because the dentist there was always pushing me to have services done that my kids didnt need or before they were old enough. Here they dont pressure for any extra services or procedures, and they are great with my kids. The office is very clean, and Lynn at the front desk is fantastic! Makes going to the dentist....enjoyable...?!!

Wow, this dentist office is fantastic! From the moment you walk in you are greeted in a warm and welcoming way. Everyone I encountered was exceptionally kind (office staff, hygienist and dentist!) My hygienist was Vi and she did an outstanding job explaining everything toothy that she was doing and what I can do better at home. I definitely recommend Lydiatt and Duru Family Dentistry for your dental work!

This is THE best Dentist office in Colorado Springs. Ive been coming here for over a year and a half now and have felt like family since day one. Every single person that works here actually cares about you AND your oral health. Sit in the office and just listen to they way that each person talks to other customers and you can tell the amount of focus that this team puts into the way they treat people. You rarely see this type of great culture mixed in with such a great customer focus, but you do here. Bring your whole family here you wont be disappointed.

I just recently starting coming here for dental work, and I have no intentions of ever going anywhere else! These guys are phenomenal my dental hygienist Linda was incredibly nice and helpful and didnt mind answering my questions. $238 for JUST xrays and an exam. They didnt even clean my teeth and they charged me that much. This place is a scam and a massive rip off. Run as far away from these so called dentists as you can and find a real one that is interested in cleaning teeth and not trying to ram some plan down your throat to make things cheaper. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy!

My family has been going to see Dr. Lydiatt for over 8 years. Our experience has been fantastic. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids enjoy coming to the dentist which makes it so easy on me. I highly recommend Dr. Lydiatt.
