We have been going to prestige dental for several years now. They are friendly and truly care about your needs. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with a tv and water/Gatorade while you wait. We have never had to wait very long though. They work with people that have anxiety about the dentist. They work at your pace and can provide medication to take the edge off.

Just finished my first procedure with Prestige. I would 100% recommend this dental office to everyone. I have crazy dental anxiety and hadnt seen a dentist in a decade - everyone who helped with my treatment today was wonderful. Deep cleaning was painless. So thankful I found this office of caring folks to treat me.

I had a crown break off and take my tooth with it right at the gum line. Extractions and these more complicated procedures are not done at my regular dentist so I did a Google search. Prestige popped up so I called them. Their front desk staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The dental assistant was very personable and Dr. Bull has to be one of the kindest, most up front and comforting dentist I have ever worked with. He treated me as though my time is valuable and even though this was my first time in his office he did the extraction the very same day. He did everything to make me comfortable and checked on me and talked through the procedure. Everyone I met in the office seemed genuine and happy. I will continue to see Dr. Bull and will bring my family in as well.

I cant say enough about this place. The level of professionalism and compassion is out of this world. Dr Bull is a class act and its obvious he is passionate about his practice.

What a great experience it has been getting my implants at Prestige Dental. Everyone there is so helpful from the front desk folks to the dental assistants in back. Dr Rogers is so very friendly and personable. He never minds taking that few extra couple of minutes to explain things and he genuinely cares how Im doing. It has been a long process but for the most part it was all painless and easy. If I had to do it all again I would, but only with Prestige Dental and Dr Rogers!

Ive been coming here for 2 years to get all my dental work done...I really like the sedation dentistry cause I have really bad anxiety. Dr Bull has taken good care of my mouth restoring my teeth with crowns and birdges

I suggested to a family member to go here after hearing Dave Ramsey explain that they were doing implants for under $1000.00. After her visit she came home with a 12K quote so I called and asked what happened to the $1000 implants and I was told that it’s only for the post, nothing else. What kind of get you in the door and then slam you with a bunch of other fees scam is that? If you advertise implants for under a grand then do it! I will never go here and I was planning on having 4-6 implants done myself. I will tell anyone who will listen about this experience so hopefully they can’t scam anyone else. Shame on you Dave Ramsey for airing a commercial that gives people false hope and shame on you prestige!!If you air a commercial like that don’t hide behind technicalities because you’re going to make a bunch of people very upset. 12 K for 3 implants and a few pulled teeth? Go pound sand!

This office is wonderful. Everyone that I had contact with was nice and very knowledgeable about what they do. The receptionists always have a friendly smile and explain the paperwork and financial side. I had a bunch of problem teeth that I knew needed to come out and get dentures. The tech explained everything so well. The day of my surgery I was so nervous. Dr. Bull was very friendly and has a great bedside manner. The person who makes the dentures really knows what she is doing. The temporary dentures looks so good I had people thinking they were the permanent dentures. The woman who works at adjusting the dentures really knew what she was working with. I had complete trust in her. My permanent dentures have given me a smile that I havent had for 25 yrs! Thank you all so much. I have already recommended this office to friends.

If i could give a billion stars... I WOULD!! I have never, in my 30 years of life, walked into a dentist office unnafraid. Lol i HATE THE DENTIST! from the moment the DA came and got me from the waiting room, it was almost like a wave of ease covered my body! She was the coolest, funniest, most entertaining DA i have ever spoke to. And the atmosphere was so comforting and relaxing. I lost a very good portion of my teeth due to a horrifying 27 rounds of chemo and radiation i endured. Cancer took my hair, my energy, my pride, my confidence, my relationship, and my smile. I have been depressed for months because of it! When that dentist walked in and looked at my teeth he did everything in his power to make me feel happy. The entire process was easy and painless (which is saying a lot since most of my teeth are pretty much just exposed nerves at this point!!) I cannot WAIT to start the process of getting my brand new beautiful smile! Thank you Prestige Dental for building my confidence and giving me something to truly look forward to!! You guys ROCK and definetely will be the first dentist office that i will actually recommend to whoever i can! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOUUU!!!

Prestige Dental Centers has been a great dental office. They are kind compassionate and do great work. I am writing this review because I do want to give a shout out to the new Dental Hygienist, Diana, I have never had my teeth cleaned more thoroughly and gently, she is a great addition to the office, much better than the former girl.

After decades of mouth pain, ongoing and extensive, dental work I found myself at Prestige Dental and in need of corrective surgery, implant replacement and just some hope that I would not be stuck with a costly set of dentures that did not fit, were not fully functional and had not solved my lifelong dental issues. EVERYONE at Prestige was kind, friendly and informative. I very quickly made me feel cared for as if I was an important patient to them. They laid out a treatment plan for me and gave me options for doing what had to be done now and what could be deferred to a later date to help with my finances. Discounts were also available based on the choices I made about how much to do and how I paid them. The best part is they gave me a realistic picture of the time and energy it would take to get my mouth and dentures to a place where they would more than just attractive but very comfortable and strong. No matter how many questions I asked, no matter how many times I needed to come in for adjustments or checkups, they were welcoming, gentle and understanding. Here I am 4 years later. Everyone, ft desk, hygienists, assistants, the docs, everyone seems like they love working here and it makes for a very positive experience. My cleaning was awesome and just today, I had a crown installed with virtually no pain and it fits PERFECTLY. I am already looking forward to my next exam!

I love the atmosphere at Prestige Dental Center. The staff is always so helpful and nice. Dr. Sterling Rogers is an outstanding dentist. He is very friendly and very kind and attentive. Danny the denture guy changed my life. I had 2 bad sets made elsewhere, and that dentist made me feel like dentures would never work for me.I came to prestige very depressed about my look and lack of ability to eat right.Danny was warm, friendly, attentive. He heard my concerns, this was a big deal. The whole process was super fast, and I actually cried when I saw my new smile (first complete set in 4 years since the removals). Danny knows his trade like a great artist.I can speak, sing, chew, and smile. My whole life was brighter, and I am ever grateful.Danny, thank you for everything!

Dave Ramsey recommended them so I figured I would try them out. I went in for an implant, and they were fantastic from start to finish. Little to no wait times for my appointments. The entire staff was super cool and personable. Best experience I have ever had with dental work. The person putting on the crown (another business) told me that whoever completed the implant did a fantastic job. Im not sure Prestige does general dentistry. but if so I am probably going to switch over to them.

Im a very satisfied patient of Dr. Rogers and his staff. Ive been terrified of dentists for many years due to some awful childhood experiences. I communicated this to Dr. Rogers and his staff before my treatment and all involved were especially gentle and kind with me. With the implants I received, I have a smile that is beautiful and confident, for the first time in my life. I confidently endorse this office and recommend it often. Having recently moved over 100 miles from the office, I still plan to use Dr. Rogers as my dentist.

After the horrific treatment I received by my own dentist and the Orthodontist trying to have this work done for over 2 years and thousands later for nothing. I was scared to death, immediately Tiffany and Dr Rogers put me at ease. Then Edwina and Wendy continued to reassure my future apmts and care plan. Thank you all for the amazing customer service but for more accommodating my insurance, but mostly for treating me like family! I wish everyone could come from NJ to have their work done by you!! I know I have more F/Us and more flights but it is so very much worth it!!!I will finally have my smile back when all is done!!! Love you guys!!

Would rate 0 if possible! I have honestly never encountered such a rude staff at any facility in my life. My mother suffers from short term memory loss and I am her healthcare proxy and am permitted to speak upon her behalf. She needed full extractions of her upper half & dentures input. Information was relayed to my mother that should not have been due to her not remembering, I called back in to have that same information related to me because I was confused & they instantly told me that they were not going to see my mother in their office. I asked why? They told me that they did not need to provide a reason. Unprofessional staff who do not want to do their job and would rather dismiss their customers and leave them to fend for themselves.

The staff is lovely! Kind, efficient and genuinely caring. Dr Bull... THAT MAN KNOWS HOW TO PULL A TOOTH!!! Seriously, fastest, least painful extraction Ive ever had! I am prepping for dentures soon and I have to say after this last extraction by him... Im not even nervous anymore. I know I am in good hands!

Unlike in the past years, there was always only one person who did my complete cleaning. This time there were two new individuals (not my usual person....Deb) conducting my cleaning and I felt there was minimal communication between them. I thought I should have been informed that my regular person was not doing the cleaning.I thought it odd that the polishing happened first before the detailed cleaning. Also, no one did the precancerous test with my lymph nodes or under my tongue. Also, they did not check each tooth and grade it with a 2-3-4 or whatever numbers are used. I asked about this and told new procedures and not required to do each time. Hmmmmmm......Overall, I felt not quite “as home”, my appointment not as thorough and missing the personal touches.Lastly, Dr. Bull came in to check me who is not my dentist and who I have never met and I asked for Dr. Rogers, my dentist.

I was so hesitant to actually show up for my appointment because of badly needed dental care. I didnt want to be judged. Dr Rogers and Tiffany are the absolute best at making.me feel welcome and comfortable with my situation. Am looking forward to obtaining a new smile. ❤

Staff at Prestige here in Pueblo were truly generous and seemed to understand my needs as a new client. My visits there were timely, and while I notice that the dentures are thin in structure and some teeth can be seen from the base lining, in final my dentures were made nicely. I was able to express to the worker my wishes, for instance; I requested bigger teeth, and they were aligned correctly because of some crookedness of my mouth. Thank you everybody!

It had been a long time (about 7 years), since I had been to the dentist, and I never liked going to the dentist anyway. I had never been to Prestige before and hadnt seen Dr. Rogers previously, but I wasnt looking forward to my first appointment.To make a long story short, this office, their staff, and Dr. Rogers may change my opinion about going to the dentist. They have an extremely friendly and helpful staff at all levels. When it came to the exam, it was by FAR the most gentle Ive ever had.All I can say is thank you to the entire group and to tell other people of the great doctors and staff at Prestige Dental.

My husband and I have been spending quite a bit of time in Colorado Springs. This is not our home town, which is important to this review. I had some dental issues and Prestige was so kind they got me an appt that day. The staff and doctor are the best I have ever had. They are all so very nice, kind and most of all gentle. I am considering changing them to my full time dentist. I think it would be worth the 3 hour drive.

Dr Rogers is so kind and the staff is very friendly and proficient. I was in and out quickly. I had 6 crowns done. No pain, no stress and I felt that I the most important patient of the day.

Walking in and being greeted like a friend starts to relax you and help you feel at home. Once in the back everyone is very professional and happy. The staff really enjoys what they do.

Had all my teeth pulled to have implants put in on 5-2-18. I absolutely love this dentist. I am not a fan of dentist so coming from me that goes a long ways. They are very caring wonderful people and I would recommend them to anyone that is thinking about dentures implants or any dental work. Doctor Rodgers is a very caring and kind human being. He called me on my way home from the dentist to make sure I was doing ok. Thats the kind of people they are. A true caring dentist.

They generally care for their patients. They want whats best for you and they want you as comfortable as possible. The nurses are gentle. They dont jab at you with the tools like other dental centers do. They are very fast and efficient as well. If you need pullings, dentures, or implants i highly suggest calling!

Excellent experience, looking forward having my implants done after dealing with a partial denture for 15 years +++.2/20/2019: My has implants are about 2 months old and they feel great!!! Follow up cleaning & charting today. Great work and looking forward to continued work with crowns and more implants.

I liked the staff, the dentist and the facility. I had two teeth surgically removed and am going back for restoration. The business office is very clear about the costs involved with the procedures the doctor recommends and goes over them personally with you. The only downside was that I didnt have dental insurance and the dental work has to be paid for in advance of the procedure. I used a credit card, but I highly suggest that you find out what insurances the practice takes and make sure youre covered before you go.

Ive been going here for all of my adult life and have never felt the need to look elsewhere for my dental hygiene needs. Im always welcomed with warm smiles and made to feel at home. Deb is such a wonderful person and always asks, with genuine interest, how my life is going. When I met Dr. Bull for the first time, I was relieved to see that he was just as kind and professional as Dr. Morgan. I cant recommend this place enough!

Prestige Dental Centers gives excellent personalized care and the results are always good. Everyone there makes me feel comfortable no matter what my problems are, whether routine or more out of the ordinary. I am very grateful for the service I receive, because my experience tells me it is the very best.

Do you have months to wait to see the dentist?Edited as a reply to the owner:Wow what a bunch of liars! This NEVER had anything to do with my schedule and all you can do is wish me the best. Sure after waiting has absolutely destroyed my life. I can’t eat, I can’t talk and I’m miserable every single minute of every day. This is the experience you should expect not the BS in their Ad’s!I first went here to get a tooth extracted and was seen promptly but after that I went months without being able to get an appointment with the dentist. My exam consisted of the hygienist only. Dr Rogers took one look at me and said let’s get him cleaned up and he walked out. He may be looked at me for 10 seconds and certainly never reviewed the X rays. While waiting nearly 3 months from first contact until I got half of my cleaning done I had a tooth that started shifting and causing me extreme discomfort. I tried to get an earlier appointment but they couldn’t accommodate me. Once I finally got half done I was faced with waiting another 6 weeks before I finally clean enough to get an appointment with the dentist. This entire time I’m suffering miserably and could no longer wait so I had to get another dentist. I contacted Prestige about this and said I couldn’t wait anymore and had no choice but to find another dentist. After 4 days they finally contacted me back and said I could come get a copy of my records. I believe that if I had not had to wait months just to start on a cleaning that I would not be in such misery as I am today and it seems there is no resolution to this problem and certainly no one there cared at all!

This will be a painful review to make, not only because i am in an extreme amount of pain, but, It pains me to have to say something negative about this establishment. My whole life I have hated dentist, Ill be 50 this year, and although my teeth arent too bad, the lack of dental care has begun to show. I miss appointments, I break appointments...etc, not because I am lazy but I am scared!!!! I finally found good dentist that really dont issue much pain and the staff are beyond compare.......until this week!I had a tooth ache this past weekend and made an appointment for Tuesday, while there the doctor pulled it. Quick, easy and almost painless. Ive had this before and antibiotics should take care of the infection in 2-3 days....wrong! It is Friday and I have already made multiple calls to the after hours dental assistant. The office is closed this week due to short staff. My symptoms: I have not been able to swallow without extreme pain, I cannot open my mouth more than an inch, I can not chew/eat, I have a huge hard lump/mass from my chin to mid neck and from jaw bone to jaw bone, I cannot speak well because my tongue is swollen.I do appreciate the after hours person continually trying to contact the doctors, however, are you freakin kidding me......the after hours number is for emergencies, why wont the doctors respond? And while I also appreciate the advice to eat apple sauce....WTH?!?!I live 2 blocks from Evans Army ER and 2 months ago they misdiagnosed a heart attack which led to 2 strokes!! I wont go there and besides, the strokes have made it difficult for me to drive!! So, Ill just sit here as the pain and mass increase...... over the weekend....until maybe they can see me Monday!

I had my teeth cleaned today in which I was in and out in a timely fashion. The hygienist took great care in not poking or jabbing at my gums. I usually see “my” wonderful hygienist but unfortunately she was out on medical leave. My only complaint is that there was a worker in the next cubicle that was talking SO loud to her coworkers while she was working on somebody at her station. I could only imagine she was talking that loud in the poor person’s ear. In fact, I had work done earlier this year and this same young lady was taking impressions of my teeth. She was talking to one of her coworkers who was in the next cubicle or across the hall just rattling off about stuff which after a while I couldn’t wait for her to finish with me so I could leave.

I was very apprehensive about having all of my teeth being surgically removed. But after the surgery I honestly thought I would be in a lot of pain and be off of work for at least 4 or 5 days. I am only going to have to take one day off I find that fairly remarkable. I am 100% satisfied with the care I received. I will definitely recommend Prestige Dental to anyone. Thanks again to everyone at Prestige Dental.

UPDATE:Thanks to everyone at Prestige who made my visit yesterday so good. I must not have made my needs and wants clear in the beginning and I will take responsibility for that. Ive changed my rating to 4 stars but I would change it to 4 1/2 if that were possible because once they were aware of my thoughts and how upset I was they acted on it right away. I now have a nice smile with temporary crowns and bridge. Its exactly what Ive wanted and its amazing to me what a difference it makes in how I feel. The journey will still take more time to be finished but in the meantime I can smile! Thanks again!***********************************************************************************************First of all, everyone in the office was kind and cheerful and calming . It was a good atmosphere for someone who has a dental phobia. I went there to get an all on 4 lower arch done and veneers or crowns on the top arch. I specifically said I really wanted to finally have a nice smile and my upper teeth are what shows when I smile. I asked if I could walk home with the temporary bottom teeth on the implants and the crowns on the top on that day of surgery like you see in all the commercials. Yes, of course, you WILL have a nice smile.Well, $24k and 12 weeks later, my upper teeth are gray from the staining of the antimicrobial rinse they have me using and no crowns yet because now they say they have to wait for the bottom full arch bridge to be installed over the implants. So Im stuck in this limbo with a full blown denture on the bottom that is attached to the implants and cant be taken out except by them and which catches food under, that is all but impossible to get the food particles out even with a waterpic. I received absolutely NO instruction on how to clean them other than to clean them and rinse with the antimicrobial rinse.They checked everything at 4 weeks and said come back in 2 months and well finish up. So they dont count by weeks just by calendar months. And absolutely NO earlier according to the scheduling staff. I called and asked how long this long awaited appointment would take and what would be accomplished and I was told that it would just be the same as the 4 week appointment. Just take the denture off, assess the implants and IF they were healed, then I could make an appointment for the final bridge. And THEN at THAT appointment they would do my fillings and prep for the crowns. And I could THEN make another appointment to have the crowns put on.So in effect, if Im LUCKY, it will be another month before this ordeal is done. As is often the case, I wont be able to get an appointment for weeks between each one. Oh our next available appointment is not for a couple weeks. And they absolutely refuse to let me make the appointments ahead of time so I could save some time. Considering they only work 4 days a week its easy to see why its hard to get an appointment.The reason for only three stars is that I feel this place is great if you only need minor work done. The staff is friendly and cheerful. The dentist was pleasant and seemed to know what he was talking about. BUT.... for a 24k procedure I feel I was told what I wanted to hear and not the truth. I really think I would have shopped around if I had known this was going to be drawn out for 4 or more months and that it would be so excruciatingly difficult to get an appointment for any problems. Also, I did NOT get any calls other than the day of surgery. After that, its been out of sight, out of mind. Just not what one would expect for the amount of money paid. And we are not talking insurance money!

I have 20k cash to get my teeth fixed with, so I call this place to set up a consultation to see what options they have within my price range. Yet Im told were not accepting new patients only after she asked who my dental insurance provider is. And by the way the website still says they are in fact accepting new patients. I dont know if she just didnt like the sound of my voice or just doesnt want my money but I can help but feeling like i just got told to go shove it.

I had to have a crown done and to my surprise it was a very easy experience. I had no problems with the temp at all and could eat what ever I wanted. Then when I got my crown it feels just like my regular tooth. Thanks guys for a great experience.

Went in to get complimentary exam and X-Rays as I have several missing teeth andproblems in other ones. Dr. Bull was extremely patient and spent a lot of time with meexplaining what should be done and giving me all of the options to choose from. I feltvery comfortable there and well informed to make good choices about my teeth.

I had a crown on 3/16/2017 and my insurance company just received the claim on 8/1/2017. I was billed for the full amount in July because someone at Prestige failed to send my insurance company the claim. When I called Prestige regarding this, I was treated with disrespect and was hung up on 3 times. I am not sure why there is a billing lag. It shouldnt take 4 months for incorrect billing and an additional month to make the correction. Someone in their accounting/billing department is not correctly conducting their A/R reconciliations and blaming everyone else for their mistakes. Time to find another dentist

I had a cracked tooth and Dr Bull was able to get me in right away and took the tooth out. You absolutely have to use these folks and especially if you are afraid of the dentist, they have sedation that is awesome and I will never have a major dental issue fixed without it. I never felt a thing....not a THING! Fantastic staff too. Cant say enought good about them.

I have been an employee and dental patient for 21 yrs. I have had the best dental care and treatment recommended for various concerns. I have had a full mouth equilibration and bite guard due to serve headaches and pain in my jaw after trying orthodontics, (braces) three times. Crowns placed with large old fillings, and fractures in my teeth. Root canals on some of my teeth that have had fillings in for a very long time. Dental cleanings, X-rays and exams done every six months. My dental care has always been done in a caring, gentle manner. My husband and children have also been part of this practice for many years.
