I saw Dr. Miller today about a chipped crown that they put in a couple of years ago. He was completely unprofessional and belittling and an egomaniac. He got very offended that I asked questions about my dental care. I would never ever recommend him to anyone.

Been going to Dr. Miller for 4 years now and trust him so much I finally decided to try laughing gas instead of oral sedation.He was patient and allowed to me be in control as far as when we started and took a break. Thankfully I didn’t feel a thing after the first shot and wasn’t feeling hung over from oral sedation meds like usual.Thank you to him and his staff for always making me feel comfortable. Means a lot to someone with dental anxiety!!

In 2007 we selected this Comfort Dental as our family dentist. In 2010 I became suspicious of their billing practices when they charged me $86 cost share for a procedure that cost $80. The office did not correct this issue and ignored any communication I attempted to make so I went to another dentist. Shortly thereafter my family followed. On January 18, 2011 I filed a complaint with DORA for “Substandard Practice”, “Poor Communication”, and “Inappropriate care of a child client” who investigated this Comfort Dental. I was notified of the findings in a letter from DORA dated May 13, 2014. For possible legal proceedings, I requested the dental records for the three of us from our current dentist and made the discovery of their malpractice to the fullest extent. My son had 15 fillings that they put in replaced! My wife and myself lost fillings they put in and it had to be repaired resulting in a root canal and a crown. Last but not least the “Cleanings” I received at their office were substandard and I required several deep tissue cleanings after I left there.

I had very bad anxiety about being seen as its been 8 years. But Dr. Lovejoy was amazing! Very kind and didnt make me feel bad for not being to a dentist in a while. He was thorough and addressed all my concerns.

I usually do not hear great things about Comfort Dentals but I have been going here and we love it so far. We see Dr Miller and he has been great. I have had a crown, multiple fillings and they have been good so far.

I didnt like one thing about it. I broke a tooth last night, and went there this morning as an emergency. I was sitting in the chair for an hour and a half, and only saw the dentist for a few minutes. I was told what needed to be done. I asked if I could set up a payment, and they said it would be no problem. After they checked my credit they told me Id need a down payment (I expected that), I told them I could put down half, and they said that should be fine. After about 5 minutes she comes back (with an attitude), and tells me the only way they would help me is if I pay in full. I told her I couldnt, and she said there was nothing the could do for me. I asked her what I should do for the pain, and she tells me to take ibuprofen. I told her I had been taking it all night, I need something to actually stop the pain, her only response was sorry (still with the attitude). Ive been going there for about three years, and for some reason they decided to start treating me like some worthless bum off the street, because I have a little problem with my credit! I will NEVER go there again!

Because I had an emergency appointment with my doctor for bronchitis, I spaced it about my kids appointments but called as soon as I received the voice mail. I was told because I was being dismissed because of too many no shows. This was the first no show and the app was 8:30 and I called at 9 to see if my daughter could still come in for her appointment later. I was told they already filled in those appointment times but in the same breath I wasted Dr lovejoy time. Sorry I was sick. I have no problem leaving a company that behaves like this. One missed appointment because I was sick and Im being dismissed? Wow OK thanks for understanding! Nice Mormon attitude Dr lovejoy!

AWESOME SERVICE!! Everyone from the front desk lady to the person in billing were super friendly, polite, and caring. I was in and out with xrays and all in a very efficient manner.

I have been with Dr. Miller since he started here in Colorado Springs (circa 2006). I can tell you that its not easy to stay on my good side and I have no patience for nonsense. Never been disappointed in him.
