They do great work on my teeth so far. I love their dental hygienist and dr. Waite, they are friendly and thorough. The only reason Im leaving a low review is because of their scheduling/payment practice. You have to pay for future treatment at the time you book your appointment. They will not allow you to make an appointment without paying first. As someone that gets paid once a month this is difficult. I have a cracked tooth and this will potentially set my treatment back. I have never been to a dentist that asks you to pay before youve received services especially at the expense of timely treatment.

Please don’t confuse Aspen Ridge Dental Care with another business with a similar name. Aspen Ridge Dental Care / Dr. Waite have been my dentist since he opened in 2008/2009. I have only received first class care from Dr. Waite and his expert staff all the way up to my most recent visit February 2021. I would never even consider going to another dentist. If you’re new to town or just looking for the best dental care in Colorado Springs, make an appointment with Dr. Waite and Aspen Ridge Dental Care. And please DO NOT confuse Aspen Ridge Dental Care with some other dental business with the word “Aspen” in it.

I’ve been going to Aspen Ridge Dental Care for several years. Dr. Waite removed old metal fillings and replaced them. We’ve had a bit of a haul getting my teeth and gums up to par but between him and his amazing hygienist I have much better oral hygiene.The office is always clean. The equipment is new. And I’m always in and out at my scheduled time. I highly recommend becoming a patient. And if the dentist scares you you’ll be in great, gentle hands.

Aspen Ridge Dental is a fraudulent establishment. My husband went in four times to have cavities filled, with the last service being in July 2016. The front desk woman stated that insurance was covering all of the procedures and that my husband would just be responsible for the co-payment of $200. Mind you this payment is made before any services are given. Well a year later, I am sitting here with paperwork from their attorney stating that we now owe them near $3,000.00 for back payment of uninsured services, attorney fees, and interest. We have received absolutely NO correspondence from the dental office since the services last July. FRAUDULENT is an understatement. How do they expect people to pay for services they dont know they owe for? I just think its quite interesting that they waiting for an entire year of interest to rack up before sending ANY correspondence. Oh, and you might be wondering why so many reviews are 5 stars well, (1) They request their patients to make a review right there in the office (2) Their lawyers are a few of those 5-star reviews... what a coincidence. BE WARNED! On the flip side I highly recommend Citadel Terrace Dental Group, give them your business, not this circus.

When I moved to Colorado Springs I had a hard time finding all new Doctors, when I searched online I found Aspen Ridge Dental and they had so many great reviews so i gave them a call and they they were very nice and professional. Over the last few years they have always been so nice and welcoming. Every appointment is easy and my teeth feel great after! This is the best dentist office I have ever been too! THANK YOU!

Best dentist I have ever had, trust his opinion. And I had some work that,was unfortunately done incorrectly by my previous dentist. I never had issues at all with any submittal to the insurance company. Not that going to a dentist is anybodys favorite thing, however they make me feel at ease, explain the procedures. And the staff is so kind and wonderful, that I actually look forward seeing them. I never had any pain. I had some fillings, root canal, and yes started on an implant, I did not feel any discomfort at all. I recommended Dr Waite to numerous people and will continue to do so!

Great Staff and very nice office. No waiting for appointments, they see you when scheduled. Recently I broke a tooth over a holiday weekend, when I called to see what to do, Dr Waite returned my call within several hours and offered to see me immediately if needed. I didnt need to be seen immediately so he scheduled to see me on the first day after the holiday. Customer service and patient care is outstanding.

I love coming to this dentist. They are so gentle when they clean. When I come I feel like a valued patient, they always remember the details of my life and my family and I can tell that they are genuine in what they do! It makes going to the dentist a little more enjoyable!

Ive had botched dental work in the past and Dr. Waite has done an excellent job fixing it. My crowns have never felt better! Went in for a sleep apnea consult. I had a traumatic accident and knocked both of my front teeth out. I didnt know what to do other than drive straight to Dr. Waites office. He and his staff were extremely sympathetic and helpful rearranging the afternoon schedule just to make sure I was taken care of in this urgent situation. They spent hours working to successfully save my front teeth.I cannot say enough about how helpful and professional his entire staff is and what an excellent doc Jared Waite is. Marla, Mitch, Janine, and Dr. Waite are truly the best, most professional staff that a person could be treated by. I have been a patient of Dr. Waite since he was in Falcon and I trust him explicitly with myself and my family.

The staff here are wonderful. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Dr. Waite is very nice. Approachable, knowledgable and he has a sense of humor. Marla at the front desk has stellar customer service. I have recommended this place to everyone I know who is looking for a dentist. The facility is clean and they seem to have the most updated technology. Most importantly, the dentist and his staff are gentle if you need them to be, just tell them. I have never been to a dentist like this and I wish I can always see someone like him. The cons that I dont like (as no place is perfect) .. they take your picture upon your first visit for their files.. this is not necessary and intrusive in my opinion. They also take pics of the inside of you mouth and hang it up in front of you and ask if your happy with the way your mouth looks.. just like any dentist, they want to make money. I really hated this part and felt like I was talking to a car salesman.. I am happy that this dentist specializes in these things, but I could do without the pictures and sales pitches. That is not enugh reason for me to stop going there and I still highly recommend it. Going to the dentist is scary enough as it is, being treated like a human being is important when your nervous or anxious about treatment.

I flew my wife from Columbus to Colorado Springs to specifically have Dr. Waite do her work for three reasons:1. The cost of doing the work even with flying her there was less than doing it locally in Columbus.2. Dr. Waite practices biomimetic dentistry which preserves more of the tooth and is less intrusive.3. Dr. Waites office staff is quite professional.Dr Waite did work for me as well, filling some cavities and building me a device to sleep with so I dont grind my teeth during the night.I would refer anyone and everyone to him.

I dont like dentist at all, but knowing I had to see one and get back in the routine of proper oral health beside my routine home maintenance, I scoured online for the best dentist in Colorado Springs and I definitely have a pretty good feeling especially for going for a first time. About a year ago I was diagnosed with sever sleep apnea. Dr Waite was able to fit me in a device that has made a drastic improvement in my quality of life. It was the end of the year and I had met my deductible so it was critical that his office move quickly to get the device ordered before the end of year. They worked efficiently to get it done for me! He contacted me throughout the year on several occasions to verify my progress and recently requested I get an in-lab sleep study done so he would fully understand if the device was working properly. Severe sleep apnea is a serious condition and Im glad Dr. Waite has shown so much concern for my well being. To top it off, my new dog destroyed my device. Dr. Waite and his staff worked quickly to get me in to order a replacement which will hopefully arrive before the end of the year!I also saw Dr. Waite for a crown this year. An old filling fell out on a Friday. Dr. Waite asked me a series of questions to assess my condition, then gave me his direct cell to contact him if any problems occurred over the weekend. I dont like getting dental work done and was extremely nervous, but Dr. Waite and his staff made it such a pleasant experience that I would recommend them for all your dental needs. If you are looking for a great dentist with a friendly staff, I would give Dr. Waites office a call.

I found them through an ad for a potential sleep apnea issue which they are treating with an oral mouthguard applianceI Before I called I had never heard of them but I am so glad I found them!! They are so friendly, professional and efficient and helping me to sleep soundly again. So dont hesitate to call them if you need help with your snoring or sleep apnea.

Fraudulent is the ONLY way I can summarize this business as being!! I did a search for dentist who specialized in sleep apnea / TMJ treatment. Dr. Jared Waite, of Aspen Ridge dental care, came up as a preferred provider in my area. The next week, I came across an advertisement for the office, in a magazine that I received in the mail. After calling and setting up an appointment, I was seen the next week for a consultation. For the next 6 weeks, I was in back and forth communication, with Aspen Ridge dental care staff, attempting to gain preauthorization from insurance (supposedly). They say that they are in-network with the insurance company. However, my insurance says otherwise. I never have had any problems getting pre-approval from my insurance company the entire time I have had a policy with them. After speaking with an insurance representative, I learn, not only has Aspen Ridge dental care NOT sent the information requested & needed by my insurance company, they were attempting to file a claim and be paid for a service that was not even started yet!!! Three months later, I am scheduled for an appointment to make my molds for a bite plate. The following week, I received a call from Aspen Ridge dental care, asking for a payment of $800. After explaining that I need an Explanation of Benefits~prior to paying ANY MONEY~I was given the runaround and told my bite plate would not be made until I prepay them. Yep they refuse to send me an invoice, an insurance claim, or even a breakdown of charges!! $50 is one thing; $800 is another. My advice, to anyone looking into becoming a patient of Aspen Ridge dental care, should definitely reconsider their decision!! This business is a total scam!!! BE AWARE!!!P.S. Pay close attention to the reviews that have been submitted. The majority of the reviews are from a Google user & have each given a 5-star rating. The true reviews, come from true patients (NOT ASPEN RIDGE DENTAL CARE STAFF) and are not 5-stars!!
