We have done business with Optical Source for years. The owner is a great guy and his employees also do a great job. I just got through ordering new lens for my Maui Jim sunglasses thinking I was just getting them replaced, they ordered me a brand new pair!!

I called yesterday. A woman named Alexis answered the phone. I called and asked about a brand of a pair of glasses I had about four years ago. I gad spoke with a young man named Jordan about two weeks ago or so and he told me the name of them. Unfortunately I forgot and called again. Alexis stated to me that they did not have the brand and I did not even state the brands name and she also conveyed with me they deleted all my information. I wanted to inquire about this with the manager Ray. But was told by Alexis he was out of town for two weeks. One aspect I was confused about is how they could have deleted my information if I never gave it to her all I did was inquire if some glasses I got could be purchased. I also never gave her the brand name since I could not remember. Would hope the store manager sees this review never have I encountered unethical customer service.Ray has always been profressional as well as his employees this was a first.

No happy at all my glasses i have to pull off my nose to see clearly through my bifocals my husband says his are flimsy and no matter how much he adjust them they dont stay. I called i work two jobs and havent had time to get in to see if they can be fixed would be the second time. I like to give people a chance, but just cannot be running back and forth. The staff was very nice although

I went into optical source because it was recommended by a friend . Its my first pair of glasses an Im so glad i decided to get them from here ! I was greeted by friendly employees as soon as i walked in , An was helped by Erin i believe that was her name (blonde hair ) she was awesome ! I had no idea what i was doing😂 she was very patient an informative an gave me the best addvice on what looked good on me . She helped me find the perfect pair an i got them literally the next day ! I definitely recommend this place . Thank you ! Ill be back

I drove from out of State to Optical Source because I do business with folks I trust. You cannot put a price on Customer Service. Ray and his crew have developed a culture of doing business in an honest and caring way and that is why Optical Source will always be my go-too...Good job crew!!

This is hands down the best place to buy glasses. They do 2 pairs for $69 of NAME BRAND glasses and their customer service is outstandingly genuine. Ray takes pride in his career and his store is a reflection of his high standards. Best contact prices and if you order before 3pm that day they will arrive tomorrow! They also have sunglasses! Huge selection! I just got the cutest Lucky 🍀 and Ana Hickman glasses for $69!!! They also came with hard cases and I got a cleaning cloth with the Ana Hickman’s. BOOM! Never going to a box store again. Bye eyeglass world... your glasses were CHEAP and never fit quite right!

Update..... lenses got scratched on my glasses called them they ordered my lens and now were back to the same game.Wont return my calls if I make contact with them its always well call back.. what a mistake these people have no idea whats going on.. so again if you need glasses find one that cares about you, this isnt the place.Please if your needing glasses find a a more reliable place. Seems as though this business forget what customer service is. I ordered glasses, was given a time frame, was told the lenses were wrong and I would have them no later then today, well they are not ready yet and lenes arent in. I ordered glasses because I need them not because Ill be ok without them. Their prices are crazy high and selection is not that good. Hopefully Ill get them soon, wont be back and wont recommend them.

Awesome service! They really took their time with my daughter who was getting her first pair. She is very picky and they let her try on as many as she wanted and never made her feel rushed. Then in about 20 minutes we left with her new glasses. They didnt have to send them out and wait for them to come in! I would definitely recommend!

I stopped in and took a paper prescription into the office and the 2 ladies were very nice and eager to help me with my sons contacts. They saved me 35.00 from my previous supplier, and made it sweet and simple... great service and nice employees..

Customers are not advised of warranties or lack of even if your frames arent 90 days old. If frames break due to their defect, the customer is expected to buy more frames. I will never do business here again, nor will I refer customers to this business. No wonder people shop out of Clovis.

Great place to get frames!!! They are very friendly and helpful!!! Well worth the drive. Only down side is waiting for your glasses to come in the mail. Other than that I give them 10000%

Definitely best place by far in Clovis area or surrounding areas! The owner and employees are very customer oriented. Able to work with just bout any insurance as well. They even offer a great selection of frames and brands. Optical Source is most definitely the best eyeglass and sunglass shop in the state.i purchased a pair of prescription fuel cell oakley sunglasses.Ray and crew provided excellent customer service,fair and reasonable prices and a relaxed environment.I received my glasses in a very short time and the quality was high-class.I would recommend OS to anyone and everyone!!!! Also I needed darker lenses for my 7eye panhead prescription safety glasses.Evelyn and Alexus were very helpful in discussing all my options for my lenses.WOW what a great team they all make.I am very content with my purchase and superb service!

My son broke his glasses and cannot see to drive or work without them and it was Sat afternoon. We called and they stayed open.late for us to make it there from Farwell, were friendly, helpful, professional and his new glasses look terrific. They are definitely our go-to for glasses from now on !!
