Owner is very professional and knowledgeable. Very helpful in the store and completes orders in a timely manner. Prices are great here as well compared to other places. I would not go anywhere else.

Owner is the operator here. His shop is dated and appears to be in a state of organized chaos, which is perfectly fine with me. He is so good at what he does that it just adds to his overall character.He is available for repairs on the spot if the glasses dont need to be sent off to the source. Ive had to bring my mothers in for repairs a couple of times. Once, they were under warranty and he was able to send them off for the particular repair and called promptly when they returned to his shop. If he is unable to repair them, hes honest about it and not pushy at all, which adds to the overall feeling of acceptance at his shop.Side note... if you are a car fanatic or enthusiast... the conversation can be worth your while. I have been coming to get glasses here for at least 15 years. There are literally hundreds of frames to choose from and a really quick turn around time to get my glasses. It is very inexpensive compared to the other places in Clovis. Free adjusting and straightening as well.

Jim knows Glasses, there are tons of Frames, Lenses, and options available to choose from, cant choose?Its ok, he can make a recomndation that might just surprise you, because he understands faces as well. (Dont worry, he isnt pushy and cares that you get what you need at a affordable price as well) Friendly, Professional and quick on repairs, and if they have to be sent off, thats also quick because the service he employs has a fast turnaround. The gentleman that works here is absolutely amazing! I was having trouble with my prescription from an eye doctor in Portales, and the owner at Optical Center went out of his way to talk to my eye doctor in order to ensure I was getting the correct prescription. He didnt have to help me like he did...he just cared that much to go out of his way to do so! I was getting the run around from my eye doctor...it wasnt Optical Centers fault my prescription was incorrect; but Optical Center made sure my doctor fixed the problem! I will always us Optical Center for my lenses! He truly went above and beyond to help me!

I came to this shop as an out-of-town visitor with broken glasses. The optician here is a kind and thorough professional. During my visit I saw him take care of several customers. He gave each the individual care they needed and made my day with the quality of the repairs he was able to do for me.
