After going to 2 big name eyeglass retailers and having horrible experiences I found this place. The customer service was amazing and we left extremely happy! Oh and the prices were extremely reasonable I saveD at least $150 for similar glasses. You won’t be disappointed this place is amazing.

This place is just amazing. Different from the larger chain stores. Sandy and Melissa are so friendly and helpful. They will do what ever they can to help you with your vision needs. Melissa even asked me if she could clean my glasses and I wasn’t in there for myself, i had taken my mom in!! Refreshing.

Very helpful! I came in to replace my broken glasses but they were able to fix them instead. Highly recommend this place over any big store for adjustments or repairs.

I have several very expensive glasses frames that I got up in Menlo Park and until I found Sandy there was no one in the Fresno area whose work adjusting or putting in new prescription lenses I was at all happy with. Eye doctor frame shops sent the frames to the lab with new prescriptions and they came back unwearable. The staff at these places was completely inadequate at adjusting the mangled frames. I was resigned to driving back up to the optical shop in Menlo Park when I saw the great reviews of Unique Optique on Yelp. Sandy adjusted the mangled frame perfectly. I had her put my current prescription in a pair of Chanel frames and they were perfect. And she repaired and perfectly adjusted another pair of my favorite frames.What makes her stand out is that she does NOT send your frames to the lab. She orders the lenses and cuts them herself, which is what my fine optician in Menlo Park does to safeguard your frames. She is very expert in recommending lenses that are right for you. And…she has a lovely selection of petite frames for those of us with small faces who look like owls in what the eye doc shops push on you
