Ive never had my hair done outside of the east coast before. I was visiting family and tried this salon out to get a haircut. I actually wasnt disappointed because they got it exactly to how I wanted in the picture.

My wife showed them a picture of how she wanted her hair and the manager still messed it up. And she told my wife if there were any issues to come back. My wife not only called the salon but also her personal number and the manager avoided her calls even when employees had told us she was there!

Just wanted to leave a positive review even though I never write reviews-- since the rating of this place has been brought down by one persons bad experience as there arent very many google reviews.I had my hair done by Karisty and let me just say that Im thoroughly impressed. I had bleached my dyed black hair twice in a row and it had turned bright orange, so I called in to make an appointment, ignoring the poor review, and im so glad i did! I was told that I could come in right away and theyd see what they can do to have my hair looking better by tonight. That sort of quick, right away service was very unexpected and appreciated.The staff was super friendly and interactive, and my stylist Karisty transformed my hair with some sort of voodoo magic. Not to mention, very affordable especially for a color correction, compared to a different salon in the same location Ive been to. My goal for my hair is platinum blonde, and Karisty gave my hair a beautiful ashy brownish blondey color that I can feel comfortable with while i let my hair repair itself a bit before the next bleaching session. Lastly, she touched up my haircut free of charge to make it look better, and curled/styled it.I had just accepted I would probably have neon orange hair for a while until it was healthy enough to bleach again, but I ended up getting a beautiful transitioning color I can actually enjoy. I was actually feeling tearful since I had low expectations and was so pleasantly surprised. I left the salon feeling so cute and pampered and Im totally pleased with everything about my experience.
