Nails by Missie is the best!! She has a ton of colors to choose from as well as glitter and foils. She also does polygel which can last for a month! I definitely recommend her!

Worse Service and Experience!! I came in for my appointment to get my eyelash perm. Within 2 minutes of being there, Trisha, asked me to curl my eyelashes and handed over her eyelash curler. I started curling my right eyelash and noticed that the curler had CUT MY EYELASHES IN HALF. I was mortified/angry!!! Then, she told my that there was nothing she can do. I even asked for the manager and told me that the manager/owner are never there. She didnt try to make the situation better. Trisha wasnt apologetic nor remorseful for what she did. You would think that for someone whose held the same job for 30 years would know the difference between a faulty eyelash curler (which I had to show her that the curler had an overbite) and know how to deal with customers/provide good customer service. So, I asked if theres someone who could put a filler or extensions to my right eyelashes and she said that no one can help me. I just couldnt believe and leave without any solutions on the problem. Finally, Andie (one of the owner) came over and tried to diffuse the situation by trying to tell me it wasnt Trishas fault and Im being rude/aggressive. Andies attitude and demeanor towards me wasnt pleasant at all. She was trying to talk to me like Im a child and that it wasnt Trishas fault. No accountability for their actions!!! Her and I had a back and forth regarding whose fault it was. Finally, Andie tried to call in one of her eyelash person but couldnt get a hold of her. I went home in tears and upset. It took me a long time to grow my eyelashes and had bought special vitamins/latisse to grow them. This is the worse experience ever! Then, two hours later I received a phone call from Andie. She said that they cant get me in til a week from now. How convenient!!!! Right?! A week from now?! REally?!! Knowing that I address to her about the Christmas party Im getting ready to attend. And who wants to walk around with uneven eyelashes! I will not recommend this place at all!!!
