I think given five star to Pearle vision and a great staff that works there and the doctor that is unbelievably humbled and tells you the truth is nothing that hes hiding you could look to the galaxies and the ratings would still be better than all that you can count these people are some wonderful people that Ive experienced in the last 10 years of me having eye exams nobody spoke the truth but Pearle vision theyre in Cleveland Tennessee I was almost in tears because I was so overwhelmed by honesty forever and debt to some beautiful people that worked there. Im not blowing smoke up anybodys dress these people are class A1 people and thank you so much been blessed and you all are a blessing to to bring me into your business and teach me about being humbled and about people that could be actually truthful Thank you so much God bless stay safe

They don’t stand behind their lenses. I used lens cleaner that’s rated safe for all non-reflective coating. When I took the glasses in I was told that there was only a 30 day policy on their lens abs that the insurance I purchased was only good for 12 months on breakage or other problems. Purchased in 5/2020. I wasn’t told that the insurance was only good for 12 months. Everyone in my family wears glasses that were purchased elsewhere and use the same lens wipes - Zeiss - and no one has had this issue with their lens.

My wife and myself came into Pearle Vision for an exam appointment that we had made the week prior. From start the people there were very nice an pleasant to interact with. The place was very clean as well. The day of the appointment I had the same experience as the previous week. The eye doctors assistant was very patient with me as i was not used to the equipment that they used for a preliminary check and had a lot of questions (i havent been to an i doctor since I left the military about 10 years ago so i was just used to the old fashioned way of eye checks). Shortly after the preliminary checks i was seen by the eye doctor. He seemed to be very thorough and again was patient with me while giving the eye exam. My wife which is not from America had the same experience as I and both the Doctor and assistant was patient with my wife as English is a second language for her. She had opted for a contact exam as well. The doctor gave my wife a sample for a 1 month set of disposable contacts and also gave her 10 sets of daily disposable contacts as well to test to see which she liked better. All and all I have zero complaints at this time with Pearle Vision and I am planning to return very soon to actually purchase some glasses for my wife and I and some more contacts for my wife once she decides which she likes better.

Everyone was so nice and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out two pair and even fixed the glasses I was wearing, because they had been sat on and were a bit crooked. We always choose this place to get our glasses and exams.

Had eye exam in January.Found out had to have cataract surgery. Came back to Pearl for new lenses and was treated wonderfully. The staff is wonderful. The go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your glasses. I highly recommend Pearl Vision to any who needs glasses or contacts.

I received World Class Service @ Pearl Vision in Cleveland TN! I had been going to the same eye doctor for 20+ years and for personal reasons I decided to make a switch. Dr. Patel did my exam and was very thorough and informative. I used my insurance benefits plus a little out of pocket money and Tina helped me select a designer frame. I requested fully loaded lenses with reflective, scratch and transition options. Tina offered me 50% off a second pair and since I wear glassed every waking minute I could not pass up the opportunity. I selected another designer frame. After wearing the second pair a few hours I would start to get a headache due to the weight of the glasses and where they sat on the bridge of my nose. About a week after receiving the 2nd pair I called Tina @ Pearl Vision and let her know what was going on. She invited me to come back for an adjustment which I did but unfortunately the adjustment didnt help so I called Tina back and she invited me to come pick out another frame. I have been wearing glasses full time for about 30 years and I have NEVER received this level of service. Since my experience I have referred 3 family members who have all shared positive feedback. I highly suggest Pearl Vision of Cleveland.

I really forget how amazing polite and helpful people in the South are. I was in the area and had lost my only contact for this trip and needed some badly, with one call I was taken care of effectively and with much care. Really great to know some people and places really value good customer experience above all.

I have been a Customer for the past 3 years, repeat and really loved my glasses, and i referred a friend to them with a birthday coupon they had sent me in the mail for free lenses!So Im thinking wow! How nice, but Im very pleased with my Glasses and dont need another pair.So I called them and ask if i could use them for a friend? They told me absolutely because like any business, they want to expand with new customers!So anyway we go there and my friend picks out some she likes and we set down with the clerk and discuss the price and her Co-Pay was to be $49.00 in which I had no problem with helping her on. Because she was interested in some trendy frames and they benefit her appearance! They agreed uopn the pricing and knew that she had some thick lens to make. Anyway long story short after her examination today they told her they could not use that coupon after all! ( basically for people who dont need glasses)not like her who has visual impairments! And they ended up being $244.00 in which she went ahead and paid for them!So anyway they have lost me and my family as customers! I will no longer recommend them to anyone!

The Opticians never fail to provide excellent customer service. Every time I walk in, I have been greeted with a smile. I definitely recommend Pearle Vision to anyone who is wanting to purchase eye wear or is in search for a place to get their eyes checked!

I am very disappointed with my visit at this place of business. Very pricey and poor workmanship. Had eye exam which was fine, and chose to purchase lenses only to be placed into my frames that was in perfect condition until they got a hold of them. They ruined my frames while putting new lenses in. Refused to do anything about it. Had to return for 2nd visit because there was a gap between the lenses and frames. When you pay 503.00 for lenses only I would expect better service than this.

I didnt catch the name of the wonderful lady who helped me find frames for my glasses but she was a life-saver and I hope this review finds her! I am legally blind so when I broke my glasses I was in desperate need of an immediate replacement before everything closed for the weekend. We knew itd be tough to find frames to fit my lenses since they were smaller than average and incredibly thick, but she went above and beyond to find a matching pair for me.Most places would have told me to come back on Monday to try and find a pair that worked, but she not only checked the frames that were on display with us but proceeded to check storage despite it being close to closing in their store. Words cannot express how grateful we are for that kind of thoughtfulness during a very frantic moment for us.Last but not least, she DID find a pair that fit my lenses, and by some miracle, they feel almost exactly like my old pair!! I wouldnt be enjoying a nice, relaxing evening if it werent for her help, and I most certainly wouldnt be making Pearle Vision my go-to for all vision needs in the future!! Thank you again!!

I had never been to Pearle Vision, but I needed a new eye care clinic and I decided to try them out. I had called to set up everything, and the receptionist was Alexis and she was very kind and helpful with getting my first appointment set up. When I went into my appointment the staff was very efficient and they were also very friendly. When I was finishing up my appointment I was helped by a very nice employee named Tina. She helped me to pick out the glasses that were perfect for me. Overall I had a very good appointment, and i would recommend going to Pearle Vision to anyone.

Ive lived in several cities that have had Pearle Visions, but I am always willing to drive the extra time to come to this one. Dr. Gross fully explains everything and the ladies are the nicest people youll ever meet and will work with you and find ways to get you the glasses you want at a price you can afford! I cannot brag enough on this business! Ive come here since I was about 9 years old and will never go anywhere else!

I had an eye exam done by Dr Patel recently, what a difference!! I really appreciated that she went very slow and explained what she was doing, throughout the process!! At the end of the exam she showed me how I am currently seeing and then how my new contacts would see... I cant wait for those new eyes to come in!! I am very pleased with her service!!

My experience at the Pearle Vision in Cleveland was one of a kind. The ladies that work in there are super friendly..they greet you with a smile and a friendly hello..they are very knowledgeable about the glasses they sale..the doc is very thorough and polite. I enjoyed my time there and will be back soon to get some prescription sunglasses.

I reside in Dalton Georgia, but prefer to drive a few extra miles to this Pearle Vision location in Cleveland Tennessee for my yearly eye exam. The doctor and staff here are both very efficient and highly competent. Have never had any issues with the service or glasses, and frames that I have purchased here.

I was sort of surprised by the attitude that the staff had when I went into purchase some new frames. Its as if they were doing me a favor by granting me their times. Inattentive, not helpful and less than caring attitude....... Nope, I wont be back!

I will honestly say this place was the worst place I ever went, they dont stand by their products, I got my glasses there and within 4 months they starting getting a blurry spot on the inside corner it kept getting bigger so I took it in too them, they said they didnt know what it was and their lense was only guaranteed for a month, this happened 3-4 months after I got them with no fault of mine, I will never go back to Pearl Vision and I will never recommend them too anyone as they are not good with their customers.....

Friendly staff but no one is wearing a mask. You would think they would care about there clients more that that. Wont recommend for that reason.

We had previously used this for my daughters glasses. But this chain doesnt take VSP vision insurance. Its an independent. You have to drive to Hixson or Chattanooga to be in network and have the same insurance company be in network. Thats sad and frustrating. We had enjoyed our previous experience. So its a neutral review for other peoples knowledge.

My eyes were getting so tired and dry by the end of the day it was getting frustrating. I went to pearle vision and they gave me an eye exam and discovered my old prescription was just not right, I love me mew glasses and can work at my computer longer without the dry eyes and headaches from before. Got polarized lenses and each lens is polarized at different angles, it messes up my vision. Pearle was able to correct it in a timely manner and got them to me before my vacation :-)

They got my script wong, the Dr said if I had issues they would see me the same day, didnt do that, they did order me new lenses but no one can cut them down on Saturday and they close at 4. All and all its like the Wal mart vision center just more expensive. Their is no support once you have your glasses if their right youll have no problem if not you own a useless pair of glasses.

Dr came in late. He spent maybe 5 minutes on my exam and before I could pay my co-pay the Dr was outside trimming the hedges in front of the store. I kinda afraid to have my prescription filled because I only looked through 2 lenses on the exam.

Great staff and doctors but Im getting tired of having to wait in the waiting room for an hour each visit plus the time I spend in the exam room.
