Salon is unattractive. Certainly not a place to relax. Stylist was inexperienced with no one helping her. She changed my hair color without asking. I was told no one is vaccinated. She brought her daughter to work. The place is just not clean. Such a disappointment. No one answers the phone.

Alex is AMAZING! I had my makeup trial for my wedding yesterday with her and it was beyond any expectations I had. I had to make an early appointment as my wedding shower was in the early afternoon and she was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was able to create it but 100 times better. I got so many compliments on my makeup and it lasted all day/night without any issues. I am recommending her to anyone and everyone. I cannot wait to see her again for my wedding makeup!!

Marianna is the best! She was patient and listened to exactly what I wanted and the results were amazing! She was so sweet and professional!

I had an appointment with Liz for a manicure. She was professional and friendly from the start to finish! We talked to the whole time and felt like I’ve known her forever! She’s awesome and what a great clean and cute place!

I hate to post bad things about places on reviews, but this one has me really concerned with the hair stylists that work here. I went in yesterday to have my hair cut - asked for a simple trim, no more than 2 inches off, and layers in the front. Instead, what I received was a hole in the back of my hair. The girl used hair thinning scissors to cut my hair and now there is a huge gap. See picture.Everything is uneven and I am absolutely shocked. Dino Palmieri is redoing my hair and they said I am going to need hair extensions to fill the entire layer of hair that got chopped out of my head. Needless to say, I will never return.

Everyone here is so friendly and it is always so clean. Every time I go here Lexi always does such an amazing job on my hair! I will never go anywhere else.♥️

I’ve been trying to get a hold of this business to schedule a service for over three weeks. There’s no way they are still in business, you can’t get a hold of anyone. I’ve tried calling, emails, and IG with no luck.

I visited West Park Beauty Salon to have my brows microbladed and I’m very happy that I did so. Marissa is extremely knowledgeable, personable, great at what she does and just all around an amazing person. I will definitely visit this salon again and I highly recommend Marissa to anyone looking to improve upon the appearance of their brows.

Jennifer does an AMAZING job on hair color and haircut!!My first visit, I asked for partial highlights just a week before my wedding, so my hair would look better in pictures. Turned out more than perfect!Second visit, I decided to have a major change in the style by chopping more than 7 inch of my hair. Again, Jennifer did a FANTASTIC job ;) Happy with fixing up new growth, too!Very friendly staffs and flexible appointments. Recommending this place to anyone! Also this place sells great hair products as well.

I went here originally just to get my nails done because my nail lady had moved. I liked the people and the anesthetics of the place so much I came back and got my hair done. The concierge service was super nice, they offered to take my coat and hang it up, they offered me a beverage and I was really well attended to. I got a fantastic haircut from Missy, the first time Ive been pleased in a while. On top of that, I was given referral cards that offered rewards, which is more than most places. All in all, super happy with the service! Its moderately priced place. My haircut cost me $45, I had really long hair and took it to shoulder length, got it washed and blowdryed as well. I was told the other hairstylists offer different ranges of prices. I will definitely be going back!

I visited this Salon for a massage by Laura Baker. She has just started working out of this location. She is a very experienced professional massage therapist and does an excellent job. Her massage room is very aesthetically pleasing with soft lighting and soothing music. I am very happy I discovered her and this parlor and I will be returning often. The massage parlor is very neat and clean and there is ample parking available behind the Salon.

I got microblading done by Marissa. She explained the whole process to me and did a beautiful job. I felt so comfortable and welcomed in a beautiful salon. Very professional. Would definitely recommend!!!!

Alexandria is simply amazing!! She has been doing my hair for years now. She has such skill at cutting and a wonderful eye for color. She really listens to what you want and manages to go above and beyond! My hair looks beautiful every time! The atmosphere is so inviting and friendly. I cant recommend Alexandria and West Park Beauty Salon enough!!

She kept him calm and relaxed the whole way through, as he is not very comfortable with people touching him. She was gentle, environment was calming and relaxing, clean and organized. This was my first visit and my hair looks amazing! I got a haircut and color by Missy and she did a fantastic job. She made sure my hair looked its absolute best and I genuinely enjoyed my time around all the staff. I will be coming back and asking for Missy again.

I always leave West Park Beauty Salon feeling like a diva. Kathleen is absolutely amazing and shes been doing my hair for 4 years. I decide to change my hair all the time and Im very picky but she always gives me exactly what I want. She takes her time and does everything to make sure its perfect. Its a nice salon with a great atmosphere.

West Park Beauty Salon is a beautiful little salon right in Kamms Corner. My stylist, Alex, is the best stylist Ive ever had and I will never go to another! She always takes care of me. She makes me more and more beautiful every time I see her! She makes me coffee too, which is a huge plus. 10 stars if I could!

I heard they had a new, full-time masseuse. I called and was able to make a same day appointment for a few hours later. Laura was fantastic! Not only did she ask me to specify my problem areas, but she asked me at the end of my 60 minute session if I needed more attention! Absolutely fantastic service and Laura exceeded my expectations for an emergency appointment! Not only is she my new masseuse, but I would highly recommend her to anyone!

I would give this place five stars, but my nail experience wasnt the greatest... a full set of acrylics took almost two hours, they were very thin, separated from my real nail just hours later and broke less than a week after they were done. What a bummer.As for hair - I definitely recommend this place! Mariana is a fantastic colorist and stylist! I will definitely be back for my hair!

I went to Kat a few times for my nails. She does a good job, but her customer service is terrible. Oversleeping and cancelling appointments at the last minute without even being apologetic, although youll get charged if you do that. Seemed cool enough in person, but gave off the attitude as if she could care less about having my business, so Ill be taking it elsewhere.
