The atmosphere was great the owner tina seemed great until one I waited almost an hr past my appointment time to be serviced. But worst of all she glued my lashes together then took scissors to my eyes and cut them apart. Before letting me open my eyes and handing me a mirror she said oh why did you cut your lashes? Me being confused I said I have never taken scissors to my face. But I just heard you cutting something she claimed it wasnt her. When I opened my eyes and looked in the mirror all I could do was cry. My bottom lashes were cut. Gone. Fresh cuts. And they were stuck to the top lashes. Just sticking out everywhere. You could tell they were my bottom lashes, they were even curled in the opposite direction of the top lashes. They burned for hours and my real lashes top and the cut ones on the bottom were ruined. I sat in the car for about an hour just crying. Absolutely horrible experience. It took weeks for them to grow back. I hated looking in the mirror.

I will be back. Eyebrows were done to perfection. Such a beautiful soul so friendly. Shop was clean and organized.

I enjoyed getting my lashes done but after one week my left eye couldn’t keep up at all. My right eye is full but my left eye just kept falling out without me even touching them. Not sure if I want to keep the trend of lashes like most women and pay over $200 every month just for them to come out the next day like I experienced. I tried to be happy as much as possible but now I dread paying $60 for a refill after paying $125 last week 🥲

I googled the business. As I found it was so close I distance from my home I took a walk I understood that they stated they did appointments but did not state that they DO NOT do walk ins. So I visited the location on a Saturday afternoon and to my surprise no one was available doors locked and the sign said they were open 11-7pm as I believe it was 2 pm. I then called the phone number provided and no answer yet a answering service I did not leave a message. I left and about 2 hours later I received a phone call and it was Blink as she asked did I call I said I did I visited the business and noone was available she stated they did appointments. However I mentioned nowhere on the internet or business it says appointments ONLY. So I was under the assumption there would at least be someone there to speak with. Overall I support local small businesses however all details wasn’t spelled out, she did not let me address my concerns or opinions without cutting me off during our conversation, and really didn’t apologize or see where they could’ve did something different as far as setting forth details as a sign or even speaking the rules on the voicemail. With all of this is why I didn’t choose to receive service from Blink studios. Communication whether oral or written is VERY important.

Please please please RUN. DO NOT COME HERE !! My 125$ lashes started to fall off like snow flakes within four HOURS of having them, and when I asked for a refund I was asked for a picture as if I would lie about what was happening. I was afraid to send the picture because i knew she would only say it’s not that bad and that she would fix them, they were falling out so bad all I could do is ask for a refund. She act as if she’s really cool and cares about her clients, and clearly she doesn’t. Will even ask about your children, only to take from there mouths... now am stuck looking forward to go through a legal process and having to pay someone again for them to be done. I was robbed! The lady who does threading has nothing to do with this. But the owner should truly be ashamed of herself.

Tina is the best. She did my lashes and it was my first time and she made my experience awesome. I definitely will be back!

I wanted to love this place so bad. The environment was fine and the people were very kind. However, I had so many issues with my lashes. They were excessively falling out after less than a week and my eye hurt so bad but I could not figure out why. I ended up going to a different place and had them removed. It turns out that there was way too much glue on my eyelid, which was putting pressure on my eye. The lashes were glued to my lid and as a result a bunch of my natural lashes fell out. I look so bad now. They were also so close together that they all got tangled together. It took the girl an hour to remove the extensions and she could not even put new ones on due to the damage. I am really hoping my lashes recover.

Wish I could give no stars. I made an appointment, then the day of my appointment I call to confirm it. I drive one our & get there early. Now when I get there they are not open so I sit & wait. No one never showed up for my appointment. & when I called the lady who I called to confirm my appointment she calls the girl who should be doing my appointment & says there was a mix up with the time. So unprofessional!!!!!

I recently received my first set of eyelash (clusters) extensions here, loved the experience and the outcome. The staff as a whole is wonderful young ladies. My beauty tech, Tina (the owner) was amazing. They didnt last long being I perform wudu many times a day but, I know my next visit will be for the semi permanent individual lashes.

They are a very professional staff services are always quick and easy and they have good prices. I am always satisfied I love this place. Make sure to hit this spot every time I come into Cleveland its always the highlight of my trip so I go back looking flawless.

Amazing!! Neicy is an expert!! Tina and Neicy are not only experts in their field but amazing women as well. They offer a welcoming environment and provide a professional atmosphere! I got my very first eyelash extensions here. The owner, Tina, was kind, professional, and informative. I was lucky enough to secure a same day appt right before a cruise. The cluster lashes are affordable, and make me look amazing. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to keep the eye lashes on for more than 4 days before they fell off.

The ladies who own and or work in this salon, are the absolute best. Not only are they doing brows, lashes and makeup, they are also uplifting all the women who walk through their doors!!! Amazing work ladies, keep it up xo!!!

Tina did a great job on my lashes! Although she was 20 mins late and I was the first appointment so I waited in my car till she came, she had me in and out and my lashes came out really good. I came im mad but left happy about the quality of work she did.

My eyelashes were falling out in massive clumps after only having them done for 3 days now. Never going back again !! Do not go

I have to admit , Im really upset about the lashes. For starters , they are not individual lashes , one on one lash like a classic set should be and what they said they would be. POOR APPLICATION . They are flare lashes OVERLY glued to multiple natural lashes.this does not allow natural lashes to grow and shed individually as they should. These are hard and plastic feeling. She needed to trim lashes near the base of the lash. After they settled , they are poking and irritating my entire eye. They are uneven , though I came back to see if tina could correct it but left with a fuller droopy lashes. When I initially came in, Tina was late for our first appointment. Groupon kept coming up, so i went on to see the hype and noticed they advertise full set for a normal price of $60 and discounted to $32 , I was charged me $125 and didnt even apply them individually. Maybe its because my sweet demeanor and Im normally not confrontational ,hell it may even be because Im white ( assumed I was out of place, assumed I was upset with music choice because its not classical , and volume of shop, whatever it was , they thought I was an easy lick. And in the end I was because they have my money and i have an appointment to remove the terrible job that was done. I was just a mom trying to feel good about myself and I feel they did everything to take advantage of that.

Ive done eyelash extensions before, and Tina was really sweet! I bought one eyelash extension with a refill, however, they all peeled back within three days. It wasnt properly put onto individual lashes and came off like a strip. I really wanted to like this place, but I was really disappointed. I would try somewhere else if you want to get your lashes done.

I was disappointed with this place. I scheduled to have my eyebrows done. However, the day of something came up, and I needed to reschedule. I called hours in advance and left a voicemail, yet no call back. I later called again. No response, and no call back. Quite unprofessional.

Groupon gift for my daughter. Called to schedule an appointment, Tina answered. She was excited until I said GROUPON! Told me she would call me back and never did... checked my Groupon and she had refunded my money. Smh If she had a bad experience with this it’s unfortunate. But the money wasn’t a problem. Great customer service is very important to me. Do better business...
