Best place to get your eyebrows done will never go anywhere else

Waste of time, I called to make sure they was opened only to get there and the door was locked. Tried calling while at the site but received a message stating the person is unable to accept calls at this time. This is terrible for any business to close up shop unexpectedly without prior notice unless this was an emergency situation, then its understandable but notice on the door would be great.

I been getting my brows done here for almost 7 years now and not once have i had a bad experience. Preet is such a great person, hard working, and caring.

Preet is nice and does fast work, but sometimes the brow job can be a hit or miss, she does them way too thin! I often hear people requesting that she not make them so thin. So just be mindful of that if visiting here.

I came here to get my eyebrows done and left with my right eyebrow thinner than the left she did not even accept her mistake and was very rude about it. Made it seem like she was not at fault at all. I had pictures of my eyebrows before and he had made them very un even all she had to do was cleanup and she cut an ENTIRE line off the bottom of my right eyebrow!!!!!! Completely unprofessional!

She is really good with shaping eyebrows. I gave only 3 starts because she is good but very fast, (other places I go to they don’t rush)and bit expensive than other places I go to. And lately I’ve been getting minor cuts and red dots ( basically blood) on my eyebrows. And I could definitely feel the pain while she’s doing my eyebrows. Threading feels painful since last 3-4 times, not smooth.

Preet is amazing with the thread and wax! I was scared to get threaded because I have a low pain tolerance. Preet DOES NOT HURT! My new Brow Lady. Lol

I was recommended this place by a friend. I checked out the reviews and she told me how the lady who does the eyebrows was quick and good with her work. When I entered in Preet Beauty Salon her husband (I believe) gave my mother and I terrible customer service. He was rude towards us especially when I asked did they offer wax services for eyebrows, Like damn I can’t ask?! No attitude was needed for that. I just left and went else where. I do not recommend this place 👎🏾

I normally get my eye brows threaded but during this visit I also asked her to wax above my lip. She was very fast and did an amazing job. She even wiped my stream of tears. :)

I live in California part of the time and I just wait until I get to Cleveland to get my eyebrows done. I have thin brows and its easy to take too much. I have had them done here its overpriced and overrated. Preet is gentle, fast, and a master at this! Also I took a friend there who has thick beautiful eyebrows and was afraid to get the threading. I convinced her and paid for it. Now she goes there on her own.

Ive been getting my brows threaded here for years. She has a lot of customers but remembers who you are ans the style that you like. Sometimes there is a wait but it goes quickly.

I have been coming here for 4 years and I love how fast she is and how efficient they are. even uf 10 people are in front of me I somehow never wait more than 10 minutes, and I leave with perfect eyebrows.The salon is very clean and the business is family owned and operated. Yhey just added a lash tech but I have not yet used this service.

If you want thin uneven brows head to preet salon. I gave this place two shots because of the reviews on here, but they let me down. If your brows are not arched and you like them that way, stray away from this place. I came in asking for a clean up as some of the hairs grew back, however she did not listen to me and arched them. I walked out with one way too arched brow and another decent looking one. She wont listen to you, shell just nod to get you off the seat fast enough to pay and leave. She only knows how to arch brows so everyone walks out of there with identical looking brows.

They are very disrespectful to black women, im not sure why anyone goes here the way the lady and man talk to blacks Im shocked that nothing bad has happened there yet. Also she messed up a few people I know eyebrows. She does them to thin and she tries to pluck one or two strands from the middle, if she doesnt like you. Beware of this place, you never know how she feeling that day.
