Amour did an absolutely amazing job on my micros, she is truly a professional, she gave me great advice on which style would be best for my hair because originally I had wanted the Senegalese braids and she then explained that with my hair being so thin and my edges so short that micros would be my best option so that I could start growing my hair and getting it healthy. For me that was a really big plus because it really showed me that I was more than just a paying customer, she truly cared and had my best interest at heart. Nevertheless Amour has found herself a new Client (ME) the experience was great all the way around and I will be and would highly recommend her services

Extremely great!! Amour gave me what I asked for! She first asked for me to send her a pic if my hair which is short. When I got there, the pic didnt do her any justice when she realized how thick my hair was. 😄 She still gave me the same price of $160 for synthetic hair, and she even rolled and dipped my hair. I purchased my own hair from Amazon because I wanted silver mixed with gray. The best part of all I was done in 5 and a half hrs!! I wasnt in the salon all day long like others. We had great conversation and watched TV shows together. It was peaceful, just the two of us, no drama! I finally found my hair braider! Thank you Amour ❤

It was overall a great experience. I called a week in advance and made my appointment. Unlike other braid shops I have been to she was there waiting on me and ready to begin. We discussed the size and length of my braids. I did pay slightly more than the quoted price as she thought my hair was long. I guess thats a subjective judgment.She is extremely fast and her work is impeccable. Highly recommended.

This was the best experience with getting my hair braided ever. The owner was very polite, on time and very fast. She was honest about what she could do and the amount of time it would take. The place was clean and very inviting. Not to mention she was able to get me in on short notice

Fast and neat. She also supplies the hair. As another reviewer mentioned, I like that there are no other customers in the shop so theres no flipping back and forth between patrons. And I like that there only one person working on my head. She wasnt really nice to talk to also, which made the time fly.

Amor does very good work and she is quite fast at her job. Shes sensitive to your head! Didnt hurt at all. She has given me kinky twist sometimes but this time we did micros and it took less than 5 hours. I really like her style. You should try her!

Does good work. I received many compliments on my hair. She does not braid too tight so your edges wont fall out. However, braids are not full enough in the back to wear your hair half up and half down. You have to wear it all down or all up.

I called to schedule with her a few days in advance. She then kept calling me the day before my appointment because she said I was knocking on her door. Then she started to text me accusing me of knocking on her door. I WAS NOT KNOCKING ON HER DOOR!!! I was at home taking a nap. She canceled my appointment for the next day because she said she had gotten bad news. It was a very weird behavior. I will not be rescheduling with her.Update: she texted me again a few days after she canceled my appointment. She stated that clients cancel all the time and she really did have bad family news back in her county and that I don’t care. She then stated her business will be just fine. I never said she didn’t have a family emergency. I don’t know why she felt it was necessary to text me a few days later, but what she said was unprofessional. She should have just left it alone.

I like going to get my hair braided here, she is fast but she is greedy.. and thunk she knows whats best for YOUR head. And talksntoo much when im trying to sleep. Tells me to wake up.. i just got off night shift to.. so will not got back

I went to Amour shop because my original braiders was booked and I needed my hair done for my birthday and reading her reviews this sounded like the place to go.I got some Senegalese Twist done by her the whole time I was there you talked negative about every customer that called her.and I didnt like how my twist turned out(she braided my hair to far down before she began to twist it looked like I was undecided on if I wanted twist or box braids and they were uneven). I informed her of that and instead of trying to retwist my hair or something different she aggressively took my hair down and gave me my money back and my birthday was the next day so I was screwed.but luckily I was able to get my hair done late that night by my original braiders and I was very well pleased.I just feel she is very unprofessional.
