Our son has been going to see Mr. Patrick White at the Clermont Speech and Language Therapy Center for about a year and a half now. We had been to several other centers with no results. We have found Mr. White to be incredibly patient with our four year old. Our son has shown continuous and tremendous progress since we first started at the center. Mr. White continues to keep the sessions fresh and finds new ways to keep our sons attention. Over the past year, Mr. White has developed a very friendly relationship with our son where he looks forward to going to see him everyday. He calls Mr. Patrick his best friend. We highly recommend Mr. White and the Clermont Speech and Language Therapy Center.

Seems selective who they service. Ive been calling since the beginning of the year to get in. Finally got in to do an evaluation with a women that was clearly uncomfortable with our presence then it took weeks for the results. I dont feel my son can get the attention he deserves and needs here.

I have been taking my son to speech therapy for the past 4 years. Patrick is one the most professional, honest and caring person I have ever met. He is exceptional at his job and my son has grown leaps and bounds under Patrick’s tutelage. I would recommend Patrick to anyone who needs speech therapy services for their child. He has done amazing with my son.

I have not left reviews with google before, however today’s encounter has compelled me to leave a review. This was appalling.This review is solely based on a first impression from a telephone call.My pediatrician office recommended this establishment and in efforts to become better educated about the place and if this was the place for my child who is very young.I called and left a voice message. A man named Patrick returned the call saying “this is Patrick returning you call, call me back at...”I called again and in the mist of my message Patrick answered and as I proceeded to explain that my pediatrician recommended this place and my child is very young and wanted to know what was needed to see about an appointment.Patrick’s response was:“Can the child wear a mask?”My response is no.Patrick said: “oh. Um ... well then.. you have insurance?”My response is yes, (the name of the insurance)Patrick then quickly proceeded to state that “ yeah the establishment no longer works with this insurance and um...”I interrupted and proceeded to inform Patrick , that we are not concerned of the insurance, and we would pay out of pocket if this was the place for us.To which Patrick responded with “Oh um.. yeah.. well we don’t know, don’t have any availability for an evaluation until June if you’d like...”I shared with him that I needed to discuss this with my husband and would call back and leave a message if worst came to worst.Patrick stated he was leaving for the evening and I should call back tomorrow morning.Clearly, this is not the place I would take my child to.My first impression was that this person has Zero interest in my child and or the needs. The primordial and first concern is if insurance to cover and a face mask.Shameful that, this is the place my pediatrician has recommended. Shameful that, this place would care more about the money and a mask for a child who just turned two. A child whom has never really worn a face mask. On the occasions we have tried to teach the usage of the face mask, the immediate reaction to pull away a restriction that is unfamiliar and uncomfortable. This is what happens with my young child. We are working on it. We do not go out and do not wear a mask at home. Also it goes with out saying, there is no face mask that fits and covers my young child’s face accurately.I hope no one else encounters this experience where they feel what this person made us feel. The money from the insurance and a young child wearing a face mask, is more important then the HUMAN BEING.Not only did Patrick ever ask anything about my child or attempt to be remotely interested, he dismissed us.No thank you. There are extremely talented, kind, and most importantly a professional, in this field that we will gladly find anywhere else. Just Not here.

Cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at Clermont Speech & Language center! The therapists are extremely knowledgeable, kind, and above all cares deeply. My Children benefited greatly from their care and I am forever indebted to the fantastic team at this facility!!!

Worst place ever! Wants me to force my one year old child to wear a mask when CDC guidelines says they don’t have to under 2. The lady was absolutely rude on the phone never even offered a different option they just can’t help me because my son won’t wear a mask!! Stay away from this place I will find somewhere else to go because they don’t care about helping children

Patrick and his staff have been excellent since we started bringing or son there years ago! Highly recommend!

Megan and Patrick are wonderful. They are results driven and very caring and fun. My daughter loves her time spent here. For her, it only took a few weeks to begin showing signs of marked improvement in her speech, which I can directly attribute to the therapy she has received at Clermont Speech and Language.

We love Clermont Speech and Language!! Patrick is a great person who is patient and kind. Adrianna runs the office without a hitch. If you need a speech center for your child, definitely go to Clermont Speech and Language. You will not regret it!!
