We’ve been apart of the Lake Speech & Language family for about 5-6 years now and we love them. The front office staff is very friendly and attentive to my child. My child loves Mr. Adam!! I am thankful every day for the staff at Lake Speech. My daughter has received Speech therapy services for a little over two years. She also began Occupational therapy a few months ago.The therapists and staff members are always extra helpful. Having a child with disabilities can be very confusing, but everyone is always willing to help in any way possible way. Communication is excellent!Aside from being very professional, the staff at Lake Speech has always been extremely loving and caring to my family. It makes the time we spend there each week so much easier.Thank you so much Lake Speech for all of your hard work and dedication. You guys always continue to exceed my expectations❤️

My son was recommended for speech therapy from his PCP in June. I was real hesitant and thought my 18 months son was to young for therapy. As months went by his behavior was getting worst and he was getting upset because he didn’t know how to communicate with me and my wife. I finally gave in and started treatment in August 27th 2019. Within the first couple weeks I started seeing changes in his behavior. In 3 weeks he started making animals noises. His vocabulary was only Mom, Dad, Ball. He’s now counting to ten, he understand so much more. He has made a complete 360 transformation. He’s much easier to baby sit. The work they have done her is amazing. Tatiana has been amazing and blessing for my son. I totally recommend Lake Speech & Language Services 100%.

Great place! Friendly staff. My son has been here for a couple of months now and he has improved already so much. He is a little hard to work with which made me very nervous at first but they have been so patient and made us both feel very welcomed and confortable.

Since starting therapy my son’s demeanor has changed a lot. Whilst he may not talk tremendously outdoors to others, he still communicates a lot more than usual. At home he is using vocabulary that he has never used before. I am happy with the current progress that he has shown and will continue to bring him for therapy.

Lake Speech has help my daughter a lot. She has developed a lot more words in to her vocabulary and what I love the most is that she gets along well with her therapist. They are wonderful.

Lake Speech is an outstanding experience not only for the patient, but for the families as well. The services are outstanding and personally I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and efforts to reach my daughters goals. Everyone in the office is helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and are really understanding and in tune to obtain the outcome based on the situation.

Everyone at Lake Speech & Language Services goes above and beyond! From there friendly attentive staff to there effortless scheduling. They make Speach and Occupational therapy a breeze. Our little one loves his therapist’s and looks forward to his appointments. I would 💯 recommend Lake Speach & Language to any parents in need of these services.

The staff were super friendly and Mr.Adam was great. Christina and Will at the front desk were always very pleasant and welcoming. Sadly with the new year our insurance deductible reset and we couldnt budget paying $400+ dollars a month after insurance. We found out about the state funded Early Steps Program and were able to get accepted and transferred to a different speech therapist free of cost.

My kids have been coming here for years! They have the best speech therapist as well as office staff! My son and daughter both have grown so much from coming here... I would recommend Lake speech and Language services to anyone!

Phenomenal. I have lots of positive things to say about this place. The staff is very helpful with the parents / children that walk through the door. Every staff member I’ve encountered here has been nothing but extremely kind and knowledgeable. We relocated from GA and were looking for a Speech therapist to work with our 5 yr old ASD daughter over the summer so she would continue to progress. Will worked to get her started as soon as possible and was my main point of contact in the setup process. His level of communication went above and beyond to keep me in the loop about start dates, eval, how visits would go, billing, etc. Many times when I first speak to new offices or schools/programs about my daughter they get right down to business – insurance info and what goals they want to achieve in what time frame. But not Lake Speech. The first thing Will told me was that this office’s main concern was building trust and lasting relationships with clients to help them succeed. That is the main reason I wanted them to work with my daughter. When the concern isn’t how many words they can get her to parrot back in a month but the concern is how comfortable she is in the process, you know you have a winner.Most front office staff in other places I’ve encountered would treat clients with such indifference and business like but I have NEVER felt that at Lake Speech. Cristina and Kim have been amazing, sweet, and so helpful and they all run that office smoothly like champs. Cristina remembered personal conversations I had in passing about my grandparents and always asked how they were doing and when my grandmother passed away a few weeks ago everybody offered sincere condolences and accommodated my daughters therapy schedule to meet our family’s needs at that time. You can be assured that if they don’t accommodate your schedule it is simply because its not possible – but they will always try to do whatever they can to meet your needs.Tatiana was my daughter’s therapist and was more than I couldve hoped for. She was literally so patient, sweet and biggest smile welcoming my kid every time she saw her. She had ideas after every session about what they worked on and what we could work on at home to continue progress. I saw my daughters attitude change like night and day. It started with my daughter crying hysterically on her first few days because she was afraid of a new place to me not being able to get her out of that place! If I would show up 5 mins early to an appointment she would be in the waiting room crying and knocking on the door wanting Tatiana to come get her early lol Even though she can’t communicate it with words, I know my daughter will miss her very much.Today was our last day here, as we are relocating back to GA in a couple of weeks and they gave her parting gifts and hugs and she literally said “happy birthday?” because she thought all the love must be her birthday but it was just amazing people showing my kid that she would be missed.I knew I couldn’t wait to put this review up because I wouldn’t want to forget to give this office a shout out. These people are all so wonderful and I really hope anyone trying to decide where to start their child’s therapy ends up here. You won’t regret it!
