We have been at SOS Therapy for three years. My sons speech therapist is an incredible therapist. She is not only caring, passionate and dedicated to my sons success. But incredibly knowledgeable and kind. We are so blessed to have Ms Alice a part of our sons journey. She is a very important part of our lives and we are extremely grateful to have her a part of our sons development.If you’re looking for a place for your child to develop and grow in a nurturing and caring environment with therapist who are passionate and dedicated to helping your child flourish. SOS Therapy is an amazing find! My son goes to speech at the Citrus Tower location. They have been so patient with him and working with him. Its been almost a year now and although he doesnt speak traditionally yet, they have taught him how to communicate his needs, and how to make sounds, and more words are coming.Behind the scenes the staff has helped me to decipher and battle with my insurance company, and has always tried their hardest to get me the best deal possible, because they understand that my son needs the magic they provide.

I am so happy to have found SOS Therapy when we did. My daughter has received Speech and Occupational therapy here for the past 3 years. We started not knowing what to expect. Having to learn basic sign language was a challenge and yet her therapist always reassured us it would be ok. Therapy has required so much time, effort and dedication. Each of her therapist work with us as a family in order to continue to provide my daughter with support at home and in school. I have also been supported along this journey and have been given so many tools and resources. Her Speech and OT therapist set each session geared towards my daughters needs and goals. They have gone above and beyond in order for my sweet girl to reach her full potential. It has truly been an amazing 3yrs of hard work with much success. Many tears have been shed in this office. Some with worry and others of pure joy! This year has proven to be even more challenging for all of us with the move to online therapy. I am happy to say it was a smooth transition and was implemented quickly. Everyone at SOS is so kind and welcoming. Jackie,Rebeca T, Alice....I am forever thankful for you!!

Our 4 yr old son has been going here for the past year. Hes had a few different speech therapists now and theyve been amazing. He has a great time and is doing much better on his speech.

We absolutely love this place! We were with another group for a while and had to switch for personal reasons. We were scared of change, how would our son transition? How would we like the new therapist? Let me tell you, not only did our son transition well, so did we! It was the best decision ever! I wish we had know about this group prior. We have been with them for 5+ years. We started off in Oakland and followed them to Clermont when they opened their new office.All the therapist are so patient, caring and understanding. Weve seen multiple therapist there, and they have all been great! My son loves all of them!I was a mommy who thought my son would never talk, that I would never hear the words we all take for granted....I love you mommy. Not only have I heard these words (an more), He is reading and writing! He is using proper grammar!Thank you for all the therapists patience, love and help. Without them, my son would not be where he is today. I am forever grateful for each and every therapist that has had a hand in teaching him all he knows! Thank you Ms. Alice, Ms. Angela, Ms. Mary, Ms. Maja and all the others :)

Lets start with Therapists are helping our children who have special needs.....Apparently they do not realize how difficult home life can be and that sometimes they are not our only child. That we have multiple therapies and many many doctor and specialists appointments not to mention WellCare visits for the other family members or the occasional hiccup when you hear bad news and have to rearrange things because now surgery is needed for something. God forbid LIFE happens period! Sometimes we just cannot make it to ST, OT or PT or VT...... Sometimes the medications our children have to now take can alter their appetite and sleep patterns. Ironically life is stressful normally but add everything we need to go through and well let us just say it is a little more than stressful. I only switched to SOS because they offered the teletherapy and with all that is going on in the world well sometimes it is better to be safe than Sorry. Any how I am switching back because my daughter was put on new medication that made her have a crazy sleep pattern that kept her awake really late no matter how dark the room was (not that that matters to her as she is visually impaired) Long story short SOS therapy as a place of business should not be in the therapy field! Please do not bother doing the pity reply that all businesses do it just does not look good no matter what you say. The truth is there are RUDE therapists and impatient therapist with no empathy! Please if you are reading this review I mean hey give them a shot to each his own, but I can almost guarantee that at some point you will not be happy. I should have left after the first strike but stayed and gave them a chance, to then be disappointed again. Poor customer service to top. I do not like writing bad reviews but this one deserved it as there was poor communication and bad attitudes.Respond to Respond:Apparently those parents plural form with 4 children in different houses with different parents of which 3 have received Therapies for a combined 14 years have forgotten what it is truly like also in my review I did state I am the only parent and have multiple children. So while yes you can review the attendance policy online that still does not explain the ATTITUDES!!!!! The no EMPATHY!!!!!!! Or the poor communication!!!!!!!!!!! And apparently you sift through reviews and do not actually read them because I did say to please not bother responding with you typical response trying to make yourselves look good.....not worth it! But whatever apparently you have time to waste on responding to bad reviews but not helping children in need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you no thank you. NOW PLEASE INSTEAD OF RESPONDING AGAIN TAKE TIME AND TRAIN YOUR THERAPISTS ON EMPATHY AND PATIENCE AMONG OTHER THINGS!!!!!!!!!!! We are so grateful to have found SOS therapy. Our therapist is incredible and our son really enjoys going to for his Speech Therapy session. We were recommended SOS therapy by a friend and I wish we had found them sooner. Thank you so much for helping our son. We cant thank you enough!! We love you SOS Therapy!!

I love the therapist who work with my son but I also love the other therapist in the office as well! Everyone is so kind. I cant say enough about the help we have received through Ot and Speech my son has come a long way and I am thankful we found SOS! He has been attending for a little over a year now and he is thriving. Thank you ladies for all you do for always staying calm and patient with my baby

Our children have had the good fortune of having the therapists at SOS help them to meet their full potential. The therapists are so amazing that it was actually bittersweet for our child when he reached his goals because he didnt want to give up seeing his therapists. The therapists are not just extremely knowledgeable and qualified but patient, kind, and compassionate, adjusting to meet each childs unique needs.
