Over charged my insurance and never received the results only a bill. Was not helpful in resolving the issue only insist that I pay— I do not recommend this facility/ provider.

My experience today was so nice! Everyone I encountered was so friendly and professional. They explained many options that could work for me without trying to get me to commit to more than I was ready for ! I really appreciate that and I’m looking forward to my return visit !

Doctor was so thorough and nice! Incredible bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. HIGHLY recommend. I will absolutely be going back to MFDPS for any dermatology needs.

Went to my 6 mth appointment the other day, (I was there about 6 mths earlier), and I was shocked when I walked into the office and it was full and a line of about 6 people were waiting to check in, some wearing masks some not and no distance between people. I asked why everyone was not wearing masks and was told by receptionist that no masks were not required!!! Not getting my $$$ or recommendations! Reporting them to the public health dept

Im glad this wasnt my first time; Rosey was so rude, argumentative and unprofessional! I almost left, but having been a satisfied patient for over a year I knew this individual does not represent Mid Florida Derm. Although, I may choose another location!

My go to dermatologist! They are easy to schedule and they run on time, which is important to me. Services are excellent, as they are very knowledgeable. They make it easy! I highly recommend.

Just to keep it short. They removed 3 biopsies but didnt did not let me know until 9 MONTHS LATER!!!! Thats just scary if you ask me.

I can only review the appointment process, as I wasnt able to get in to see anyone. I am experiencing a skin emergency and needed to get an appointment right away. I called the appointment line and spoke with an extremely disinterested lady. She asked what location I was hoping to get into, I said Clermont. The soonest she could get me in is in early July...around a month away. I let her know that was too long to wait, that I have an issue right now and cant wait that long. I advised I need to see someone right away. She said she understood. And that was it. End of call. No offer to help further. No mention of other options. So...I go back to my computer to search for another doctor to try. Thats when I saw how many offices Mid Florida has in my area! Considering my office location in Orlando and home in Clermont, there are 9 other offices I could get to easily and fairly quickly. (Seriously, there are 9...I checked the addresses and counted.) While I do understand other patients have appointments already set up, I also know other doctor offices will work you in when there is an urgent need...or they will at least offer to check their other locations. Luckily, the next dermatologist I called did exactly that...they were booked for the next couple weeks, but managed to fit me in tomorrow when I told them Im experiencing an issue now. I think this will end up being a good thing...a businesses culture is determined by those at the top and it trickles down. I wouldnt be comfortable seeing any medical provider who is part of such an apathetic team.

They treated me with the upmost care & concern. Deborah LeBlanc is a wonderful Physician Assistant, always professional and truly cares for her patients. I was diagnosed with a skin cancer and they went above and beyond to be sure I was treated quickly and professionally. I highly recommend them. At another office, I felt like a number, not here!

I’ve Visited both locations downtown and clermont the dermatologist works at the downtown location he seems to really know his stuff but wasn’t able to get me long term results plus my insurance informed me I would no longer be able purchase the skin cream he prescribed for me which cost $1150.00 smh... so for my follow up visit I went to clermont location due to fact I live closer to that side of town only to find the lady that would see me was a nurse practitioner she only saw me for a few minutes and told me about samples she could get for a price I wasn’t really convinced by her and didn’t want to be a Ginny pig for some random products so informed her wasn’t planning on coming back due to the lack of confidence I had in the products used so far... fast forward a month and I received a $25 invoice from the clermont location stating I missed my next appointment and didn’t notify before the date to which I called them up and gave them an ear full.

My. Appt was at 2:00pm we are here from 1:30 pm and is 2:30 pm and we still on the waiting room!!!! Inaceptable!!! Omg 2:55pm and we still waiting!!! 😡😡

We have had the scariest experience of our life with this Dermatologist, and I would urge anyone to stay away from this office! My wife found a spot on her shoulder, and with a family history of skin cancer, went here to check it out. They said it looked suspicious and so biopsied it for results. It took 3 weeks for them to tell us anything, and this is after us calling constantly to check up on it. Everytime we called they would not give us any information and were consistently rude and unhelpful. Finally, after us calling them for the 3rd week, we received info that they think its just a scar, but would not give us any detailed test result information at all. We now have to go find another doctor and start the process over. If you care about yourself or loved one, please dont go here.

Beware, office refuses to work with insurance company. Receptionist states that they are too busy to call for every patient. Go elsewhere if your insurance requires pre-auth for prescription medications.

I was never seen by the dermatologist, instead they sent in a nurse practitioner. She walked in, told me I was in contact with something and walked out. I was sent home with a spray that does nothing to my itchy skin.
