This place is better than my primary care physician by a LONG haul. I go through Orlando family physicians and they couldnt see me for months. I go down the road to Paramount and am seen within an hour. Love you guys thanks for always having my back! Edit: my doctor was Keiana Skinner an absolute life saver!!

The staff at this urgent care were very accommodating and caring towards my dad and I. The environment was clean and the staff always looked after us. Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Dr. Ajay Patel is friendly and professional, he cares about his patients as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. He takes time with his patients to help them with their health issues. I highly recommend him and this clinic to anyone looking for a specialist.

Came in with previously and as it turned out misdiagnosed by another Urgent Care kidney infection. Spent days in acute pain and on antibiotics which didnt help. Dr. Ajay Patel right off the bat told me it didnt look like kidney infection to him. He ordered an x-ray which proved his initial diagnosis- ARTHRITIS! Gave me a shot and prescribed other meds which relieved me from the pain almost immediately. I was able to walk again after a few short hours. SPOT ON! Can not thank him enough! Only people who have been through this pain know what I am talking about. THANK YOU!! Highly recommend!!

Six hours I have been sitting waiting for a Covid Test. I was told 30 minutes. I understand they are short staffed, but the communication is really lacking from staff.In addition, they want your patient, but give none to their customers

Having been a very nervous person in the face of surgeries and doctors in general, I was quite anxious about a procedure I had to get done, and reading reviews of people for example saying the other reviews were fake and that the place was terrible, scared me. However, when I entered I was treated well, and the surgeon, while being the utmost respectful, provided me with an incredibly effective surgery, and as I am told by people who spectated, she did NOT miss a spot. Im very happy I visited this place!

I waited an hour. From 3:03- 4:04pm. Signed 1 paper because I’ve been here before and they have my information. 30 min later I ask how long the wait is and they say 20-30. I go inside because I got a call that it was my time to go inside and they tell me that i have to fill out more paper work. I filled it out and once I turn it in they tell me my insurance doesn’t cover the Covid-19 testing. I’ve been here before but with a different insurance. Wasted an 1 when I was in a rush just to tell me that my insurance doesn’t cover it. They should at least put up signs of the insurance that they use.Im a student now i can’t go back to school until I get proof that I took the test.

Dr Ajay Patel did excellent and quick job. He prescribed the perfect medicine for my issues and it worked well. I am very happy to visited paramount urgent care.

Staff is nice and more or less friendly but all those covid precautions are way overdone. You need to wait outside on the street in the heat wait for someone to come out to give you a form to fill out, then you wait again for someone to get it back from you. Then you wait for a call that they are ready for you. Masks and hand sanitizer as soon as you walk in. I think it’s just way over done but the Doctor himself was very professional and nice. I wish they would let you wait inside in the waiting room with where there is Air Conditioning

I can not begin to say how happy I am with our visit here. My Mom got very sick and we decided to go to Paramount Urgent Care in Clermont to see what could be done. Not only is this facility super clean and following all covid protocols they are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, caring and helpful.Because of covid protocols I couldnt go in with Mom so I stayed in my car but the Dr called me on my phone half way through her treatment to give me an update and everything to know. Then again called and clearly explained everything when she was done.The Dr has continued to send text updates to ask for updates on her conditions and how she is doing. I have not seen this level of caring from my moms primary care doctor. Dr Ajay Patel is amazing and I cant thank him enough for what he has done to start getting her feeling better.I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for help.

I’m out of town, visiting my parents and spiked a high fever last night. I walked in around 6:45 (15 minutes before closing). I hated being that person but I felt awful. All the ladies in the front were very friendly and you could tell the work environment was great. They kept me updated on when I would be called back, apologizing for the wait (which I kept telling them not to worry about) and the provider was quick, thorough and answered questions before I had them. I wouldn’t want to return because no one wants to be sick, BUT, if I had to make a visit…I would 100% come back here!

I needed a pre operative examination and contacted Paramount Urgent Care of Clermont. They said yes they did that service. When I arrived, I was greeted by a staff member who was very helpful and took all my information. The doctor and his staff were all highly efficient and effective. We are waiting for 2 hours outside for a drug test, it’s incredible that they don’t have the staff and supplies to do what they’re supposed to do in 30 minutes, the employees told me that I have to wait 1.5 hours more. That’s not make sense. The WORST SERVICE!

I used Paramount Urgent Care for years. One day they called me and said that I owed them money for services done 4 months prior.I called my insurance and was told not to pay. The billing department goofed up, and they wanted me to fix their mistake.As I stated, I was a steady customer at this office for years.I already found a new doctors office, and will never be back to Paramount.

Do not waste your time. I got here first thing in the morning for a rapid, was told an hour wait, and after an hour and a half of hearing nothing, they told me it would be another 4 hours? The staff was also incredibly rude. I get times are tough right now, but this was not okay.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I havent seen in my life such a low, disgusting, and unprofessional employees and establishment. I will start by saying that this place looks like a 7 eleven on Orange Blossom Trail: dirty, unsanitary, and obviously unsafe ( considering nowadays pandemic).We went there at 9.40, and we were told by some lady that barely spoke any English that it will be 45 to 1 hour wait while there were literally 2 people waiting ahead of us. We waited over 1.5 hours, and when my husband asked what is going on, the rude employee said they are doing their best, and that we have to wait another 30 minutes.. Really? So much for the fast testing. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS minute clinic where testing takes 5 minutes.

They are extremely slow and disorganized it’s embarrassing. Other COVID testing centers are on top of their game but this place is unprofessional. Even other urgent cares with high client rates have faster service and nicer employees then they do.

Polite, professional, and courteous staff. The check in process was well organized. I was out in about an hour after the online check in. Would recommend. Most major insurances accepted.

Recently moved to Florida I went 2 times already first for my child physical and today for medication refill for her both times I was satisfied with how they treat and help you out! I would highly recommend!

This place is seriously understaffed and unorganized. I have been here since 9 in the morning waiting for a urine test that takes 30 minutes at quest labs. A drug test should not be a 4 hour wait. This place is dirty overcrowded and unsanitary. It’s a Petri dish breeding ground for covid. You’d catch covid just waiting there. There staff is despicable, rude, and nasty. I saw in a previous review a phone number to reach the general manager! It’s a lie there’s no way to reach anyone in this place for help. The city needs to be called to get this place shut down. The reviews for this place are fake!! Beware!

The most unprofessional unpleasant staff, the Lady at the reception Charmaine was extremely rude, giving attitude and rolling her eyes at me as she spoke when I only went in to do a COVID-19 test with my daughter. I asked to speak to a manager and she said you can call the main number; do you need the number… pointed at her name tag on her uniform and said be my guest call them….. unbelievable that you go into an Urgent care to be tested obviously not for fun and you come out having to feel disrespected and unwelcome by the staff…. I did call and the Manager and Kara said she was going to take care of the issue but we all know nothing gets done when they are already several complaints about the front reception girl being unprofessional and rude. I left and selected to not get tested at this facility… I can only imagine how many other people felt the same way when trying to get help and tested but found themselves receiving an unpleasant experience from the staff.

Katrina Lezcano was one of the best medical professionals Ive ever had. She listened to me, asked me questions, and confirmed everything with me multiple times.I cant remember the last time I felt so safe and respected by someone in the medical field.

Wife went to get COVID-19 testing and is pregnant. They told her she had to pay $100 because medicad is not covered. But if you have NO insurance the test is free🤯🤯🤯Completely unacceptable!! And makes no sense. This business should be ashamed.

While on our family vacation, my daughter needed to get lab done for school, and they were so rude and unprofessional! Thank God we have insurance and funds to get the lab done elsewhere because I refuse to ever use one of their clinics.Additionally, I was able to read real reviews from individuals that encountered what I encountered over the phone and worse in person. Again, I thank God that I was able to avoid any further problems with Paramount Clinics! BEWARE of the fake reviews! While in Orlando, FL on vacation, we found another clinic to get my daughters lab done for college!

Waited three hours. Was told maximum 40 minutes. People came after went in ahead. Called in, ask nurse who came outside, very soon. 85 degrees and very humid. Every time I inquired very polite. However, never got to see the doctor. Very disappointed. Was there four days prior, in out very quick. If you need urgent attention not the place to go. Priority to COVID-19 testing. Obviously more lucrative.Good luck.

Arrived at 6:10 they were closing at 7 o’clock and they made sure that I was seen and taken care of.Check in process was super easy and everyone was very nice.Did not have to wait long once I was taken into a room.Very professional services and I will be back, if I ever have a problem again.

Very frustrating place to go to. I went for a a simple COVID rapid test I was there early after they open with 3 other people, the “pleasant” rep told me it will take up to 45 minutes which was kind of a lot considering there were only 3 people other than me, but ok I guess.. after over an hour and bunch of people that arrived in the meantime I tried to get an update of what’s going on and got only attitude. It doesn’t make sense that 4th in line for a simple 2 minutes swab test takes 2 hours (that’s when they called me).The staff is unprofessional, rude and obviously cannot manage a clinic. Not to mention how dirty the place is. If you didn’t had a deseas, you’ll get one after visiting this nasty place.

Called and they said best to come in. Filled out forms in car and waited to be called. Very efficient, professional staff, and they were busy. Chris, the PA was attentive, discussed options, made suggestions and we came up with a care plan for severe back pain and spasms. Would recommend this facility for quick service.

It is very frustrating to have wait for four hours for a rapid test and to be told I would get the results before the end of the day. They are now close and no word on my results. Very disappointing indeed.

This place is very busy and it can be hard to get through to the office phone which can be stressful if you’re trying to return a doctor’s call or get results.That said, I experienced a great level of care from Ajay Patel, PA. If you can request him, do! He’s very experienced, thorough and truly cares about your health. You’re not just another patient to him. He went above and beyond for me and I’m so thankful for that.

This place is not on Cagan View Rd it is in-between the subway and Arbys Cagan View Rd is 2 blocks away.

The staff and whole system was great. However, I am truly upset that after my Rapid Test, I was sent a text message with my “result”. The following day I come back to get the hard copy and the hard copy had a different result, completely opposite of the text message sent the day before. I called the clinic and spoke with a customer representative and received absolutely no clear answer as to why I was texted the wrong result and no apology was given. This mix up in communicating the results was grave in nature...

The most unprofessional unpleasant staff I’ve ever dealt with. Came in for a burn on my son and waited an hour only to be told that the girl who put us in the room left for lunch and didn’t tell anyone we were there. I said I was going to leave and go elsewhere. They said no, the doc will be in shortly so we waited a few more minutes. The rude looks I got were unbelievable from the staff who said there were understaffed yet didn’t sound too busy with all the cackling I heard the whole time waiting. Paid 50$ for a bandage. I will never recommend this place to anyone

New to area so I went by the big signs on side of building that show open at 8am, was the first in parking lot, only to see the small sign on door that they open at 9am. So Im definitely first in line and I was, but yet not first to be seen. I wasnt seen by DR until 10:45am, how is that? I thought walk-in clinics was first come first serve, apparently not here. Once you get to finally see the DR, friendly and explains things nicely. Just wish they valued the customers time.

Unable to help with nothing more than an ointment. For a large raised area on my forehead. 2 weeks gone by and Dr. HUSSIAN claims it is a big bite...then y so much pain.. and why for 2 weeks or jurt... not done hurting..

They were so rude and I tried to explain my insurance and as soon as they heard insurance I was told to pay 150$. Very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend at all.

They don’t take out of state insurance because they are “a private facility”, so if you’re here on vacation don’t waste your time. I have a broken limb and they turned me away. Go to the ER instead.

I have no idea how this place is so highly rated. Unless you need a Covid test stay away. Came in during off-peak hours on a weekday. No one is allowed to come inside (??) so you have to wait out on the sidewalk where, if its sunny its 200 degrees. There is a sign out front that says to wait for someone to come out to help you but after waiting about 10 minutes with 8 other people in front of me I gave up and called the office. Then was told there was a 3 HOUR WAIT. Waste of time.

We came from Wisconsin on vacation and my sons ear hurt really bad and he got top notch care from the Dr. who was really cool dude and very, very nice and the nurses were very nice and polite and the receptionist who took care of everything that i needed for back home paperwork, wish everyone could be this nice and polite!!!

We went for rapid Covid tests. The staff was courteous and worked very efficiently. They had a good system down. There was a little bit of a wait, but that’s to be expected with the number of people that arrived while we were there.

Service was great and then I got billed illegally for my covid test. Trying to sort it out now. Beware of illegal billing practices. They want the money from you, not your insurance.

Check-in staff was horrendous and inconsiderate. I was sitting across the waiting room when I overheard them discussing my information from the first form you fill out. They were degrading me from the answers that I put down. It was very unprofessional to speak so loudly about a patients private information. Other than that the doctors and nurses were fantastic.

Very caring staff that made me feel comfortable right away. Also their check-in process is slightly different than most of the places but it speeds up the process. Contact is minimized to prevent spread of covid and they make you sanitize your hands when you walk in.

COMPLETE & UTTER SCAM OFFICE!I went into this office for diagnostic testing in October. After waiting nearly 2 hours in my car, I was seen by a doctor who immediately took off his mask when walking into the room to consult with me. He was eager to suggest antibiotics and shots prior to even conducting any kind of testing. I was told there would be 1 bill from LabCorp, and low and behold, 5 months later Im sent another bill for a test that was ordered that I not only didnt need, but wasnt made aware of. After calling LabCorp and Paramount billing, Im being told that theres even a possibility of a surprise 3rd bill coming in the future, and a 3rd test was ordered that I once again didnt need nor was made aware of!But it doesnt even end there! After looking at my patient portal to find any documentation listing any tests that were ordered for me, I find documentation claiming that a COVID-19 antigen rapid test was conducted. This is blatantly not true, and quite frankly its pretty obvious that fraud is happening here for financial gain.WHATEVER YOU DO, STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE AND THEIR QUACK MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS!

If I could give them a negative star I would. Completely unprofessional to have a nurse standing outside giving people an attitude for asking simple questions then picking and choosing who is next instead of following the obvious line of people waiting patiently THIER marked spots. Seems like they could care less about you. I wasn’t the only one she gave an attitude as I saw her give the gentleman in front of me a hard time when he just asked a question and spoke to him in a condescending tone. Woke up on a gloomy Sunday to get some lab work done. I was already feeling bad and was in a sour mood. The first person I met was Annette. From the very beginning she was full of energy and smiling through her mask which helped bring my mood up as well. The facility and Annette were very professional I filled out the necessary paperwork and waited in the car thinking it was going to be a 45 minute wait. As soon as I turned the car on to turn on the A/C Annette comes back out and signals to me that its my time. Spoke with an energetic and positive P.A. (cant remember her name) who not only took my questions and concerns seriously but helped save me a couple of dollars in the process. My blood work was done by Annette who was very smooth didnt even notice the needle going in. The only bad part was the corona test through no fault of her own its just a horrible test. I can say that after the Corona test Annette was one of the few women in my life who have made me tear up in a positive way lol. Thanks to Paramount Urgent Care and there amazing Sunday crew and the ease of which they completed my lab work. I will definitely be back.

I dont recommend this place, i still waiting for my Rapid Covid results on written since DIC 31st, I spoke on the phone with them and they dont give you any information. I have been submitted requests for the results on the web site and nothing yet. I never post bad reviews but they just seem very unprofessionals.

Although there was a long wait time, everyone was very pleasant and accommodating. The triage nurse was amazing. Great personality! Really like the provider. She was very thorough and although it was busy, she actually took time to sit and talk with me and explain the diagnosis, as well as what meds she was prescribing and why. Ive only lived in FL for a year and I must say this is one of the better experience Ive had with the people here. Thank you all so very much!

Two days ago, I visited this facility to attempt to take a walk in COVID test as the website and telephone stated that walk ins were available. I needed one for travel to return home as I was visiting with my family on vacation. Upon arrival there were several patrons waiting outside the establishment. Within a minute or two, an employee emerged and called for a patient no one answered. I proceeded to say, May I ask a question please? She proceeded to rudely say while rolling her eyes, We are out of COVID test, which I was clearly aware of as there was a sign posted outside stating so. I was not even given an opportunity to ask the question. I felt discriminated against as the employee was of latin descent and so were most of the other patrons waiting outside ( the others were white). This is a poor reflection of your customer service and professionalism. I trust that you would adjust your business practices going forward.

I appreciated arriving and being told my wait would be about an hour and a half due to their computers being down and them having to manually enter patient info. So many times Ive sat at a doctors visit or urgent care center for what seemed hours only to be told after Ive asked how much longer before Im called that the doctor is behind. I appreciate knowing walking in the door what to expect so I could decide for myself whether I wanted to wait or not! This is my first time here...great first impression for me. They told each and every person walking in about the wait and NO ONE sitting in the office complained not one time!

Upon arrival I was greeted rather quickly- the young lady behind the counter expedited my insurance information and approximately 3 minutes after I was already in to see the doctor- of course they did their initial assessment weight temperature etc., there after the doctor advised my current condition.I was out of there within 40 minutes.I strongly recommend Paramount Urgent Care as an option as opposed to the Emergence Room which was an all niter if I would have selected to go initially. Had to get to get tested for covid-19 and so did my 2 year old son and although it was a bit of a wait they were really nice. My son didnt even flinch ! Thank you so much !

First of all, we called in and no one mentioned a 2-hour wait time. I was having shortness of breath and chest pains and ended up sitting in my car for FOUR hours, and I watched people come in and out for COVID testing. At each checkpoint, my mother (who was going in and checking in, and was ALSO my listed emergency contact) was told that I “was next” and she mentioned to them that I had left my cell at home, therefore she told them multiple times that they needed to call her cell when I needed to come to the door. After four hours, we decided to leave because of your lack of urgency and competency to treat your patient with basic respect. The lack of communication was still apparent because they had called MY phone, even though we mentioned to call the emergency contact. The person who answered the phone was extremely dismissive and showed no true empathy. Awful experience. Take black women seriously.

The 2 ladies were extremely rude. It was pouring outside and anyways they asked us to go outside and wait.Besides the amount of time waiting to be called was insane.The worst costumer service ever.

Went here for information on services they perform and the fat lady outside dressed in black was yelling at me telling me I needed to wear a mask yet she had her dirty hands all over her face adjusting mask. I was at least 15 feet away from her OUTSIDE of the building in OPEN AIR and she refused to give me any information. This place is and has always been low class and very unprofessional. I took my business and money elsewhere.

I was really impressed with this place. My normal doctors office was closed so I went here and they were great! The doctor and his nurse were beyond kind and helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable and that I was in qualified hands. They were friendly and listened to me thoroughly. The wait time and pay wasnt bad either. I love that the paperwork is laminated so that waste is reduced. I even had the option of getting my prescriptions there and walking out with them, which is a great option to have even though I preferred to go to my pharmacy to save money through insurance. If I ever have an issue that my normal doctor isnt available for, Ill be very happy to come back here! The hours are great too, every day theyre open until 8pm. The facility was clean and nice too, Im very trusting of their services. So thankful!

I came in on Monday for a very scary problem. I have a wound that needs tending and an infection that we needed to get ahold of like yesterday. I’ve had to come back for wound checks and redressing and such — every day they’ve been so reassuring. I’ve had to see a different doctor every time, but I still receive the best care. The nurses are really caring and helpful. I know they’re battling COVID lines, people who are cranky and don’t feel good and unfortunately the poor nurses feel the brunt of it. So if any nurses are reading this, thank you for all you are doing during this extremely scary time in history. I REALLY appreciate this office’s approach to social distance & separating COVID from unrelated illness so that there’s no unnecessary exposure. THANK YOU!Pro tip: show up at 8:30, jump in line (like everyone else, you’re no different than anyone there who’s sick,) at 9am they’ll hand you a clipboard (it goes really fast so no huffing and puffing,) take that to your car, fill it out, return to the nurse, jump BACK in the comfort of your own car, play on your phone for a few minutes and wait for a phone call that your turn is up. Easy Peasy process.

Showed up at 6pm and sat til 7:30pm before saying screw it and left. I asked how long, they said one person in front of me, an hour later AFTER taking me back I asked why Im sitting in the room and no one has seen me yet and they said there is FOUR people in front of me. Thanks for lying. Spending my money elsewhere. Told everyone outside what they did. Hopefully they leave, too.

The atmosphere was lovely. The staff behaved warm and friendly. The doctor was very attentive and listened to all my symptoms. I didnt have to wait too long and it was much more affordable than I was expecting.

Rude personnel and after waiting almost 2 hours they told me they were busy and they were about to start my registration!!! Really !!!
