Very nice staff and super clean office! I saw my technician clean the machinery right after use. He (Frances) was also very patient with my sensitive areas and even recommended a numbing agent prior to cleaning to help with pain! I would recommend Royal Oaks for dental care!!! Exceptional service!

Checked in about 15 to 20 min early for my son’s appointment and he was taken back very quickly. Ronda was wonderful and explained every step to him so he understood everything happening.

The wife & I have been using Royal Oaks Dental for over three years. And this place is the best. More then that. They treat you as family. Very nice and welcoming. I live in Davenport and its 45 minutes one way to the dentist. But its worth the drive.Thanks again.

Went for a cleaning and was very pleased with the service I received - on-time appointment, expert hygienist who did the cleaning and the dentist didnt make me wait long to look at my teeth.

Dr. McLeod was amazing! First I was greeted by April who took my temperature and proceeded to take me back to the exam room. I am a 32yo baby, so I asked if my husband could accompany me and without hesitation he was aloud. The exam room was made spacious by the open doors and window (I had a side room, not sure if they all have a window). It was very comfortable and inviting. Hey, they even had the Hallmark channel on. I went in for tooth pain, but also received a full exam AND two small fillings in the time I was there. He didn’t lecture me at all and was very kind about how we will move forward. 10/10

I had a very good, gentle, and capable hygienist. The dentist was also a kind man. It was honestly probably the best dental experience Ive ever had.

My hygienist today was patient and did an awesome job! It had been years since I have gone! Dr McCloud is fast, simple and to the point and will not do anything more than he thinks necessary! I got my teeth throughly cleaned with 1 cavity that Dr. fixed immediately without having to come back! No pain which is a big big plus for me!

Royal Oaks Dental was a first class experience. I went to another dentist the week before and was told I need to have a tooth pulled. I went to Royal Oaks for a second opinion. They showed me how I did not need to have the tooth pulled and had me taken care off in about an hour. It was a night and day type of experience.

Doc has been so good with my daughter. Staff is amazing as well!

You are greeted with warm responses and coffee or water is readily available if a long wait, however I was barely there 5 or 10 mins and I was called to my appointment. Rhonda did an excellent and through cleaning of my teeth. She is respectful, courteous and kind in her work. Ive been Dr.McLeods patient for at least 10 years. Very grateful for the care and honesty from him and his staff.

Well this is my first time going to Royal Oaks Dental Care , so far I’m very impressed. Very professional and the workers are very kind. I went in and they took X-Rays and then got a cleaning they where very Gentle, after they finished the doctor came in and checked me and told me everything seems good and they gave me an Appointment for October...

As a person who avoids the dentist at all costs. I highly recommend Royal oaks dental care. They were all very kind. Explained everything and answered all my questions.Had a root canal and I didnt feel a thing.

Within a two week time period my appointment was rescheduled twice. Super frustrating when sick time is entered at work and you don’t find out about the reschedule more than 12 hours before. Wish the staff was more apologetic about the situation but regardless of that situation, they’ve been great for many years. Rhonda is a great hygienist and I’ve been seeing her for years.

Every time I go there I am seated in the chair quickly with little waiting room time. The staff is great, I have not had any issues.BTW: The new office is really nice, not that the old one was bad.

By far the best dentist in Clermont! Dr. S. McCloud and his staff are always extremely friendly and respectful when myself and my wife visit for our 6 month check ups and cleanings. I recently was experiencing some pain from a wisdom tooth and needed get it looked at right away. When I called to set up an appointment I knew it would most likely be a minimum of 7 days before they could see me however, after I explained my situation they were able to see me right away! I couldn’t believe I was in and out same day and feeling much better.Oh and their new facility is awesome, and fully equipped with the industry’s latest state-of-the-art equipment!

Dr. MacLeod and staff were excellent!!! I was a new patient at Royal Oaks Dental, since my previous dentist in Oakland closed his practice and moved to the villages with no notice, and no patient communication even after over 15 years with his practice! I initially went to the dentist that he transfered all of his patients to, but it wasn’t a fit for our family. I was left for months without dental and ortho care during the transfer.Everyone this morning at Royal oaks was so nice. I had a small cavity filled, Dr. MacLeod was by far too the most gentle dentist that I’ve ever had. He’s my new dentist for sure! I will be bringing my family hers as well.

I could not believe how fast I was in and out , I came in with a cap and part of my tooth broke off a jaw tooth, I thought for sure I was going to lo loose it, everyone there has a specific specialty, and I never seen such a great system, and everyone has a great since of humor along with that professionalism, especially the dentist Mc cloud I believe his name was, I am calling them right now to schedule a cleaning ,as I forgot to on my way out, I highly recommend them,

Fabulous experience as always. I love this practice and the entire staff. Today’s visit was no exception - a regular hygiene visit in which a minor dental problem was discovered. Doctor McLeod was able to take care of it right away so I don’t have to make a return visit. If you’re new to the area, like we were 8 years ago, please consider Dr. McLeod (Royal Oaks) - I was referred when we first arrived (TY Jenn!) and I’m happy to pay it forward.

Excellent hygienist. Feels like you are nickeled and dimed though. Dentist exam doesn’t include cancer check. You have to pay $25 extra for that for use of a lighting device- that’s $10 higher than average charge for use of that device. And dentist does not palpate for oral cancer check. But ADA does recommend that type of exam- so why doesn’t he offer that as part of exam? I asked and he said it isn’t as good as his lighting device that’s an extra charge. No thanks. It felt more about money than me.

Didn’t like the hygienist he was different than my normal hygienist who I love!! He poked my tongue with the cleaning tool and almost drowned me because he never let me close my mouth for the tube to suck up my spit.
