Dr Buechele is by far the best dentist I have gone to. The staff is very friendly and professional. Appointments are punctual. Ive never had to wait for my scheduled time. Im very happy with the results of the procedures Ive had performed. I highly recommend.

After going to two other dental offices in central Florida and being pushed to finance overpriced dental work for thousands of dollars and were nasty to me, I had to find a dental office that wasnt going to cost me an arm and leg with staff that knows what theyre doing and are pleasant to deal with.I initially went in for a broken molar, they did the x-rays, I spoke with Dr. Nguyen and I scheduled the tooth extraction surgery for the next business day. I was quoted a VERY reasonable price for the work.Dr. Nguyen and the staff are an absolute DREAM. Both Dental Assistants a dealt with are super nice and try their best to calm you if youre nervous. Dr. Nguyen is really gentle and gave me all the options open to me with no bull.The extraction happened yesterday and I couldnt be more ecstatic. Dr. Nguyen is super gentle and attentive to your pain. I got a little nervous right before because Ive never been awake for a tooth extraction before. They gave me Nitrous Oxide to calm me, at my request. Since the extraction went better than they anticipated, the price was less than what they quoted me initially and even with the cost of the Nitrous Oxide addition, it still came out to less than I was originally quoted. You cant beat that!The procedure was quick, easy and handled wonderfully. I am now healing and the pain is minimal, which may be more of my pain tolerance, which I know is pretty high.Bottom line, I went in for an emergency situation and I am definitely going to stick with my new Dentist.

I had a root canal on my front tooth today and I was very nervous beforehand. Stephanie and Dr. Ortiz were both very kind, caring and gentle and the procedure went smooth. They made sure I was in no pain or discomfort. Dr. Ortiz is highly skilled and professional as well I totally recommend them and hope this post helps someone.

I had an appointment scheduled for a regular cleaning. When I arrived, the receptionist tried to tell me that since I had not confirmed the appointment, they would be cancelling it. When I returned, they didnt perform the appointment I had scheduled, and after a second appointment, they still have not performed the cleaning I asked for, because of their process - which is to schedule and charge you for 4 separate appointments before you can request anything. Not a business that takes care of their customers, and not one with good customer service. Will not return here.

My veneer came out while eating! I had them put in about 13 years ago at another dental office out of state. I could not get back to the original dentist for a week. So I called and they were able to see me the next morning! They were very efficient and was able to cement the tooth back in without trying to throw in extra services. They were all so nice and professional! I would definitely go back for any future dental needs.

My regular dentist moved out of the area and then covid hit so Ive been without a dentist for nearly 2 years. I ended up losing a cap so I needed a new dentist now! I called Clermont Family because of all the good reviews they had. Well I have to agree with all those reviews! They are fantastic! I asked for a new patient appointment which they were able to schedule for September. In doing so, they asked if I had any current issues. When I told them about my crown coming off they immediately offered me another appointment within a week to address this issue. The surprises continued as they made this very nervous patient feel so comfortable! The old cap had been a bit uncomfortable as it but on the one below it. The temporary they made me is so much more comfortable!! I now look forward to getting my permanent one next week. If you need a new dentist I highly recommend Clermont Family Dentistry. You will love them!

This is by far the best dentist office Ive ever been to. Dr. BUECHELE is so personable and competent. Cicely is the best hygienist ever. The entire office is very aware of taking the best precautions with Covid-19. When my husband died recently the most beautiful flowers arrived at my house the next day. Cicely even personally called me to express her sincere condolences about my husbands passing. She always has a kind ear to listen to my concerns. She was always assigned to both of us for cleanings, etc. The office staff is also super. Very organized and helpful.

For reference, I’m 25 with no dental insurance atm and needed to find a new dentist after the pandemic. Clermont Family Dentistry makes everything super simple when scheduling and upon arrival. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, professional, and had exceptional customer service. The dentist & hygienist answered all my questions, made helpful recommendations, didn’t try to push any unnecessary services/products, made my teeth squeaky clean all within like an hour & a half + the overall cost was super fair. Dr. Buechele was amazing with my 3 year son. It was his very first dental appointment and he was very apprehensive going into the appointment it the doctor put him at ease immediately. However the staff were so wonderful and were very attentive. The doctor had a very kind demeanor and was very gentle. Both my husbands and my experience was great. We both had cleaning and exams done by Dr. Ortiz, Sarah the dental hygienist, and Juliana the dental assistant. They always are personable and experts in their craft while providing exceptional customer service. My husband had extra work performed getting his crown procedure with Dr. Buechele who was awesome. He stated that all the staff were personable and caring checking on him throughout his entire procedure. He also stated they have televisions on the ceiling with headphones to help calm, remain comfortable, to and divert the patients attention during lengthy procedures. He wasnt in any pain and stated he felt better after the procedure. Overall both visits were great and professional from the front desk staff to the doctors and hygienist. We really appreciate it and will definitely recommend their services.

Very detailed and straight to the point

I have been to my fair share of dentistry practices. Hands down this one deserves 5/5. Very accommodating and pleasant to me having to bring my 2 year old to my appt. Also I had minimal wait time compared to any other dental clinic around. The practice has many modern technologies.

Every member of this practice’s staff was friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, & caring. The dental hygienists, dental assistants, & dentists were competent and thorough in their examinations. Drs. Buechele and Ortiz gave us all the time and attention we needed. Dr. Buechele spent a lot of time adjusting my mother’s ill-fitting flippers (which another cosmetic dentist from California botched up) and ensured that my mom was able to comfortably take off and put back in before the end of her appt. I have been seeing the dentists for regular dentistry. I then had a dental emergency on the weekend which caused me tremendous pain. I called the Clermont Family Dentistry emergency number for assistance, and Dr. Buechele promptly returned my call to assist me. Even though appointments were not available, Dr. Buechele made sure that I would be seen the next business day, and he immediately started a treatment plan to relieve my pain.I have always received friendly, professional service from the staff, and excellent care from the doctors. They spend the needed time with me so that I understand my treatment options. My two teenage children also see the doctors at Clermont Family Dentistry. The doctors and staff are patient with my children, one of whom has severe anxiety about dental visits. They feel comfortable and well-cared for.
