Care is good; Ida Houston is great. Referral staff - hard pass. Good luck getting a timely referral processed - or a return call from anyone in any supervisory capacity. Still waiting for that call to happen, but I suspect it will not occur. I cant even get the name of a supervisor, unless their name is Isnt available right now. But that would be a weird name.6 month update: Still never heard from a supervisor outside of the feeble attempt at resolution in the comments of this review. I have since changed providers, and they provide customer service leaps and bounds beyond this group.

I was made to feel welcome and comfortable by everyone. Dr Balkman was unique. Ive had an ongoing issue for 1 year and with just one visit shes already started the process to try and help me. They are all very upbeat and kind.

I started going when they were JSA. and my primary is Dr.Kamall. At 64, I have only found 3-4 Dr.s I trusted in my life, and it was getting worse. Then I found Dr. Kamall at JSA. This guy actually cares about your health. He takes time to explain things to you and has even called me at home to check on me when I was ill. Those simple things touched me. They are the GREATEST Staff also.
