Dr. Ray took the time to address every issue and question. His staff was very courteous. I highly recommend him.

Patient beware...wouldnt write a prescription for Zyrtec-D because its been too long since Ive been in. (Dr. Rosalind Jordan APRN) Its an over-the-counter medicine, for Allergies.I guess a patients health isnt important enough to call in a prescription, unless $$$ are collected from my insurance company for a office call. Guess, Ill be finding another doctor.And Im an essential worker!Shame on you!!!

Dr. Ray has been our primary care physician for 10 years. We chose carefully when looking for a primary and Dr. Ray was a great choice. We wanted a D.O. in particular. Dr. Ray is extremely knowledgeable, up on current treatments and therapies, open minded, very caring and has a wonderful, friendly bedside manner. Ive been a healthcare provider for over 40 years and know quality healthcare when I see it.

Saw Dr. Ray on Monday 1/27/20. He has been my primary for nearly 20 years. As usual, he is the best Doctor Ive ever had. I am a retired RN and have worked with many many doctors, have had several primary doctors over the years, have had a number of specialists (cardiac - pulmonary - surgeons - podiatrists - chiropractors - etc) as well as being a Federal/State surveyor for hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and home health and through all of these experiences I can still put Dr. Ray at the very top of the list. He is not only knowledgeable but he explains everything in simple clarity and has a gift of knowing how important it is to have a good bedside manner with patients. He is above 5 Stars.

A very attentive doctor who listens to his patients. He is very old school in his approach and I have total confidence in his wisdom. He has saved me from canceling Christmas twice. He is a credit to his profession. You will be pleased with his bedside manner.Thank you.

We are very grateful to have Dr. Ray and his staff as our Primary Care Physician. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. When we had some medical issues last month we got all the attention we needed and we got all our questions answered and Dr. Ray even called from his home to relieve my wifes anxiety about what was going on with her health. Yesterday in his office he was patient with us and took the time to answer all our questions.Our appointment was at 3 p.m. and we were called in at 3:03 p.m. and we were out by about 3:30 p.m. Great experiences since 2015. When we moved here to Florida, we spent about 5 or 6 years. Driving from doctor to doctor trying to find a good one. Ignoring with doctor, Scott Ray for 20 years. Very happy.

Wish I could have given no stars! One word to discribe office is RUDE!!!! LINDA Dr. Evans nurse is the most unfriendly person I have met! I don’t understand how an office can continue to run with how unprofessional they are. If you’re reading this review and questioning whether you should go here....don’t there are plenty of other doctors or even walk in clinics that will treat you like a human being. Any nice person I’ve ever encountered on appts, has ended up disappearing after a short period of time.

Excellent office and staff

When you call this office to schedule a physical, they force you to schedule a first time patient visit that will NOT be covered by your insurance. Then they have you schedule blood work somewhere else, then you come back in for another appointment just for the doctor to look over and tell you your lab results. After all of this, they told me to schedule a physical next year, and they did not bill my insurance company any of these appointments as a physical! Which means I had to pay $92 for the new patient visit alone! I now dont event know how much they will charge me for this appointment I just had...I explained the office manager Pat that when I called in I told them I neede to schedule a physical and that lady was Rude and told me that if I didnt like their new patient appointment policy I should go look else where! You got it Pat! This is a Shane because I actually really like Dr. Levine, he is awesome. Management is the problem at this place. I wont be coming back

Pat office manager is extremely rude. My mother was in an assisted living at one time. Dr mc Doggle was the Dr from Rays office. The Drs office never called me back with her test results. I had to continue calling time after time. I received a letter from Pat saying they could no longer see my mother as a patient. Why....because I had to keep calling for results because ppl there donot know how to do their jobs.Pat also hung up on me when I called. First class spineless wonders.

More of a review for the whole office. I selected him from the list of physicians accepting new patients because he had good reviews. Upon calling the office I was informed that he isnt accepting new patients but the office is. I gave them my insurance information and was told I would get a call back with an appointment time. Ive called back twice since and nobody knows what is going on and I havent been able to make an appointment. If youre not accepting new patients, dont waste peoples time.

I had an issue with my wifes bill and Rose was very helpful explaining the statement I received. I would give Rose a 10 if I could.

My dad is in a nursing home (was under the care of Dr. Ray) and has UTIs a few times a year. After a UA he takes an antibiotic and he gets back to his normal. Last week it was suspected (my dad was in rough shape physical shape and his urine smelled bad) that he had a UTI and I asked that a sample be obtained to send into the lab. The next day I found out that Dr. Ray disallowed the UA (which is important to determine what antibiotics are needed to cure it).We switched to a doctor who has common sense to do the things that have worked in the past - get a UA. The results came back that he had a severe UA and because dad is in such pain and has no strength the antibiotics are now being administered intravenously. My dad has had to SUFFER extra days because of Dr. Rays lack of common sense for approving the UA at the beginning of last week. If we stayed with Dr. Ray I dont know when and if the UA would have been approved. I believe my dad would have died if a few more days had past of not having the right antibiotics (that only a UA can determine). I hope that even now its not too late, the delay in administering the right antibiotic has taken a severe toll on him.

I called for an appointment. Receptionist was rude telling me she had to finish something up first. Once she finished what she was doing she told me they had to verify insurance first and will call me back. Still waiting.........

The norm with Dr. Scott Ray is excellence. Hes been our primary care physician for over ten years now and even though we moved from the area we, on occasion, commute over 100 miles for the awesome care given by Dr. Ray.
