Had a great experience, I thought the staff was extremely friendly and Dr. Markou took the time to explain every step of the process to me in detail. I could call them anytime and my questions were quickly answered. I’m post 2 months from my hair procedure and can already notice a big difference . Can’t wait to see results in another 4-5 months!

I purchased a hair restoration package from Dr. Markou which included 3 PRP treatments, a Capillus laser cap and shampoo and conditioner. The appointments were easy to make and the staff was very accommodating. I have been very pleased with the results. I have new hair growth and my hair is thicker than before the treatment. My dermatologist recommended Dr. Markou and I’m so very happy that they did!

If you have any serious problems or, conditions, I would highly recommend not using this doctor! I sat down with this person for all of 5 mins and, had this person figured out! and not only that but, he literally prescribed me something that I didnt even need and, was proven to cause me problems in my past! I dont know how people like this even have a Phd in anything, even the degrees hanging on his wall are sub par and, need to be heavily considered when choosing your physician. Please take this into consideration because when you support people like this it makes it that much harder for people that actually need help to get it. Thank you for concern!

Hi. I have been a patient here for several years. Doc is well established, here for over 25 years and I believe he has an office in Tarpon as well. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Always easy to get an appointment. Family atmosphere! I have also had hair restoration procedures with Doc. Cant be more happy with how I both feel and look.

I just had a procedure at Markou Medical last Thursday. I found the office to be professional and very clean in every way. The girl who drew my blood and has done so for years always always does a great job (very skilled, gets my blood on first poke) . Would never change my Doctor!

Best doctors & PAs! Matt (PA) takes his time & really addresses your concerns. They respect your time, not much waiting & they never rush you with your visit. I have been a patient for about 8 years and refer everyone I know!! Great Family doctors!!

They need to wear gloves when taking your blood. Disgusting and unsanitary. Antiseptic techniques are not followed here. Bare hands and no gloves were used to touch all dressings, bandages, cotton, and guages. In a time where infections and diseases are high, this is unacceptable. This is negligence. She didnt even wash her hands. UNACCEPTABLE. This is the handling of blood be careful.

Markou Medical Center is a class act. I met with every hair restoration company within a 25 mile radius and ended up going with Dr. Markou because he was so upfront about everything and his staff made me feel like I was family. I had my procedure done a week ago and could not be more happy. I will update everyone in 6 months when I get my final results. Best staff in the industry and almost half the cost as his competitors.

If I could give zero stars it would be zero, the most unprofessional staff billing department I have ever seen in my entire life went in for my initial visit never took my blood pressure temperature or weight was seen by the physician’s assistant and was told Dr. Markou Was not a morning person I guess they are morning people when you have cash and you need hair replacement and vampire injections and plastic surgery do not come to this office if you need a family doctor

They dont understand how to submit insurance information or do their paperwork properly apparently so Im getting Bills for $700 dollars of bloodwork I never wanted or nessisarly needed to begin with and their staff has the worst underlying attitude. So sick of dealing with crooked and or lazy doctors office staff cause thats all this chalks down to. Now I have to fight with my insurance company. Im so over this type of treatment healthcare should be a human right America is backwards.
