We absolutely LOVE Dr. Habib and Patty! She has taken care of our oldest since she was born and when we had to transfer due to military orders we were heart broken to leave her. When we got word we were transferring back to the area I immediately called and asked her if she was still taking our insurance and thank the lord above she was. We have now been with her for the past 4.5 years and my girls Love her! I love how compassionate she is and how she calls to check on us. When we come in we feel like family and that is hard to come by. My girls have been patients of Dr. Habib for a total of 7.5 years.

Dr. Habib has been caring for my 3.5 yr old granddaughter since before birth. We went in for a meeting prior to choosing a pediatrician and fell in love with her. She spoke to us like we were part of her family initially and has continued to do so throughout the years. We have unfortunately had hospital stays due to illness and she ALWAYS calls to check on her patient Daughter. She is genuinely concerned about her patients as well as their family. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone in need of a pediatrician as long as you dont need a Patient Portal but an actual live Dr. checking on your childs care and well being.

Dr. Habib is an extremely knowledgeable and caring doctor. She treats every patient as if they are her own children. I could not have asked for a better pediatrician.

Dr Habib made a great first impression. We were so happy we found her and our son really liked her too (this was important to us - shes very good with children). Unfortunately when our son was sick, our experience became different. Our experience is that she does not like to be questioned and stress overwhelms her. While she seemed very patient at first, she did not have patience when my wife voiced concerns over the side effects from a medication (which was prescribed by the ER doctor after Dr Habib suggested we go to ER). Our hope was that even after she referred us to the ER, she would be available for support. When my wife asked her questions - to make sure the medicine was okay, Dr Habib was not willing to listen and told us to give it to our son - indicating its fine and all meds have side effects. This was troubling since we expressed to her that he has had side effects in the past and we want to avoid side effects (no one wants to create more problems and vomiting and diarrhea is a problem for a young child).During our sons follow-up (in her office), she was different. She had a student and a resident observing her and this time she said the medication could have been changed. This is after the fact and so we were disappointed - why didnt she advise us this way earlier? At the conclusion of this (2nd) visit she sent us to ER and expressed her belief that our son needed immediate treatment for dehydration (she said he needs an IV) due to the medications side-effects. Note, she did not test him - this was her observation. When we went to ER (as she requested), they observed our son for 5 hours and did not believe an IV was necessary indicating no signs of dehydration. We were sent home. His stomach issues continued but the vomiting had subsided. Dr Habib was very nice to call and check up on us, but when we told her our son did not get an IV, she got very upset and said theres a conflict and to never go to that hospital again. When I asked her about the conflict and she said she sent us to ER for an IV and we did not listen. I informed her that we told the ER doctor her recommendation. I explained that they observed our son for 5 hours and she observed our son for 30 minutes. We listened to her until we were placed in the hands of two ER doctors and we listened to them.NOTE: When my wife questioned the ER medicine, she said take it, yet she told us days later we could have changed it. Now, shes saying theres a conflict because we listened to the ER doctors. Its our opinion that she did not help us when we questioned the ER meds, but when ER did not give our son the IV, she took out her frustrations on us.I told Dr. Habib our son was doing better, but she was so upset over the incident that our conversation remained strained. The next day my wife called her office. Dr Habib answered. She did asked how our son was doing (which was good) but she had to go before my wife could schedule an in office follow-up. My wife said, can I call back to schedule and Dr Habib said, No Mama, you will not call here again. Two days later we receive a letter stating she withdraws as our sons physician -indicating he needs medical attention and to find another doctor immediately. If our son is in need of immediate medical attention, how would you feel about your doctor withdrawing as the primary physician? We are disappointed -our first impressions were not lasting.
