Everyone there is kind and caring and patience. They listen and take time to resolve any problem you are experiencing. Dr. Rosen has been my doctor for years and I am so thankful for his knowledge and experience. Just the best.

Dr Rosen is a pro. Nothing beats the teaching experience of experience. He has kept up with advancements in his field very well. You can trust his knowledge.

I have been coming to this practice, and seeing Dr. Eugenia Rulan for about two years now. It was one of the best moves Ive made. From day one they were kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable about my condition. They have guided me through the pandemic, and changed/ increased meds as needed. I highly recommend them for any type of arthritis you may have.

Ive only had one visit so far, and I was very impressed. I havent even seen a doctor yet, just the PA but she was so gentle, she actually listened to me and I got treatment in the spot (trigger point injections). Everyone was very professional and very nice. I didnt have to wait to long either. Im not used to having good experiences at doctors offices but this group are lovely.

Dr Rullan really knows her stuff about RA and she’s great at listening to her patients and helping them find the relief they need. Their team is short handed like everyplace else, but they all are eager to help each and every patient, one patient at a time with the focus on you.

Love the staff at this Drs office. They are always so pleasant and so helpful. If you are having a flare, they try their best to get you in as soon as possible. Very aware of what you have going on and caring. You may see a NP but if there is a question of how to move forward, they confirm with the Dr to see what is the best way.

Unfriendly at the window..Like today at approximately 12 noon 5/13/21.. play the tape!Office mgr. Accessible but presents as terse.Spoke with me to reschedule my appointment for one day in then when I called to confirm.. Indicated that was not what she said...it would be interesting to play that tape on the recorded line as well from 5/11/21at approx 3:30pm. Yep.. wont be returning and cant recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Rullan-Bidot for many years and have NEVER had a bad experience with her or any of the employees in the office. She has a warm, friendly bedside manner and keeps a tight schedule so you rarely have to wait more than five minutes. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and have had to switch biologic medications a few times. Henna, with the in-house pharmacy, has always been helpful in helping me obtain foundation assistance to be able to afford the medicine I so desperately need. I highly recommend this medical practice!

Super friendly, clean and gave us a discount! My nails are OK but I’m definitely going again to try other nail techs and see what my results are next time. People complain bout parking but they have signs in the store and the owner even came to me to make sure I parked in the right spot. The front.

Dr Gray is amazing. He takes time to listen and address my concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and tries to make you feel as comfortable as possible with his course of treatments. He doesn’t make me feel like there is a buzzer saying times up need to see next patient to keep the money flowing in...

In a word, Horrible. The onboarding process is a disaster! The office manager doesnt even understand her own onboarding process. They give you forms to fill out and page one is how to create an account on line (which are wrong) and then allows you to fill out the forms online. Filled out the ones online and they dont even know what Im talking about. They literally have NO CLUE. I took over half an hour filling out the information to make sure it was all correct and up-to-date and now they have no clue as to what Im talking about. I have never, ever been to a more clueless medical office in my life. When I spoke with the office manager about this issue she continually dismissed my complaints and simple stated, this has never happened before. Which is the cry of the incompetent who will not take responsibility. Thank you so much for wasting my time and money.

I have been a patient for many, many years. I have always been treated with professionalism and respect. And the continuum of care is outstanding! Dr. Rosen has kept me from being a disabled RA patient! The staff is wonderful as well. I will never go anywhere else for my RA care. Please dont ever retire, Dr. Rosen!

If you want a doctors office that has NO concern for the patients well being then this is the place for you. The doctor I saw on my first visit left the practice before my return to go over labs, then I saw the nurse practitioner on the second visit which besides being rushed thru the visit, prescribed a drug therapy of a drug that has some serious side effects that they say well all drugs have side effects. This would be the first RA drug that I would start to take and I am not comfortable with it.So the next business day I called to discuss a different drug to start with and they want me to come back to see Dr. Rosen and will not lower the dose of the drug they prescribed or change it without seeing Dr. Rosen and of course - another office visit... Debbie the office Manager states this is our policy - you must see the doctor. All they care about is taking your money, prescribing drugs regardless if you have a concern regarding the serious side effects or not, and could care less. This is definitely not taking care of the patient... Maybe somewhere there is a doctor that puts the patients care first.

This is my second time having to go back and everybody was pleasant they work with me the NP was awesome and I had to get an injection and Im afraid of needles in this woman was awesome and never felt it Im keeping my doctors an awesome place

Dr Gray provides me with the best care I’ve ever received for my Psoriatic Arthritis. He has found the best combination of medications to help me. I feel the best I’ve been since being diagnosed. The caring and compassion I have received at this clinic is amazing. On my first appointment with Dr Rullan I was in tears due to my pain level. She was so kind and has helped me tremendously. Today I feel like I have my life back. While I do occasionally have a flare up, over all, my life is so much better. I cant thank Dr Rullan, Marina, and her staff enough.

Dr Rosen and every staff member in his office are top notch! Im a nurse and have been suffering with many issues that Dr Rosen has either healed or held at bay minimizing pain. Sydney is wonderful! Love that all services needed are at one location. Hopefully the lab issues with private insurance will be resolved soon. I have been going to the clinic now for several years (about 10-12) and I was just in love with the office. As a matter of fact I drove 88 miles each way (up from Venice/North Port) to see Dr. Rullan, who by the way I still think is a fantastic doctor.The office staff was great and you really were treated like you were special. But I have to say that within the past several years it has been a real change. And I no longer want to make that trip. The doctor is now harried and frazzled and the staff is well ..... less than to be desired. Most of the staff that we knew and liked are gone.

I saw Dr Rullan yesterday for a follow-up appointment of Octtober 2020. To treat IRA (inflammatory rheumatoid arthritis), a lot of trials with different meds has to be done, to find the right one that works for your situation and side-effects. The first medications didnt agree with my system, so l was frustrated and decided to just control it with over the counter pain med like Tylenol, Aleve, etc. But my right hand fingers started getting worst; lots of body ache, tingling legs. This affected me where l felt sad, depress and antzy. I thought l was just feeling tired, but it is the side effects of IRA. I am glad my follow-up appointment came and willing to try another medicine. So far with Gods help, l feel is working. It has been just 2 days, but l feel a difference. Thank you to Dr Rullan, Bexy and the rest of the courteous and helpful staff. Dont give up, and find help if you feel frustrated. They are the best and ready to help.

Dr Rullan is always on time and shes great. Ive referred people here, great staff, excellent coordination of care. Update: leave it to my brilliant rheumatologist to figure out I was going through early menopause! I was sleeping normally again after 2 days on progesterone and oral estrogen. Marina Valdes is certified to do hormone replacement and I am back in the game 100%. Insurance doesnt cover the hormone pellets but they are well, well worth it since transdermal absorption bypasses the liver you dont have to worry about a lot of the problems with oral estrogen. I am forever grateful to everyone here.

I have been a patient of Dr.Rosen and his staff since 2008. Nothing but excellent staff and service. They all worked diligently for a couple years to find the right combo of medicines so that my arthritis could be manageable. Started with enbrell, then to humira, and now on actemra. I have been a patient of Dr. Rosen for over 3 years. I have been treated by Dr. Rosen, Tatiana and Marina and I can honestly say they have been the most compassionate and thoughtful physicians I have come across since my SLE diagnosis. In fact the entire office are staffed with kind and patient individuals. Ive been a hard case, treatment wise, but we have tried multiple different treatments and they never gave up on me. They give you hope that no matter what they will find a way to get you to a better place with your health. It is a team effort and they will continue to travel the diagnostic road with you. Its a busy office, they are a successful practise, but they take the time to get to know you and your story. Ive never felt rushed. There is never a long wait time and even more importantly, during your visit they are mentally engaged and focused on you. You feel valued and important. They dont throw medication at you and hurry away. They work with you when there are difficulties in getting the treatment you need. Im so lucky I came across this office and doctors. I work in the healthcare field and recommend Dr. Rosen whenever I hear anyone experiencing rheumatoid issues. Its not every day you find a practise like this.

Recently moved to the area with my spouse. After being treated for fibromyalgia & osteoarthritis for 10 years it was imperative to find a new healthcare provider. We were absolutely appalled when we we assigned a doctor in this practice that said he has never treated fibromyalgia. We were then insulted by the assumption that drug seeking was an issue. We were perplexed by a serious of hepatitis tests that was asked for & was talked to like this was a new ailment for my spouse. Very condescending approach. Needless to say we will be seeking a specialist.
