Just wanted to praise Dr. Kraft, Dr. Lambert, and the staff at the office. Dr. Kraft was our provider for our pregnancy and did an excellent job caring for us, even as things became complicated. When I went into labor early, Dr. Lambert was on call and performed my c-section. She was excellent at keeping us informed and making decisions together. The assistants and receptionists know me by name, are all personable and have celebrated our new arrival with us. While our baby making days are over, I am so forever grateful for this group (this was my second delivery with them) and will continue to use Dr. Kraft for my women’s well care needs. Thank you all for the wonderful experience and exceptional care. Wouldn’t do it anywhere else!

I have been a patient’s of Dr Lambert since Nov 2020. This lady and her wonderful team helped me in an urgent matter that no one else can assist with. They provided me with so much patience, care, kindness, and great communication! We came up with a future plan if the situation ever arose again. This week, it did. And I’m so blessed that Dr Vallejo and her team were able to work me in their tight schedule, since my dr is out. Dr Vallejo eased my anxiety and communicated well with me. I couldn’t be happier to have this team involved in my care. They are OUTSTANDING!!!! And you NOT BE disappointed in choosing them to make sure you are taken care of properly. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!Thanks, y’all, for taking such good care of my lady parts and me!!! Xoxo

I am so impressed with Dr Vallejo and this office and am mystified by some of these reviews. Both women at the front desk have been most respectful, friendly, compassionate, and helpful. Today while I was waiting, one of them went racing out of the office after a patient who had come in on the wrong day in order to assist. They could have just let her go, but went the extra mile. I see some of the comments are explicitly about Martha and I would like to explicitly put in a postive comment as I spent a bit of time on the phone with her yesterday and she was super patient and helpful even though she had people piling up and had to multi-process.As for Dr Vallejo she is very kind and gentle and knowledgeable. She gave me information no other doctor has given me about the Rx I have been taking for years. When I had misinformation, she was respectful in clarifying and correcting without making me feel stupid or putting me down in any way. Oh how I wish I had found her decades ago!! She has given me hope for improved help with less Rx and I have been so thankful to have found her.

I’m not sure if it’s the reviews or change of heart, but it warrants a review to say so.Martha has been very kind & courteous during my last few visits & I appreciate that. It’s such a more pleasant visit & I actually enjoy her. She’s not a bad person. I think we all have our things or moments. Now I have nothing bad to say about my visits here. Everything’s fine from reception to being in the examination room, & of course I have the best Dr. in the building. Dr. Kraft!

I am surprised by these reviews. I have been going to this doctors office for a year and a half. Martha was one of the first people I talked to on the phone and she was so helpful. She was the reason I picked this doctors office. Everytime I have gone she has been warm and friendly. I have been satisfied with my doctor as well.

The doctor I have been seeing here is so great and the staff is always very nice when I visit. However, they never answer the phone and it always seems to be turned off even when they are open. it is so frustrating trying to schedule an appointment when I have to keep trying to call in hopes to get someone during business hours.

I wish I could give this place no stars. The receptionist Martha was so rude. I can’t believe how disrespectful she was from the minute I stepped in the office. I would not recommend coming to this off till she is gone.

If you’re a new patient looking to schedule appointment, don’t. I called in June to schedule an appointment and the earliest they could offer was August. They cancelled my appointment the day before claiming I had insurance complications. After being told I needed to call my insurance company they said they could reschedule me within the next week. When I was told the next available appointment was halfway through September, I was really wishing I had never been referred out to them in the first place. When the time came, three months after the initial call, they marked me as a no show and said the doctor was too busy to see me. Not worth your time, you’ll wait months for an appointment only to get lost when you get there and get treated with unacceptable Customer service

Dr. Lambert is great and always takes the time to answer my questions and concerns. However, your receptionist Martha is a whole different story. She was extremely rude to me as soon as I walked in the door. I filled out my paperwork online (as directed) and she was very aggressive when I started upon arrival that I would no longer be a cash patient and that I would be using insurance (as I indicated on my online forms.) She went so far as to say that she didnt have time for this today in reference to having to input my insurance information. I didnt realize that having to do her job would be such an inconvenience. Martha makes people feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Everything with my OBGYN Dr. Kraft was great as always. He’s honestly the most caring Dr. I know, and is always invested in providing the best care. The only issue I always have when I come to this office is at registration. The front desk administration is just by far the most impersonal, careless, and rude. Martha has to be the rudest person I’ve encountered, and when I looked up this office on google it’s clear to see that there’s 2.5 stars even though I know it to be a good place for OBGYN care as far as Drs go. Then when I looked at the reviews, I could see why because almost every negative review was about a person’s experience with Martha & there were even a few with the other receptionist. It’s just confirmation for me. Everything’s usually top shelf with my Dr., but Martha is extremely catty and downright Un-remorsefully rude, and she must really be needed in order for a business to keep her on board with her bad treatment of its consumers. Any other place would at least coach or look into her behavior to evaluate, especially with all of the complaints from patients. I’ve often thought about calling to report her behavior and the discomfort she causes every visit I make. I plan to be with my Dr. long term, and I don’t want to look forward to being treated with zero courtesy or care by her every time I call or come into the waiting room. Again though, Dr. Kraft is the absolute best hands down!!

I just moved here from Philadelphia on July 1 and found out that I’m pregnant soon after. I signed up for insurance right away but they wouldn’t backdate my start date to 7/1. ( not ideal situation but it’s fine ) so my effective for insurance will be 8/1. I call this office on 7/6 to see if I can make a prenatal apt. The receptionist Martha was incredibly rude. I explained to her my situation and she told me that she can’t make an appointment for me at this time because I don’t have active insurance and her system requires to show active insurance in order to create a new apt. She also told me that I’m going to have to call back in August once my insurance is showing active in navinet to create my apt. I told her it’s going to be effective 8/1 I can send her the confirmation from Florida blue. She said “sorry you’re still going to have to call back on 8/1.” I said “by 8/1 I will already be 9 weeks pregnant and then you will tell me that you won’t have anything available to schedule until September when I’m well into the second trimester.” She then said “ yea probably”. What kind of credible Obgyn would want a first time pregnant patient waiting until 14 weeks to be seen. I was in tears asking if there is anything she can do for me, begging if I can be placed in the system for an apt... she said no sorry.I was so upset after I got off the phone with her. I talked to my husband and we thought to offer money upfront or a deposit or something. So I called back asking to be a cash patient. Martha answers again and says she can now miraculously put me in the system as a cash patient. This apparently didn’t come to her mind earlier when I was in tears asking if there is any other way to be put in for an early August apt.Flash forward three weeks and now I start to bleed. This is my first pregnancy so I’m so upset / worried that I’m loosing the baby. I call to see if they can squeeze me in for an emergency apt, the most insensitive person I’ve ever talked to in my life by the name of Joan answers and her tone and attitude was heart wrenching. She tells me to go to an ER to get a referral to come to them. I said what is the point of racking up a 1,000$ ER bill for them to refer me to you guys. That is a waste of medical resources especially with covid 19. She HUNG UP ON ME. My husband called back and she hung up on him as well. I am so disgusted by the lack of empathy that these receptionists give off. I hope no other woman will have to deal with this.I switched providers after this disaster to women’s care Florida. They have been incredible so far , they squeezed me in as a New patient w an appointment for tomorrow morning . Thankfully I will never have to step foot into this horribly ran office. Martha and Joan you need to do better.

Absolutely disgusted by the attitude and lack of knowledge of the receptionist. Treated my wife with absolute disrespect and was completely unhelpful.

Dr Lambert is amazing and the reason I gave any stars. As a doctors office, your phones should be turned on when you open, not almost 20 minutes later
