Dr. Perez is a straight shooter and I love that! No beating around the bush and he takes your opinion into consideration after all it is your body. He answers questions and gives you honest feedback! The ladies at the front desk are AMAZING!!! Anything that Ive ever needed or requested the ladies took care of me hands down!!! I wish I could give ten stars!!!

This place is a disgrace. My daughter and daughter in law were both pregnant and two weeks apart and both were seen by this office.My daughter had problems with them from the start and don’t know why she continued to go. She said they had her medical records and she was healthy, so she felt she was okay. She was turned away from seeing the doctor because she was exposed to someone who had covid 4 weeks ago and had tested negative!! After billing issues and labs not being followed up on. She had to request her shot because they forgot to give it to her and she is RH negative. They continue to jeopardize her health. She was in labor for 3 days and the doctor wanted to continue a medication they stated she had an adverse reaction to.My daughter in law, they forget to tell her she was anemic. They admittedly stated “oh no” no one ever called you. They placed her on addl iron supplements after she complained of feeling and dizzy all the time. She placed numerous calls to the doctor, who never called her back. She ended up having to go to the urgent care clinic. Then she got covid and urgently called the doctor, who failed to return her calls for days. When he finally called her back, he sent her to the hospital to check on the baby, days later. Thank God these babies were delivered safely, but my daughter and I were hoping the doctor wouldn’t show and the hospitalist who we met would end up delivering her baby.If you have a brain, call someone else. This place is ridiculous.

I made a appointment twice and they both got cancelled , they didnt even tell me so I show up for my appointment and the rude lady that be at the front desk wasnt concerned at all ! Called back the next day to reschedule for the third time and no opening for 2 weeks!! Why does it take all this and so much time to see a damn doctor its crazy I would never suggest this place to any pregnant woman. You shouldnt have to wait a month to see your or hear about your unborn baby

Dr.Calderon provided the basic needs of a first time expecting mother, however, his staff at the Clearwater office are not very friendly. I called with major concerns and asked to see another Dr and was told that they did not like to do that but said I could potentially drive an hour to the New Port Richey office, even thought I explained driving that far in my condition was not possible. Then was asked what my symptoms were and was told by who was either a Nurse or Receptionist that my symptoms were not normal (she later called back and tried to deny that) and then called the other location and although was given contrasting information, the woman there was MUCH nicer, and much more helpful. Due to this contrasting information I decided to go to the ER where I got top of the line care and have now decided to go with a different provider.Couple extra notes:1 - Train your Clearwater staff to deliver better service2 - Before sending someone else into the bathroom for a pee sample, retrieve urine samples that are already there. When I went in I was greeted by someone elses urine sitting on the same table as the styrofoam cups you all told patients to use3 - There was a sharpie in the bathroom to self-label your styrofoam cup urine sample. That cant be sanitary to have people self-labeling their own cups when there is no guarantee there hands are clean before using the sharpie.I hope this place can improve! I think the New Port Richey office could definitely help them do better. Its unfortunate that Dr.Calderon is losing me as a patient due to his staff. Thank you Dr.Calderon for the services you did provide.

What an awful place. Dr Perez has no bedside manner and doesn’t seem to know his way around when conducting a pap.

I am new to the area and came to this office in hopes of establishing care with a physician to manage PCOS and birth control needs. I was early for my appointment, but waited quite a while before being seen. When I was taken back for vitals and triage, I was taken to a cluttered room where there were patient urine samples, labeled with their names, on the counter in plain site. The medical assistant (this is not her fault but the poor organization of the entire practice) had to keep leaving to assist other patients. She was interrupted at least 3 times during this process. I was then sent back to the waiting room before being taken to the exam room where I waited to be taken to the physicians office. I met with the physician and was uncomfortable with him, I didnt feel like there was good communication with him. The entire office seems unorganized and outdated. These types of visits are often uncomfortable and many feel vulnerable during them, I did not feel comfortable at all and will seek care elsewhere.

Dr. Calderon has been amazing. He helped me through miscarriages and then ultimately the delivery of my son. I came back years later and he has been my doctor through more miscarriages he didnt give up on me. I am now 3 months pregnant thanks to him. Thank you so much Dr. Calderon.

I am a patient at the New Port Richey office with Dr. Calderon. He has delivered my only two babies and I literally trust him with my life. He has a calm demeanor which has created a wonderful environment for growing my family. His staff is very helpful and I am going to miss seeing them on a consistent basis. I have, and will continue to recommend Dr. Calderon to anyone who is looking for a doctor certified in obstetrics and gynecology.

If I could give this office a zero I would. Had to wait hours for doctor appt, office was very unorganized, unprofessional, and lacked people skill. With this being a 4th pregnancy I never felt comfortable or looked forward to any of my appointments as the doctor and staff made me very uncomfortable. I was sent for my glucose in which the doctor ordered the wrong test and had me do a 2hr, then the same day requested I go back for the 1hr glucose test. My due date from my initial doctor in Kansas was never accurate to this due date and was very off. After my fourth appt at this office I decided I was extremely unhappy and didnt trust him to deliver my baby after the care seemed inadequate. Upon asking for my records in which the office refused to give me, I am unable to get medical care elsewhere. Knowing this is illegal, I would suggest seeking medical care elsewhere as policies arent followed by law.

The doctor was okay but he never left a lasting impression. Also I would have expected the office to call me for my yearly and they never bothered. I want a doctors office that cares for their patients and their needs.

Hes great. His staff in the palm harbor office are RUDE!!!! AND DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK WITH THEIR BRAIN AND MOUTH. ONLY OUT THEIR ASS. THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE UP IN NEWPORT RICHEY ARE AMAZINGGGG. AND THE OFICE IS CLEANER. I TRUST HIM TO DELIVER, HES HAS PATIENCE. WISH HE CAN DELIVER THIS ONE. BUT HIS STAFF LIKE I SAID ARE RUDE AND LIE AND DONT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK CORRECTLY AND GIVE OUT WRONG INFORMATION.
