We love this practice. The doctors are great, friendly caring and my child loves to visit the doctors office. All staff shows their love and passion for what they do. Will and have recommended to family and friends!!

Dr. Alavian is a natural. Our kiddos are about a month apart. It is clear that she is passionate about her work. She is kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. So thankful that I’ve found this location for my children. Maria at the front desk is awesome too. Everyone is so helpful.

The MDs there are nice, however we had an issue where we were led to believe we would be charged 25 dollars for a service. We had the provider check with the billing department to be sure that was all we would be charged and the MD left, was gone a while, came back and confirmed that would be all we would be billed. Few days later we get billed for over 800 dollars. Of course we reach out and attempt to explain to the billing department what we were told by the MD, and that we were assured the charge would only be 25 dollars as verified by the MD with the billing department.They didnt care. Pay up or go to collections. Of course, we could never speak to the MD, they were always busy. Sure thing. We wont be going back despite liking the doctor.

Currently pregnant and due in august called to ask some questions about your practice and whether or not you were accepting new patients. The girl at the desk that answered the phone was rude. Did not ask any information did not note anything, just said the nurses would call and schedule an appointment. Was very short did not give me the opportunity to ask anything and hung up on me….. seriously not reassuring as a potential new mother looking for a pediatrician if she worked for me she would be fired

I took my newborn twins to their first pediatric appointment at Wakemed Ped in Clayton, and we had the best experience. The staff was super friendly, and the building was clean. We loved our visit with Dr. Wirth! She was patient with us and answered all our questions and concerns without us feeling rushed. We look forward to our next appointment :)

Love the office! The front desk staff is very welcoming, efficient and friendly!! The medical staff are excellent! Dr. Wirth is an amazing provider.
