The support staff is excellent but the clinic physician not so much. He told me that I was too late to my appointment this morning for him to do an exam or bother to check what was actually wrong with me. I have sent hours in the VA waiting to be seen because of over booking or theyre just running slow. And I get I was late by 10 minutes but I still had to wait 20 minutes to be seen even though the staff took me straightback. So was I really late or did he just not want to provide the services he was supposed to provide on 1/27 via a video call that never happened because they forgot about it.

Arrived here at Clayton VA clinic at 330 because I had a couple of general questions. Hours said they were open until 4pm, but door was locked. I knocked, but nothing. I sat here until 4pm. I guess they forgot there open until 4pm, unless Im missing something.
