Dr. Hebda is a fantastic doctor. He is very attentive and thorough. He takes time to answers questions and I never feel rushed. He seems genuinely concerned about me and my health. The entire staff is nice to work with. I am so glad I found this office.

I have read all comments. I have been a patient of Dr. Hebda since 2009. He is by far the most caring, knowledgeable doctor I have met, he cares like no other, if I feel I need something he always listens.I have followed him from another practice.Insurance issues are the norm. If they dont collect upfront chances are patients dont pay, not all.Insurance reimbursement to doctors are far less than you can imagine.I Always get a call back.Thank Dr Hebda and staff for all the years you have taken care of me.

The Dr I see and the receptionist group are very Good , however the 2 starts is because I waited for 2 hours for someone in the back to print a prescription that I need it to take to base. Since a practice is as good as the service that the whole team offers, I am changing my primera care... I want to say that I am grateful for the Dr’s and the receptionist team help... hope this message makes it to management... all they need is to hire additional help or retrain the existing personnel...

I see Dr. Hebda and have never had any issues. He truly seems to care about my health and what is going on. I have met with Jessica a few times as well and she is just as good. Very happy with the care I receive in the Riverwood office.

Dr Hebda is wonderful! He listens and takes his time, plus the nurses and office staff are extremely friendly and patient. All the reviews here are pretty old so thought Id give a recent update since things have changed in the past year.

I started seeing Dr. Hebda for the first time last year (Clayton location). Ive never had a doctor as attentive, intuitive, and intelligent. Dr. Hebda listens and and lets me be a part of my own healthcare. He has helped diagnose issues that have been long term problems that my previous doctor(s) overlooked. Ive also seen his PA Dr. Heath and shes just as wonderful, I cant say enough good things about the Horizon Family Medicine practitioners. The office staff is friendly but I will say I wish theyd be more attentive to phone answering. Even if its to pick up and place me on hold instead of not answering at all. Its a busy practice so I understand the admin challenges they face. Even leaving a voicemail, Ive never received a call back. Just feel theres a more efficient and fruitful way to address incoming calls. Overall, I give the practice 10/10 and have recommended it to my family and friends.

This place is a joke. I have been 3 times and have never gotten the care or information I need.

I try to avoid doctors because of their trial and error nature.However, Kathleen Boykin was able to diagnose and recommend successful treatments for my high blood pressure headaches, my wifes acne, and my sons allergies on our first visits. My wife and son had been seeing other doctors for quite some time without finding anyone who could help them, until Kathleen. She is very personable, and I am not a social type of guy normally. It was comforting. I highly recommend her.

In the past after a visit it took a day for them to call in my prescription. Today I tried calling them for 30minutes and they wouldnt pick up. If you are curious thats 25x non stop, no answer. Then I called the office located in Smithfield, they picked up the first time I called.Dont waste your time here.Go to another office, they dont value your buisness.

Wost experience ever! The staff seemed nice the first visit, but if you have any questions about new medications be prepared to leave numerous messages then wait 3 days to be told that you should make another appointment!Very RUDE staff, Cathlene is impersonal. Office is Nasty for being a newer building, does not seem clean. WOULD not recommend to anyone!-Tim N

My whole family sees Dr.Hebda and we completly adore him. He is a great doctor and all of the staff is so friendly. All of these reviews most be from old doctor and staff.

I dropped off a form for Kathleen to fill out with my prescription information for 1 medication. They have had my form for OVER a week. I have called twice and have not gotten a call back. There is no reason it should take this long to get that filled out. I dont think I will continue to come here. I want a Doctor that treats me like Im important to them and doesnt just blow me off. Obviously they have enough business that they dont care about losing a patient.

The worst doctors office I have ever been to. They don’t answer the phones and no one likes to do their jobs. My son passed away and I have been dealing with depression and instead of helping they only add more stress. They get upset if you ask them to do anything, and they don’t ever return phone calls. Please stay away!!!!

I called to get some medical records transferred from here to my childrens new pediatrician office, they have been requested to send them by myself and my doctors, it has now been 3 WEEKS and everytime I call to get an update something else is standing in there way. Most recently I was told they were waiting on the doctors signiture and would be faxed out in a day or 2, since then I have called 4 more times with in a 7 day period and they told me now they have to wait for someone from the medical records area to approve them to be sent out. My called proceeded to call up with a bit of an attitude and they LIED and told her they had been sent in the mail (meaning it would take another week or 2 to arrive) when she caught them in the lie they said I could come pick them up but they were not aloud to be faxed. I am not able to make my son a doctors appointment with out transferring these medical records first and I have stressed this to them and the fact that he has severe eczema and allergies and needs a prescription refilled which can not be done with out the approval of their new doctor. This has drew the line for me. Doctor selak is wonderful but the nurses and reception area are rude and lazy.

The physician assistant, Mrs. Heath, should learn better bedside manner. Displaying a judgemental attitude towards patients is unacceptable.

Dr. Dawkins is great but getting an appointment can be challenging because he doesnt work evenings or on Saturday. The office is a joke. I have had to make a dozen calls over the course of the day because all I get is a busy signal. The last time I needed a refill my pharmacy had to fax three times before it was filled. I will be looking for a new doctor, which is a shame because Ive been with Dr. Dawkins for about seven years now.

Do not go to this location if you are covered by Tricare Prime. I arrived after waiting for over a week for appointment and was informed by the receptionist , sorry the doctors were not actually certified for Tricare. Now I must wait another week for another appointment at other location in Clayton. The inside of location also appears decrepit and not as clean as other location.

Incompetent. Did not receive the care I needed.
