I have been a patient here for more than 22 years and just marvel at this practice’s ability to not only withstand the challenges of economic down turn, growing pains and a PANDEMIC; but to continue to THRIVE and evolve with the times! My family grew up with Dr Mason, and hygienist Noreen as a staple in their care. We have added Laura and the rest of the Dream team staff on our list of not just favorite practitioners but cherished friends. It is a wonderful rare gift to feel like the best dentist in town treats your family like a best friend and I know for sure they feel this way about all their clients. I have a cantilever pontic that replaced a deciduous tooth that gave up after 74 years.After about two years, it felt loose.I called the office and got an appointment right after lunch.Dr Mason confirmed that it just needed to be re-cemented and got to work. Within a few minutes, Dr Mason and her team had completed the repair. I was back home in less than an hour.This is the service and care we should all expect from ones dentist.Thanx, Dr Mason!

I had a crown put on a wisdom tooth that was very difficult to reach. Dr. Mason was very concerned that I was ok and repeatedly asked if I needed a break. She is so skilled and empathetic. The crown was produced and finished in the same day. Her staff are so polite and efficient. She has been my dentist for 5 years and hopefully many more!!

Excellent medical treatment and transparency for my current dental situation, however the lost star was regarding to fail to explain a certain paragraph in the financial agreement.The staff is super friendly and welcoming, big smiles that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable, the x-ray professional was so amazing to my condition regarding my sensitivity to latex and plastic things, she made it super easy to finish the task so as the teeth cleaning task, they constantly ask if you’re ok or need anything, so amazingly friendly and professional!You can truly feel that they’re trying to help and make it easy as possible, thank you so much!

I had a chipped crown and Laura, the Patient Care Manager checked to see how old the crown was as I was new to the office. Luckily, it was a year old so my former dentist offered to fix it for free. Laura smoothed the cracked tooth for me so I would not have any discomfort until such time that I visited my former dentist. She did a great job!

Dr. Mason,, goes above and beyond just regular dental care. She cares about your overall health not just a general teeth and gums issues, Dr. Mason check for cancer around the mouth , in your mouth and under the tongue and she does a neck examination looking for unusual lumps or bumps. I have been in several cities over my lifetime and Ive been fortunate enough to find doctor Mason as my dentist for the Clayton Valley area. She has a very professional team that always makes me feel comfortable and does the upmost quality on all work done for me. I dont know why I continue to be amazed at how wonderfully I am treated, and amazed at the high quality of work that is done on my teeth. I called with a fairly urgent need and they fit me in the next morning. I had been cautious about visiting a dentist during the pandemic and particularly having a lengthy stay even though I already knew they took the most precautions I had seen in dentristry even prior to COVID19. Still they had obviously added even stricter precautions than I expected, and that were reassuring to me. I was in and out carefully and efficiently- -thankfully more quickly than expected.

Two days ago, I went to Dr. Masons office for a second opinion consultation regarding my two upper front teeth. These teeth were damaged when I was playing racquetball, several months ago.1. The preliminary interaction over the phone with a employee at the front desk was very professional and very kind to me.2. Susan was in charge of the preliminary assistance. She was very knowledgeable and informative to all previous steps before Dr. Masons examination. She performed X-Ray and teeth biting tests. She has a beautiful personality.3. Finally, Dr. Mason examined carefully my situation, asked several questions regarding the history of the work done, allowed me to interact with her, and finally concluded that the damage in my front teeth may not be that critical. She also advised me that I should consult with the dentist that did the original repair.I cannot thank enough for the free attention I received at the office, and I am looking forward in becoming another patient in the future. Hopefully my dental insurance limitations can be worked out, if possible.I am looking forward in referring your service to the other people.Thank you Dr. Mason!

Dr. Mason is incredible and she has an awesome team! Theyre very aware of everyones comfort level and make sure that treatments are as enjoyable as possible. I had my Invisalign done here, teeth whitening, and an entire jaw alignment. When I felt my entire top teeth fit PERFECTLY with my bottom teeth all around, I cried. Really, I heard Kermit sing Rainbow Connection in my head and I cried. A healthy and properly fitting mouth has made a HUGE difference in the way I experience life. Dr. Mason is THE BEST!

I was in Dr. Masons office for a cleaning the other day and had a really great experience. Significantly decreased my anxiety while providing excellent care of my teeth.

Made a new patient appointment months in advance. Arrived early but not brought back to be seen for over an hour. Dr Mason was out due to health reasons so met with visiting dentist. Made follow up appointment at this appointment for a filling to be worked on a couple weeks later. Called and told that again Dr Mason wouldnt be in so asked if I could change my appointment date and time. If youre looking for friendly staff, great place. If youre looking for reliability, this is not the place.

Went in to Dr. Masons office this past Tuesday as a new patient and was so blown away by my experience there that I am for the first time ever writing a review. From the moment I walked in I knew this would be a dental practice I could be confident in. The office is peacefully arranged and staffed by some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered anywhere in the medical world. The receptionists immediately made me feel welcomed, like I had been going there for years and my business which had just been earned was truly appreciated. All of the assistants, especially Susan were uncannily knowledgeable, gentle and possessed skills that illustrated what I know has to be a great amount of combined experience. They were simply the BEST! After meeting Dr. Mason it became clear that this ship was clearly being lead by example. She was very thorough both in explaining the process by which I would be treated and then in the actual execution of treatment. I left knowing that I had been well taken care of and where I will be getting all my dental work done moving forward. Kindness is on my mind... one of my wisdom teeth broke this weekend, a millions fears came tumbling in. Like many, dental work scares me. I called Dr. Christina Mason Office in Clayton and she personally called me back, her calm voice and reassurance was a blessing. Dr. Mason had me come in the same day I called. She was able to extract my tooth with no pain or discomfort at all. None, not even when she gave me the shot of novocaine. Dr. Mason and her assistant Susan are so calm, caring, highly professional and kind. Even during this pandemic, when life is so uncertain, as I broke into tears over my health concerns and all stress that comes with it, they gently, respectfully, held the space and helped me through the fears, which is above and beyond dentistry. Dr. Mason’s practice is what all dental practices should follow. She and her staff are bright lights that rise above a world that is filled with darkness and greed. Their integrity, gentleness and honesty, remind me that there is good in the world. Dr. Mason and her assistant Jessica I believe( I was a bit relaxed on Nitrous so forgive the foggy memories if the name is incorrect) did their best to make it as pain free as possible and beyond a doubt it was.

The service and treatment that I experienced was the most professional Ive ever experienced. It was seen that my utmost comfort was a top priority. The skill and efficient practice of Christina amazed me. The next thing I know, surprisingly, we are finished. Afterwards, when Im at home, I literally experienced zero pain and I had just had a major tooth extraction. I did not need any pain medication!

Broke a tooth last night (lots of pain!!!) So I called Dr. Masons office this morning and they fit me in last minute even though I was a new patient. Anxious about another rushed and painful dentist experience, I walked in to an instantly soothing environment. I had to ask if I was in the right place because I felt like I was waiting for a spa treatment. After a brief wait, Dr. Mason herself greated me with a smile and I was escorted to a well lit room and I sat in a comfortable chair. One of her assistants Laura took time to get the back story on my previous dental experiences (humorously & without judgement) and assured me that my comfort was the #1 priority. Throughout the visit, every interaction was met with a concerning question from each staff member about how I felt about a procedure abs whether there was pain. From numbing through drilling to cementing I felt in control of my experience and there was ZERO pain! Not to mentioned that the cracked tooth was able to be saved! In spite of the fact that I had scheduled my appointment a few hours before, the staff was concerned with finishing the procedure in a timely manner so I would not be late to my next engagement. Once everything was done I was given Painkillers before I walked out the door to ensure the soreness would not come on too quickly. I was so impressed with the whole experience and thankful for the willingness of the staff to respond so quickly and thoroughly to my unplanned urgency even though I was basically walk-in. I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough to anyone who is looking for quick, quality attentive care in a soothing comfortable environment. Hands down the best dentist experience to date...and there have been quite a few!

Ive been going to Dr. Mason as my dentist for over twenty years. The first and last thing I learned about her is her emphasis on a painless experience. When I was young I didnt go to the dentist for a long time because of my fear of the pain. That caused me some dental problems as you might imagine. But ever since I discovered Dr. Mason I have enjoyed all of my visits. She also has gathered around her a great staff who are all on board for a pain free experience.

I had some complicated work done; a cracked and chipped old crown, one filling with a cavity underneath it and an old filling in a front tooth that needed to be replaced. This all took about three hours, but it was completely stress free. Most of the time I was laying back in the most comfortable chair possible watching beautiful scenery on a flatscreen and listening to soothing music. Since I had shorts on, Liz brought me a cozy blanket and I just got even cozier. There was absolutely NO pain (and no pain the next day from the shot or the procedure) and I was not even aware that the fillings had been done! Liz put a great deal of effort in the temporary crown just so I would be perfectly comfortable for the next week until the permanent one is ready.What really makes this amazing is that I have an extremely low threshold of pain and almost everything hurts me. Not the case here. There was not the least bit of anxiety or concern. The time just flew by. Christina even pays attention to the little details, like putting vaseline on your lips so they dont get all dry and crackly feeling. This is a VERY special place, not by accident, but because it is staffed by people with hearts of kindness, compassion, and gentleness.

Years ago you would have never heard me say I love my dentist. It was quite the opposite. As a matter of fact I was TERRIFIED of going!! But once I started going to Dr. Christina Mason, my fears were put to rest permanently!! She and her staff are the kindest, most gentle and caring ladies Ive ever met in a dental or medical office!! I actually looked forward to my appointment yesterday because Ive been extremely busy and Id finally have a chane to sit and relax!! Quite a difference from a few years back when I was terrified to even have my teeth cleaned! If youre looking for specialty care in dentistry, look no further!!

Have had chronic pain relating to (and at least partially caused by) dental work since I was about 14 years old. I went to Christina Mason because I was starting to get flinchy at my dentist during even basic cleanings, and a friend who was phobic of dentists recommended her.My first cleaning, when I mentioned that the electric cleaning tools were on the edge of hurting, the dental hygienist switched to manual tools (without my asking for it) and took twice as long giving me time to rest my jaw, and she did so without the usual little gestures of impatience that often accompany that sort of accommodation. That was pretty cool. My next visits, for a few fillings and another cleaning, I was feeling brave enough to try nitrous oxide, and that made the experience both pleasant and fast.This office understands pain, goes out of their way to be aware of it, and prioritizes patient comfort. Ive been going to dentists for years, and telling them I have jaw pain and headaches, and why, and most of them have believed me (more or less) but had no idea what to do about it. They would recommend various orthotics, and I would be unable to breathe properly with any of them, and the dentists would shrug with confusion because my airways looked clear, and then I wouldnt wear the orthotics.Dr. Mason had me try a jaw/headache pain treatment called TruDenta, and like most other things, it has been failing to help the issues. (Not done yet, but Im not holding my breath.) I was not especially surprised. What did surprise me... is that Dr. Mason, upon hearing that TruDenta wasnt working, proceeded to call up an orthopedic surgeon and orthodontist, show them the CT head scan shed done of me (free! with the first visit! amazing!), and consult at length to figure out what the problem was. They had actual insights about what might be causing the chronic pain. Scientific insights! I have never had a dentist do research on my behalf, or come up with ideas of where to go once their own experience ran out.
