My experience at Century Orthodontist has been amazing. The staff is extremely professional, welcoming and loving They make every visit pleasant. Heather is the sweetest ever that girl knows her stuff. I love our chit chats while I’m there !!!! and Dr. Cavanaugh is the God of orthodontics.It may be times when you don’t like the process but just trust the process because Dr.Cavanaugh will get you beautiful results. He has so much patience, funny, kind and caring. My daughter went there for braces, I’m currently going and my son will be going there as well.

We really like Dr. Cavanaugh. He is very transparent and conservative in his approach. The office is well run, clean, and has excellent COVID-19 precautions in place.

This office is Fantastic! The doctors are always friendly and make us feel comfortable. The staff is friendly warm and caring they genuinely care about what is going on in our lives and does their best to make us feel life we are a part of their family. I have experience the rudeness of Sandy the Assistant that do not know much about care credit at all I’m the sister that pays My sister’s orthodontic’s Bill she assume that they have to pay the interest if she set up our payments through a promotion which has nothing to do with century orthodontic no one is educated in the area of Care Credit and she was rude and yelling I’m not your child and if I was I doubt that you yell or verbally abuse your child I’m a grown women who demand respect first as paying my sister’s bill and my sister is a customer that have been treated and talk to badly by this lady sandy telling her she was going to remove her braces 😬 from her mouth because she missed a payment that’s unacceptable when the insurance company had already paid their half and she had been making payments also I guess the bull dog 🐕 has been able to run things so rudely and no one has let her know it’s unacceptable in the work place dealing with human beings or do you consider us as human or see us as human in your eyes what’s all the hatred for? Maybe it’s just who Sandy is but I will not accept Sandy evilness by no means. She was yelling and I asked her what was her reason for yelling and talking angry 😡 to me when I didn’t even know her and she stated, “because the way I was talking which was a lie she was yelling through the phone talking to my sister and she was sitting across the room and I could hear her through the phone and when my sister gave the phone to me so we could talk about the Care Credit she was still yelling and talking in an angry 😡 tone before I could even speak . Awful She makes the business horrible. I wouldn’t give the 1 star ⭐️ if It didn’t require me to instead of Century Orthodontics it should have been named senseless Orthodontics the Orthodontist maybe good but something is wrong with your help you have to decide 🤔do you want to be treated like a human being or trash 🗑 and I decide no ✅ we have choices in Life Ms Sandyness the sadness😢
