I called up two days ago. First experience with the clinic. Told the person on the phone that. She set up my Covid test on post two hours later and I had my results within 24 hours. My wife made her first appointment today and will see Dr Workman Monday. So far, the service has been great with no problems from my perspective. First impressions are great. Seems like the most complaints are coming from Covid policies. You cant blame that on the clinic. Most of us that have been in the Army know they have to follow their directives. Food for thought.

I have seen a lot of negative reviews, so here is one that is very different experience than the ones below.During a very difficult time in my life right now, the woman who called me (Brittany) was the most kind, empathetic, encouraging, helpful, and informative person I have spoken to since I found out some very sad news. I can’t express how thankful I am that she was able to answer all my questions (plus some), help me understand about certain lab work, and even a plan for possibilities in the future. Thank you Brittany for embodying all the things every patient wants a healthcare worker to be. Your kindness will never be forgotten.Thank you Screaming Eagle for working me in to get important lab work done quickly and efficiently.

Just moved to Clarksville from California a few months ago, retired Navy and have never dealt with Army before. Read the reviews and was rather apprehensive. Fortunately for my wife and I this has been a great experience so far. Doctor Trawinski and staff have been great, the service very responsive and we were even referred to a specialist at Blanchfield Army Hospital where everyone was polite and helpful. Very happy so far with the US Army! Hoo Ahh! or whatever the Green Machine folks say.

I have been going here and seeing Dr. Acavedo since I was in high school. He is a great PCP and so all of the nurses are always so kind.

Unprofessional staff. Rejecting seeing my baby with a medical emergency because he was possibly exposed to covid. Shouldnt have an obese woman at the front desk either who will probably need care soon because of her weight, maybe then the hospital will be more helpful. Lied straight to my face saying she talked to the doctor when she just went back to her computer, then proceeded to trash talk as we were leaving.

Receptionist on the phone was very nonchalant and didn’t try to help me with any of my problems. They are all rude cause I tried calling again and the female displayed the same attitude towards me. They should not work at a clinic. They would be better fit working at a jail honestly. Do not go here. THEY HATE THEIR LIFE!!!!!!

Everytime my mother comes in for her prescriptions they are the most rudest staff we have ever encountered. We went to check on some prescriptions around 2:40pm and they close at 3:30; they didn’t wanna fill anything cause they said they were already closed. Cmon people, we frequent here for my moms medications we know what time you close which is 3:30. They’re unprofessional here and wish someone could see how they treat patients.

This place is extremely unprofessional and rude! I literally just switched my provider because of how rude these people are. I’ve had three encounters with three different people who act just the same or worse. If i could give 0 stars I would!

The staff is very friendly, they make the time to actually listen to you. The wait times are reasonable and they treat you like a person not a number. Very clean and they are great about getting back to you when messages are sent to your clinic.

Their COVID-19 policies and procedures are a complete failure. They will not let siblings accompany the patient for appointments. Have they forgotten that they serve a MILITARY community where one parent may be gone and cannot help watch siblings? Screamin’ Eagle’s answer is to send siblings to CYS, exposing people to an unknown number of strangers. Or hire a babysitter, exposing people to an unknown number of strangers. They don’t care how many possible exposures are created as long as it’s not Screamin’ Eagles fault. To top it all off, the reception staff is extremely rude. Screamin’ Eagle Medical Home is failing the community it is charged to serve.

The front desk staff that have been working the past few weeks are very un organized and have been treating people poorly. As I was waiting to check in I saw a man ask about his meds that he was out of and received no help. I was turned away and then told to get a covid screening. After I was told to go back up after passing the covid screening they were very rude. I ended up going to a urgent care to be seen. It has been 3 weeks and my husband went to be seen today and they declined him as well. This so called medical center is making it difficult for their patients to get medicine or even be seen.

Love our PCP provider Dunlop is amazing and his Nurse :) awesome people. Always so caring to his patients and professional.

The doctor didn’t not give me any diagnosis, just prescribed me medication and I left. While I was waiting to see the doctor, nobody said I was there. So I was in the waiting room over an hour and a half. He was supposed to follow up with transferred medical records and get back to me and never did. It’s been over two weeks since i was in there.Tried calling the clinic but there’s no direct line. So you have to argue with people on the main line to leave a message. In which the clinic won’t call you back for over 24 hours.Out of all the doctors and hospitals I’ve dealt with, this one is definitely a joke. No body seems to have it together. In the meantime, maybe the local urgent care will do their job.

We love our PCM but the wait to be seen for the lab is outrageous. We all have places to be especially us with toddlers. If it takes over an hour to be seen by the nurse for a shot then maybe add a few more nurses. With their limited hours of operation for the lab, this is uncalled for.

Regardless what other reviewers say I never had a bad appointment with my provider Mrs. Vairin. Having said that I would agree that customer service is a bit lacking at the front desk and the Lab could also use some help opening on time. The Pharmacy, on the other hand, is a mixed bag and understandably so. I say this because they rotate personnel in and out and the place is too small for the number of patients they are currently serving. All in all, this is an amazing clinic and one of the best Ive ever been treated in over twenty plus years. AP Score: Beats driving on-post

Front desk is not very helpful and they’re rude.

My daughter and I were patients here for three years, while my husband was stationed at Fort Campbell. It was so nice to be in a facility that allowed us to see the same doctor, nurses and staff during our entire time in Clarksville. It is something that doesnt happen often for active duty families. We always were treated well, seen quickly and felt respected.

Office doesn’t do their job correctly. Everyone has an excuse for everything that happens . They expect you to know how everything works there . Pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever felt with . Frankly 85% of everyone there is RUDE !

Dr Workman always takes the time to listen to my concerns and works with me on what is the best action to take to make me feel better. I never feel rushed and always feel like he has really listened to me.

Awesome staff, nurses and doctor! Very fast and helpful. Dr. MClaughlin was great with my kids and the nurse Kevin was very informative and helpful as well. Thank you so much!!

We love everything about this clinic. Mrs Vasquez and Mrs Richardson have bent over backwards to help us. Their actions show they care and are willing to listen to you. The entire staff and pharmacy is awsome.

It’s a long wait. Staff be having private conversations rather than get people’s prescriptions. One time I was in the pharmacy for an hour and I was seen by my doctor for 15 minutes. Need better customer service.

Whenever my wife tries to make an appointment for my son the people that work there are not only rude to her but make her feel uncomfortable. I would expect better treatment of Soldier’s families.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes of my actual scheduled appointment, I informed the front-desk reception that 15 minutes has passed. She , Ms. Samantha, informed me I should be the next patient. However, I continued to wait an additional 25 minutes while I watched other patients that arrived after me get called to see the doctor. After an additional 20 minutes minutes of my appointment time, I returned to the front desk spoke to the receptionist,Mr. B, to mention my long wait. He said the doctor is running late, that is life,and their is nothing you can do about it, sarcastically. This visit has caused me to go from bad to worst. Fortunately, I have the option of changing my Doctor and never returning to this clinic.

This place is just fabulous. Entire staff is great. DR.TRAWINSI is the best Dr. I have ever had. My 2 kids went to him he has a way with kids just cant rave enough. My kids miss him and so do I. I am in Colorado now ....OMG nightmare doctors at Evans iron horse clinic. Now I really miss this place and my fabulous doctor. If you go to screaming eagle medical home you are LUCKY !!!! thank you Mrs.LOVE

There were 2 other people on front of me, at 0830. I waited 29 minutes for them to even call my number because the pharmacist was too busy on her phone the ENTIRE time we were all waiting. Everyone was making comments, but she did not care. Very UNPROFESSIONAL to make us wait while she handled her business. We all have jobs to be at, and for her to make people wait is wrong.

I went in today for a problem with my ear. Dr. Workman prescribed me eye drops! WTH?

The staff consistently does a great job. Very professional and proficient.

I have been told to get blood work done between 8 and 9 in the morning. Every time I show up they always have a problem with the lab tech not being here. I dont work for the government, and work for a civilian company. I have to be at work at 9. How am I supposed to get blood work done if FT Campbell dont care about time management and there patients. If you say a time to be here but your workers are not, then you need more personal.

Never had a negative experience with the clinic, lab, or pharmacy in the last 2 years and I go there every month.

Dr. Barry Workman is an awesome provider and knows his stuff!

Horrible hospital. Went to emergency room for chest pains, STILL IN THE WAITING ROOM 4 HOURS LATER! Youll die waiting for service here, go elsewhere.

The front desk is extremely rude...we waited 45 minutes just to get called to back then waited another 30 to see doctor 😡
