Absolutely amazing service, if you have worried about finding a caring doctor who actually wants to help you and will connect with you on a person level and not just a patient this is your place. I couldnt believe how kind he was, and the service plan is just as awesome. Your health will thank you for going. I just did a free consultation and cannot believe I hadnt gotten in sooner. Dont make the same mistake I did and wait, get in now before you loose hope.

I am in the worst pain of my life, I cant eat I can barely sleep and these guys tell me just to be seen I need to pay them a membership fee of 1800 a year.

I can’t believe there is a single negative review on here. Dr Grabenstein has been absolutely amazing from the first day I switched to him after having a horrible experience with another doctor. He is patient, always listens to anything you say without EVER being judgmental. I’ve never felt more comfortable a doctor’s office. The receptionists are always super sweet. The membership cost more than pays for itself. Having your doctor’s cellphone number and being able to make an appointment the same day or as soon as you want is unbelievable. I don’t ever want to see another doctor.

Dr Grabenstein has been taking care of me since I was 21 years old and I am now 52 and he is still there for me, be it my physical or mental needs. He is the kindest, smartest and most caring doctor I have ever had the pleasure to know. I know he will retire one day but I literally do NOT KNOW what I will do when that day comes! I was shocked to see so few reviews on Dr. Bill Grabenstein! He is one of the best doctors in Clarksville, even TN. I remember when my daughter, Brendella was just a toddler. Dr.Bill took over her care and if there was anything questionable, her daughter, Dr. Bill, never assumed, he got to the bottom of Brendella’s constant upper and ear infections. He placed her in the hands a dynamic surgeon for her tonsils, ear tubes and adenoids removal. She’s 26 now. Since Age 4, our daughter rarely rarely got sick again. Our son was in the care of a Nashville doctor, after our move. He was in and out of doctors offices and surgeons. I saw then, the difference he received in care, from his primary. Saying that, Dr. Bill (William Grabenstein) is one of the best doctors that’s treated me and my daughter.

In all the years that I have been going to doctor bill I have never been disappointed in my care I cannot imagine going to any other physician he has seen me through so very much I can never thank him enough thank you doctor bill for always being there for me

Dr. Bill is amazing and the MDVIP may seem expensive, but it connects you to a whole network of quality healthcare providers.

You have to pay over 1,000 dollars a year just to join that practice and get a appointment. No thank you.
