Very friendly staff and they legitimately care for your health and well-being! & Dr. Beauchamp is an amazing surgeon, I’ve had multiple surgeries on my right hand and couldn’t be more happier than the outcome! Currently still healing and Going to Wound Care in Springfield, I highly recommend Northcrest!

I have been treated by this group for several years and there has never been a time that they didn’t provide the best service. Two shoulder surgeries and a total knee replacement were conducted without a hitch. I would recommend NorthCrest Orthopedics to everyone.

Dr. Thornhill is such an excellent doctor my mom has seen him for a few different issues, and he always goes above and beyond to help her! I am so thankful and grateful for him. Recently I had to take her to a different doctor due to insurance issues, and we found out that the other doctor didnt put the injections in the correct spot, and he immediately caught that. He had to give her more to correct the issue, but since he gave her the two injections my mother has been feeling better compared to how she has been feeling for over a year. I definitely recommend Dr. Thornhill and his staff so knowledgeable and always so friendly! I definitely recommend him to everyone!!!

Super friendly and caring staff! Highly recommend Dr Beauchamp and his team (everyone in the Clarksville office and everyone I had at Northcrest on the day of surgery). Will definitely use them again if I need too. My surgery went GREAT alot better than i expected! They answered all questions I had and explained things to me in detail to ease my mind!

FIND ANOTHER PROVIDERDr KROSER,JONATHAN team???? Has terrible bedside Manners, and even worse scheduling. My appointment was scheduled 2 weeks out, THE NIGHT BEFORE I get a voicemail moving my time from 12 noon to 715 am. I was laying in a cold hospital room uncomfortable until 1030 for my 715 appointment.The staff said he had a Dr. MEETING WASTING MY TIME until 1020????Thanks for bad experience.Maybe next time if you cant handle schedules you shouldnt be a medical team.Lastly my follow up appointment was given to me with no input from me on my schedule and immediately told I need to call and change it, after waking up from surgery,This is not how health care works.Find another Dr do no use DR. Kroser AT SURGICAL ALLIANCE if you expect to be treated as a as you are a paying customer.My appt was at 715 30 minute procedure leaving at 1130. No excuseIf I had known I would use someone else in a heartbeat.Figure out how to run a office, schedule and bedside manner I still would not return.just another case of chasing a dollar.
