This place is amazing. Every stylist Ive seen here is amazing, polite and professional. They offer a great variety of services. The facility itself is very clean and bright. I cant recommend this place for a cut or color enough!

Parlour is 10/10! I went to Paige and she exceeded expectations! I have curly hair, and Paige went above and beyond to make sure the style I wanted was achieved. Would highly recommend. Will be my new go to salon in Cincinnati. Cannot recommend enough!

Scheduled myself for for a wedding up do. Left with 90s prom hair. Would not count on this salon for styling needs.Specifically warned my hair stylist that my hair was curly and really needs to be blown out smooth and my hair is as frizzy as could be. Rushed me out of the chair. Highly suggest you go elsewhere for basic needs. Maybe theyre better at cutting? I wouldnt risk it

I got an eyebrow wax from Logan and a haircut from Paige today, and both were excellent! The eyebrow wax was quick and efficient, and it looked great. Paige did a great job with my curly hair, as well. Both of them really listened to what I asked for. Everyone was also masked properly, and they were doing a stellar job with Covid precautions. So relieved to have found a good curly hair salon in the area!

I moved to Cincinnati 4 years ago and it was super hard for me to make the jump to find and try a new hair stylist. I sought out Parlour a couple of years ago and made a random appointment with my girl Lillian. I have been going to Lillian ever since. I have trusted her with any cut or color I have wanted to do and have always walked out so so excited and amazed by her talent. She makes you feel valued, known, and like you’re right at home. I love this place a lot and if you’re feeling like pampering yourself a little by an amazing atmosphere, the best music, and trustworthy staff, look no further!

Logan is the best! I do not trust anyone else to cut or baylage my hair. Shes amazing!

I just moved to Cincinnati and was needing to find a new go-to hair salon. Had my hair colored in January by Andrea and was by far the experience Ive ever had - especially with all of the current COVID protocols. I returned last week and had hair extensions installed by Madeline - the process was quick, easy, and explained to me every step of the way. Shes even been great at following up with me and answering all of my questions about my new hair. Cant wait for my next appointment!

Not exaggerating when I say Martin gave me the best haircut of my life. Everyone there is talented and friendly.

I was so excited to try this place because they had such good reviews. Unfortunately, I didnt have the experience I intended. I have to admit I am not the most knowledgable on exactly all of the hair terms but what I did know is I wanted my hair brighter and blonder and some face framing. At times the stylist made me feel dumb because I didnt know exactly how to achieve this look. The stylist did 3 different things to me... full highlight (on half), balayage (on half), and a smudge root just for my hair to look the exact same or even a little darker after. It was extremely pricey but I wouldnt have minded paying one bit if I got what I had wanted.

Best place to get your hair done in Cincinnati. I am so happy everytime I walk out of here.

I love Parlour! All of my experiences have been great. The men’s haircuts are reasonably priced for how high caliber a spot it is, in my opinion. The stylists always offer lots of advice and tips on how to better groom and take care of my hair. They have a few parking spaces behind the building too, which is great.

I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed here before a wedding and they were very efficient and fast. The staff is also super friendly! &I’ll be coming back to get my hair done soon!

Ever get a hair cut so good that inspires you to buy new clothes to go with new look?? I am in LOVE with my hair for the first time in a long time. Liz gave a haircut better than I asked for or expected. AND this was the first time she did my hair. Liz knows natural curls like a natural empath. She knew exactly what length and layering would work with my curl pattern, she took her time and gave me so many helpful tips. After bouncing around from stylist to stylist I am so happy to have found Liz.

So, first: the good. stylists are knowledgeable on trends, the shop is #aesthetics, and I was pleased that my stylist spent time teaching me how to use the products she was using. the bad: there are distinct #aesthetics they strive for and it is very obvious when you dont fit in their cliques. Ive visited twice and had the same experience both times: many other people there at the same time as you are brought into the fold, happy and chatting and getting photos taken, but youre largely ignored if you dont fit their idea of who their clients should be. I tried a few times even to see how to buy the products being used but was shut down.

I have been to multiple salons in Cincinnati since moving here eight years ago. Three years ago I found Parlour and never looked elsewhere again. Its a chic salon with incredibly talented stylists. Two years ago I trusted Jessie to do a dramatic cut on me. It remains the best style I have ever had. My husband and daughter now go to Parlour as well-- and the craft cocktails dont hurt!

I had highlights and a cut done at Parlour back in July. I had really high hopes for this salon but I admit, I was a little disappointed. This is such a cute, hip salon and I love that they offer cocktails to their customers. I was not pleased at all with my hair after my appointment. The color was okay, but I didnt feel like it looked any different than it did when I walked into the salon. My haircut is far from perfect. There are a few spots where the ends are completely uneven and then there are a couple of very short pieces that look like an attempt at layers but really dont make sense at all. The worst part about this is that I paid $150 for partial highlights and a haircut, the most Ive ever paid to get my hair done. I expect to leave a salon loving my hair for that price and that was just not the case. Im really not one to complain, which is why its taken this long for me to write a review but I look at my hair every morning and continue to be disappointed.I really wanted to love this salon. I really wanted this to be my go-to spot to get my hair done, but I guess Ill have to keep looking.

Be sure to ask what you are being charged for before paying!! Partial foil highlights at the roots is not Balayage.....

Smells amazing in here! The place is adorable and the staff is very friendly. Katie is the best! She is the only one who has cut my hair but you can tell everyone here is very talented. I love their Instagram feed. Parking is a little small, but they make it work.

I just had my first visit — it was pretty dang luxurious. A beautiful space, friendly staff, and the cocktail was so yummy. My stylist, Sarah, was a joy to talk to and she gave me a great cut. Go Parlour!

Prices are fairly typical to high end but they run an efficient and friendly shop with skilled stylists. Logan is wonderful and has never done me wrong in almost 2 years. Staff are professional and still approachable and warm. Note that parking is limited but I usually manage to get a spot in back. If not, park on Woodburn closer to Madison and walk up the block.

Had an appointment at Parlour for the first time today and they did an amazing job with my hair! Glad to walk out of a haircut looking forward to returning there for future cuts.

Chelsea is pure MAGIC. Honestly, this is the best experience that I have ever had at a salon. She had a lot to correct on my hair. I am a busy mom and business owner and had just been going on whims and trades for cuts and color. No more. I will be a regular! Chelsea is a true professional. She listened, saw the mistakes that had been made on my hair, but was kind and professional and with zero guidance from me, gave me a complete make-over. She corrected color and cut and blew out my wavy hair to make sure it was right. Thank you so much Chelsea.

As a newly-minted creative, Ive come to love & appreciate everything related to being intentional in your work. I had never thought this truth also applied to styling, until I had my hair cut at Parlour.It makes sense though. Head shape, personality, age...all factors that influence the stylists vision for someones dome piece. I hadnt ever had any shape to my hair, nor had a reason to care or understand. Once Jessie spun me to face the mirror though...Hell yeah!If youve struggled to tell a barber or stylist what you want, or simply dont know (like I didnt), trust the folks here, and theyll get you right.

I have gone to Parlour since the summer of 2015 and because my work schedule is all over the place I can rarely manage to schedule an appointment with the same stylist twice in a row, but I have always been happy with the way my hair has turned out by the 4+ people that have done it for me. Today Lillian took care of me and gave me exactly what color I wanted my highlights to be with only verbal instruction and no picture to go off of. I went to Kroger afterward and two women complimented my hair!Although my stylists work had been great, in the past I did not receive a very welcoming customer service at their front desk and on one occasion when I had an appointment at opening I sat out in the front and my stylist did not come get me for almost 20 minutes. Because I was going to someone new, I didnt realize until she came to get me that my stylist was the same person I had seen drinking coffee and doing her hair in the mirror the entire time before coming over to get me. I liked how my hair turned out so I didnt bother making a complaint and just told myself I wouldnt book with her again. That stylist is no longer working there and the employees at the front desk have been different girls and have definitely been welcoming and kind during my last two appointments. So if you are on the fence about trying out Parlour or giving them a second chance, go for it!

These folks really know how to treat ya! I came in just to hang with my BFF while she got her hair done on her birthday and was pleasantly surprised when I was treated as well as a customer when, in all reality, I was a freeloader just hanging around. Hell, they even served me a cocktail while I waited.This location is surprisingly posh in the middle of Walnut Hills. The staff is really laid back and everyone feels like friends and its a super chill atmosphere. They do amazing color, and even stayed my BFFS hair in a totally adorable braid on her special day.When we areived, we were greeted by name, and offered cocktails of our choices. She ordered red wine, which was actually really decent, and a gin cocktail for myself. They even have facy ice!!
