I spent almost $200 on a color, highlights, and cut. Not happy with colors and cut provided. Stylist didnt take my suggestions into consideration, and colors not at all what I wanted. Although they do great eyebrow waxing

My 16 year old daughter wanted her hair dyed blue for her birthday. So on September 5th 2020 we had an appointment with Devon. My daughter has a lot of thick hair. Devon did an amazing job. It took 4 hours to complete. My daughter felt so special. Devon was great with her. The hair color is Beautiful, vibrant and to see my daughter smile that big was well worth it!! Everyone loves the color on her. Devon is really great, patient and so professional. I highly recommend J Michaels Salon. Thank you for making my daughter Angels 16th Birthday present so Great!! She finished by putting on nice flip flops and not the cheap flimsy kind you get at most places. Then she put the sandles that I wore there in a bag for me to carry out. What a nice personal touch! Been going here since I was a kid. All nice. All professional.*Edit: I just got my hair cut by Devon and she was amazing! I walked in and asked for short, side swept bangs, a lob, and my undercut shaved down to 1/8 inch. Mind you my hair is curly. I have had people have no idea how to handle my hair texture with the things I want to do with it. Devon didnt bat an eye and even told me how exciting it was to do something different. It looks and feels great! Its exactly the hair I want! Thank you Devon!

Tabitha is wonderful! She does a terrific job and works with me to keep my hair as easy to care for as we can make it. The staff is friendly and helpful too. I recently bought a gift card for my husband who is never satisfied with the cuts he gets - he loved his cut!! Said he would definitely be going back.

I have been a client at J. Michaels for over 25 years. Maria has always taken great care of me and my hair always looks fantastic. My teen girl sees Devon whenever she wants to do something else wild with her hair. The rest of the staff recognizes us and calls out a greeting whenever we are there. Never had an issue with a cut or a color. Friendly, down to Earth people who are quite delightful! Highly recommended.

I have been a client there for around 4 years and have always had great service. Everyone is very friendly and talented. I will have to say Im very biased to Christa because she is honest and straight forward, but mostly cause she is awesome at her trade. Dont pass up this gem in Delhi.

The woman were so busy gossiping while I was having my little girls hair done. The day was supposed to be about her and she was excited. Instead of talking to her and helping make her day special they choose to gossip about other coworkers. I was appalled.

I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer here. No doubt its probably the best Salon your going to go to on the westside but I would rather drive further to go to my regular salon where they make you feel welcomed and more at home. On a plus note my pedicure polish/paint job looks great :)

Left after waiting 20 mins past my appointment time and receptionist missing in action. Pretty sure she had her kids there to watch instead.

They couldnt do my eyebrows right lol. And when they showed me what they did after it was finished i could barely see it because there were barely any lights on!!!

I went to J Michaels for years, seriously, decades, and stopped because I thought theyd closed.So Ive been kicking around one cookie cutter hair place after another, bitching and moaning about cuts with no style and then I got old lady hair and it was long and I was desperate. My daughter finally says, why dont you go back to J Michaels? Whoa! Wait! What?I found out they had not closed, my daughter said Maria cuts her hair and Im thinking, Maria?...Maria is still there? Alrighty then, hope springs eternal now!Called, made an appt for Thursday, 10.19 with Maria.I walked in and she hugged me like a long lost sister...lol. I showed her 2 pictures, one that I liked and wanted and one that I liked and that my hair was likely to do considering a natural wave it has.Well, we kicked it around, came up with a plan and what can I say?...she nailed it!!I love the cut and having the ability to fix my hair the way Ive seen in my mind, that I want it to look!!All I can say is Thank you, Maria! I will definitely be back 😉❤👍

I love the way they do hair

I was apart of my brothers wedding a few days ago. I sat in their chair and told them what i wanted done. The girls seemed pretty grumpy from yelling at a guy next door about parking in the wrong space. I was excited (its my brothers wedding!!), they were still angry about the guy next door . As soon as i remove my hat when i sat down, they told me i have lice. Im freaked out because no one in my family has it. I went and called Pete from simplecity lice control. He visited my home, combed through my hair for about 30 minutes, only to tell me that i didnt have lice. I went to the little clinic to make sure, still no lice. My advice- dont catch these girls on a bad day. They will take it out on you.

Been going there off and in about 20years mainly because the same girl has done my hair Megan for that long if Megan was not there I would not go back it is always very clean but I went last year was charged 120.00 for my hair and was very upset but did go back cause when the same girl does your hair that long you hate to go to someone else
