Set up an appointment she texted me to verify the appointment. We also had back and forth dialogue of what I wanted and when I got there at 10 am my appointment time. I waited for an hour and no communication, I called, texted and even had another stylist call and nothing. Very unprofessional especially since she had such great reviews. Its so hard finding good dependable black hairstylist...Our community has got to start doing better

My appointment was for 11am. I was in Takesas chair no later than 11:15am. Very cordial atmosphere. Scheduled to go back in 2 weeks
