My experience here was great. From the first consult to having my surgery today, the staff made me feel comfortable and safe. I called and spoke to Marisol many times, she was always super helpful and polite. My surgery went well, Dr. Talebzadeh was great and helped me remain calm during the whole process. Karen was so helpful from the first time when she took my xrays, to my surgery day. She was very comforting and helpful in providing me after care instructions. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed under local anesthesia and it was done in under 30 minutes. Thank you for making my experience here a good one!

BELIVE THE REVIEWS WORST DENTIST EXPERIENCE EVER. I had an appointment to get my wisdom teeth and I was extremely nervous to get the IV for anesthesia, instead of trying to comfort me doctor simply said “Ok we’re just not going to do it today” and just like that he decided to cancel but right away after entering the building I got bad vibes surgery room was very sketchy. The nurses were nice and understanding except for the bowl cut doctor that looks like josh from drake and josh if you see him as your doctor run!!

This place is a joke ! DO NOT COME HERE!😞 I had second thoughts coming here for my procedure since the beginning. I was never even greeted properly by the Dr. The room looked so sketchy and after my wisdom teeth removal they didn’t give any after care instructions when dropping my off to my driver. I called for a follow up appointment the receptionist kept putting me on hold different girls answering asking if i was another person. Then proceeded to laugh as I’m frustrated explaining I’ve been ln hold for an appointment .

Staff here is excellent, friendly and informative. Dr is caring and informative. The office is bright, comfortable, super clean and decorated beautiful .

Staff at front desk is unorganized, rude, and do jot communicate too well with patients. Even from setting up the appointment it was so hard to get a hold of them! I would leave voicemails and never recived calls back. I do not reccommend coming to this place!

I got one impacted wisdom tooth and my other wisdom tooth removed on Monday. I had zero swelling and had no pain today! Monday after my surgery I pretty much took my meds and slept all day but today I woke up with no pain, only took the antibiotics & didn’t take the pain killer since I feel fine. I did all my errands today and I’m super impressed by how good I feel! It’s only one day after my surgery but I can already tell this Dentist did an amazing job! The receptionist are very friendly, the place is very clean, the X-ray machine is super awesome (just spins around your head), everything was great. They hook you up to heart monitors and make sure that you’re breathing is good while you’re under. I felt very safe and comfortable beginning to end! Thank you so much for taking great care of me, Happy Holidays to all of you there!

I went to get an estimate way over priced and total rip off. The staff so unprofessional with everyone talking about personal stuff out loud for everyone to hear. The doctor also the worst didn’t take the time to read my chart. Didn’t show any interest in giving me any information about my case. Honestly the worst service of my life. I would be terrified to get any services from this place. Imagine being asleep letting these people be under anyone’s care is scary. Don’t waste your time with this place and do some research !

I really wish I could give 0 stars. Listen to the other negative reviews before going here. As a professional establishment, you would think that they would give proper directions when scheduling an appointment. 2 appointments had to be cancelled because of their miscommunication errors. How are you going to call at 5:01pm on Thursday to cancel an appointment for 7:00am the next morning? Here’s some advice, tell the patient all the necessary information BEFORE their appointment instead of trying to play phone tag. Super unprofessional, whoever is managing the appointments should get proper training.

If I could, I would give this place zero stars! On October 6, 2017, I was scheduled to get my wisdom teeth removed here. I was given some kind of gas to my nose that made me laugh uncontrollably. Then this half Hispanic/half Chaldean intern comes in, takes off the gas tube from my nose and tells me that my wisdom teeth removal is canceled because my blood pressure is too high. I begged both him and the receptionist not to cancel it but they ignored me and I ended up getting my wisdom teeth removed several months later at a DIFFERENT place called South Coast Dental, which is near Mile of Cars. If youre that intern, I hope you get fired; how you acted was very unprofessional!

This place it terrible. I should have read the reviews. Do not come here, these people are rude and disrespectful and I assure you they will waste your time. Really wish I would have read the reviews. Seems like their office does not reply to any of these reviews as well because they know they are garbage. Spend your money elsewhere and if By some chance reading this wasn’t enough a warning and you still choose here, I promise you will regret it.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!I have medical and anyone with medical knows that you are hard pressed to find a highly rated oral surgeon or dentist that accepts medical. I looked extensively for months and found this place because they seemed to have a decent rating and mixed reviews. Despite the negative reviews I decided to give this place a chance and BOY DO I REGRET IT. It has been almost a full year that I have been trying to get my wisdom teeth pulled from while being a patient at this office, thats right..... A FULL YEAR. The people on the phones are terrible! They cut you off mid sentence to ask questions you were about to answer, they argue with you, and are just irate. Its crazy this place is still in business and if you had any lingering doubt DO NOT GO HERE!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

The doc I had who extracted my tooth was awesome. The place was clean and the staff, for the most part was nice.

I missed one appointment because my insurance was canceled and i was trying to get it back. When i finally got my insurance back i asked to get referral again so i called them and they told me that they can never see me again because i missed one appointment i feel like this is so messed up and excessive. Also, the receptionist sounded annoyed and will interrupt when i was trying explain my situation and asked for reference where alse can i go and she just said we dont know i cant help you and hanged up.

First off, the sign outside (South County Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center) Doesnt match the name of the actual business, which is a HUGE red flag off the bat (think of the shady people you have known who have gone by several different names,) but then I went inside and I SWEAR the place smells like Sewage- like Iraq! Im not exaggerating, not being being inflammatory, this place is DANGEROUS. I dont want to get into the details of the poor man I took here today for oral care, but I mean it when I say I am very worried for him :-/

Stay away! Far far away! Received a collection letter and no other billing statements. Spoke with Judy, who yelled at me and argued, telling me my insurance wouldnt pay. I literally just asked for a statement to be mailed so I could review it. Plainly told her I wasnt looking to get out of paying, simply wanted to review their charges v. what my insurance allows. She just kept screaming at me, Your insurance wont pay any! Im going to hang up on you! However, same as several other posts I have seen on other forums, my insurance not paying is a lie. I recorded the phone call and let her know I was disputing the charges and sending me to collections was illegal. Oh man! She got real irate and screamed and hung up on me. Well see if I get a billing statement. What thiefs!!!

I had dental surgery yesterday and honestly i am surprised and happy with the results. I was very scared and afraid to be in pain like everyone says, but I haven’t felt a thing, I’m obviously sore and feel a little discomfort but nothing no one can handle even without medication. They were super quick and friendly from my first appointment till my surgery yesterday. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing this type of procedure.

I was skeptical in getting all four of my wisdom teeth removed because of all the painful stories people experienced. However, one of my wisdom tooth cracked causing constant pain so I decide to just get it over with and do it all at once. Proceeding with the surgery I did have general anesthetic so I slept through it and woke up with no pain. To my surprise, I never had any swelling or pain with in my healing process. I was prescribe medication but never took them. I was still careful in eating certain food just because I did have holes and I didn’t want food to get in. They do instruct not to eat hard food for a few weeks but I started eating my normal diet by the third day but that’s just me. Overall, Dr. Nojan and his team did a great job and if your looking for the same procedure I definitely recommend to go here for it.

This is the worst experience of my life. If I could give zero stars I would. I got charged for something I shouldn’t have. Judith (the front desk lady)made an error on my pre authorization so they were charging me with a error amount and threatening me with sending me to collections on their error. This has been an ongoing ordeal for months. Do not go here. Unprofessional, rude, lying cheating crooks and what seemed to me like a scam.

Tried to make an appointment and because I had Delta Dental HMO....I was told it would take a month to get approval...which is not the case as the approval is faxed over within hours...
