If i had the opportunity to give them 0 stars, I would! Dr. Rodolfo Arcovedo, was very rude, was very unprofessional and when ask for his professional opinion on a matter he just disregarded our concerns. We previously were referred to him and had the same attitude but we decided to give him another chance and once again we regret even going there! For a Doctor to just sit there and stare at you and say nothing, is disconcerting! Never again will we consider his service

I have no doubt that doctors on this place are good doctors however their customer service is less than bad. 3 weeks waiting for our appointment and was cancelled for a software issue but no one give us a courtesy call to let us know?All our traveling plans and expenses for nothing... and yet the young ladies at the front desk were rude and like have no clue on when we would be re-scheduled and show us some random information saying that they call us to cancel... big lie ! not sure how a place like this have no contingency plans not a back up information... anyways so disappointing.

Dr.Stephen Summers and the staff are top notch who take the patients care very seriously and are very through, i am very fortunate to have Dr.Summers as my doctor he literally saved my life and has continued in his care for me Berta and all the staff thank you for extending my life.Dr.Summers continues in his 1st class care in getting me back to normal hes been a life saver for me since 2017 and continues to be . Thank You and the complete staff .
