I have had to recently go from regular to progressive lenses so needed a comprehensive eye exam on top of a contact lens exam. Dr Villa spent a good deal of time with me explaining the pros and cons of my exam results and even went over the eye scans with me, making for a throughly comprehensive exam. Liana then helped me with her recommendations for getting the most out of my Medi-Cal benefits plus what types of frames would go best with progressive lenses. She even explained how the progressives would work and what to expect. Her recommendations and time that she spent with me made me feel like I was valued and added to my education about frames, lenses, contacts, insurance benefits, and more. I really appreciate the time and care Dr Villa and Liana provided me.

Incredibly disappointed by the services I received. After 4 weeks of going back and forth, I did not receive any of the contact lenses I ordered because the order was first ordered incorrectly and they did not advocate for the lenses to be shipped quicker. I was given trial lenses after trial lenses (that did not match my prescription) that strained my eyes. I ended up cancelling my contact lenses order (after 4 weeks of patiently waiting) because I was tired of the excuses. I do not recommend ordering contact lenses here especially if you are trying to get them quickly. They also have a lack of trial lenses on site (minimal brands) which slows down the process! On the plus side, the eye doctor I saw was knowledgeable and great.

By far the best optometrist I have ever been to! Dr. Villa did an amazing work and you can tell she knows what she is doing and her staff is so sweet.
