I would have left a negitive 5 stars if it was available.My first appointment for mesurment , they had no record of.A 5 min proceedure was rescheduled for one and a half months later.I chose the option to have the shoes and inserts mailed to me to avoid further noncontact.each time i have called resulted in answering service messages that were unresponded to.It has been a month since my measurements.Still no shoes or inserts.Because of this I am forced into a walking cast again.I have been in the cast on and off for 2 years now....it makes me cry.

I have been a client at Hanger Clinic Chula Vista for almost 5 yrs. The staff is polite, the facility is clean, and I have never had to wait more that 3 minutes to be seen when arriving for an appointment. But hands down the best part of my experience is working with Lilia Hernandez,C.F.M. She is gentle, kind, patient, and professional. Lilia Hernandez has gone above and beyond to make my experiences less painful, less stressful, and more convenient.

Been trying to get shoe inserts and shoes since july. They continously reschedule. They dont know who I am. I came in today to finally get done with this place to be told sorry for coming in but we dont do shoes anymore.If youre working with the VA and have to use the choice program go anywhere else. Theyve wasted months of my life waiting and if youre coming here you know how painful it is walking with bad feet.The Dr. Was good but they got rid of him and the staff is useless. Unorganized and Ive literally had go scream for them to get their assout of the back and help me.
