This is the second time this place screw me up on the appointment and then charged me for miss appointment fee. When I called in to make an appointment on one day and they switched it to the other day without notice. We supposed to have eyes exam appointment for both on 07/09/21 at 1030 hours but yesterday we got a call from a robot said we have appointment on 07/08/21 at 0900 hours. I called back immediately but they closed at exactly at 0500 PM. So I was not able to leave a message or anything. Today I called back and a gal said she would charge me for the miss appointment fee. I’m so tired of this place customer service. I quit and will go to a better place even closer to my home.

I seen 2 different people for my eye exam and wasnt even warned about the dilation drops, she just said I need to place these drops in your eyes, I could barely drive home with my child in the truck. When ever Im asked if I would like them dilated, I decline since I drive myself and kids. 3rd person didnt tell me transitional lens were covered. I had to call the office back because I could not see clear out of the glasses, and when they scheduled the appointment they did not mention that they would only check the lens Rx and not my eyes. So now I have to come back again and they wont accommodate me, I have to return on their recheck times only. I will likely not be returning next year.

There just to busy to work with you on dates.. I only have 3 week out of every month and they couldnt work with me..A waist of time...

I had my eyes examined back in June for blurry vision. The doctors and staff at the Eye Physicians Medical Surgical Center were extremely organized, competent, and caring at every step throughout the examination phase, and throughout the two independent surgery phases for the cataract removal and lens replacement I had done on each eye, one month apart. I’m a retired airline pilot, for whom my eyes are everything, so I cannot overemphasize how happy I have been with my experience with The Eye Physicians Medical Surgical Center. Thanks to my surgeon, Dr. Howard, who patiently answered all my questions and did a great job!

I have seen a few doctors in my time, and I was extremely happy with the level of service I received from the eye physicians. So much so, that I have transferred to them for full time coverage. Even though I have to drive a little further than I use to, compared to my old doctors, it’s well worth it.

I had an outstanding experience at this practice. They were able to get me in with a next day appointment. I have a family history of pigmentary glaucoma which can become serious if left untreated. The whole staff was friendly and professional from the first phone call to check out. The front office staff was wonderful and correctly verified my insurance before booking the appointment (I had trouble with this at a different practice). The nurses, Lisette and Rosie, were amazing. They explained the process and made me feel totally at ease. They were very efficient, but I did not feel rushed along. Dr. Goldman was wonderful. She is down to earth, relatable, and very knowledgeable. I felt comfortable asking questions and knew that I was receiving excellent care. She explained how we would monitor my vision from now on and helped me stay calm during the exam. She is the best specialist Ive seen through Sharp, ever.

I was able to get an appointment the very next day. Lisette, Dr. Goldbergs assistant is amazing. Very professional, caring and competent staff.

My primary doctor and my Rheumatologist both referred me to an Ophthalmologist here. I didnt realize until after two unhelpful visits and months of suffering, that I was seeing an Optometrist, not the Ophthalmologist who I was referred to.The unhelpful doctor they put me in front of couldnt see the lump on my eye that that everyone else can see plain as day and rude receptionist told me I cant see the Ophthalmologist. So, Ill go somewhere else and pay out of pocket before I waste more time and money at this place.UPDATE:4 months later, your response reminded me I should follow up on this review. I asked originally if the eye problem could be iritis, and autoimmune related. She quickly said no, and that I was sleeping with my eyes open. Since then I have been diagnosed with an Autoimmune condition called Ankylosing Spondylitis, which also causes iritis. Thankfully Im not left blind, no thanks to this place.

Good parking, decent waiting area, prompt service and our physician had great patient rapport.

After Dr Penner, the original eye doctors and staff left, the clinic was atrocious. Greedy people took over...

Absolutely horrible service the receptionists at the front desk are horrible, extremely rude, unprofessional. I was there today and not even once this girl made eye contact with me. Not good morning not a friendly greeting. This is the second time this happens and I will be looking for another doctor.

Receptionist rude! They don’t care if your there. They never ask us if we have been help. Last time, there.
