Dr. Shamsaee was absolutely AMAZING! Love that she took her time with me and made me feel very comfortable. Helped me figure out the perfect contact for me even though I’ve worn contacts for 17yrs already. Apparently wrong that entire time. Which I learned today thanks to her. She’s the best!

She was very patient as i tried to explain what I was seeing and experiencing with my eyes. She listened and did the exam very slowly and thoroughly, getting us to the prescription I needed. I appreciate Kate her patience, as I made the exam a bit difficult.

Dr. Pariya is the best, my whole experience was very pleasant. Dr. Pariya made sure I was comfortable and explain with details every step of the way. My Daughter also loves her, few days ago we went on for a quick dr check up because she was having problem with her vision and the first thing she asked the front desk is where was Dr.Pariya, unfortunately she was off that day. Will continue to receive my care there with her for years to come.

Scheduling was easy, they worked around my schedule to get myself and spouse in at the same time and day. Staff and optometrist was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

It was quick and very professional. Excellent communicator very clear. I was very much satisfied. But today on my second visit, I had my eyes dilated and on my way to the car, I have completely closed my eyes and hang on to my wife...it was too bright...All places or doctors I went my eyes dilated they gave me a dark plastic glasses clipped to my prescription glasses. I wish I had one...the only bad setback of the excellent service you did.

Dr. Shamsaee was on maternity leave but Dr. Mathens, I believe was her name, was extremely kind and professional! :) Eastlake Target Optical is awesome, staff is excellent, Laura and manager Del Rosario are awesome. Thanks again team.

I am a repeat patient, and this is my 3rd exam here. Dr. Shamsaee was on leave but Dr. Matsuura took over exam duties. The office is well kept and inviting. The exam is straightforward the equipment used in the exam is more modern compared to other offices ive been to. The staff was very accommodating with me especially since I had to move my exam date because of Dr. Shamsaees leave, and even called me to offer a sooner appointment when another patient canceled. Despite the office running a little late on appointments, the entire exam took less than 20 minutes (Doctor did not deem pupil dilation necessary for the exam at the time). Very satisfied with the level of service offered at this office.

Everything is cleaned between patients. Only a certain number of people allowed in the store. I felt very safe.

Dr P. was not in the day of my exam but the doctor who was working that day did an awesome job! We arrive prior to the appointment and the young ladies working the front office were extremely helpful and friendly. Both my husband and I had back to back appointments and everything was smooth with the exam as well as picking out a pair of new frames. This is my 2nd time at this office and I will definitely return in the future!

To be honest, I didnt really know what to expect from Target Optical, since Ive pretty much only ever gotten my eyes checked with my Optometrist at Sharp. My regular Optometrist was booked until March, and I needed an appointment quickly to utilize my insurance benefits before years end. Making an appointment through Target Optical was fast, easy, and online! Dr. Shamsaee was great and was genuinely concerned about my comfort and getting the proper prescription for my eyes. I also thought they had a nice selection of glasses, friendly staff, and the office/optical store was very chic and stylish. I will definitely be going back and recommending Dr. Shamsaee (and Target Optical) to friends.

This doctor scammed me and made me pay $80 to watch a YouTube video. She made me feel as if this was a requirement to get contacts and it definitely was very unnecessary and a waste of money. I have contacted the office and they haven’t contacted me back and they won’t refund my money
