I’m extremely impressed w/ Broadway Optometry. Yolanda was good at helping me use my 2020 VSP benefits a couple of days before 2021.I ordered progressive lenses for the first time. The lens quality is extremely good. The transition lenses work great and the anti reflective coating is very high quality. I’m so impressed by Yolanda’s professional attitude towards me I’m coming back now it’s 2021.

I been coming to Broadway Optometry for years. The staff is very welcoming and I didnt wait long for the exam at all. I think I was in and out in less than 45 minutes including exam and eyewear selection. Thank you for the pleasant experience year after year!

Very bad experience this last time i got my glasses done every year with them for the past 3 years this last time I went in as usual, picked a frame and off I go 3 weeks went by and nothing, called them and assured me the following Wednesday they would be ready, so I went to picked them up just to be told the delivery company lost the package with my glasses so they promise a refund in 2 weeks, so I went to another place and got my glasses done, they delivered them in time and for my surprise is been over two weeks now and I still have not got my money back, so do they expect me to forget about it and pocket the money? The staff is very helpful but seems like management does not care about customer service.

I’ve had great experiences here so far. The doctor is nice, patient, and even a little funny. They have a good selection of frames from really pricey ones to cheaper more affordable ones..

I had a terrible experience at this place, the employees are very rude and they just dont care about the customer at all. As long as they get your money that is all they seem to care about. The frames I was sold and by the way I returned were so cheaply manufactured that I could not see any difference from Walmarts $ 9.99 frames I compared them to. I was also told by the girl employee ( the rude one) that I could not return them so I had to talk to the owner who is only there once a week which it was such a hassle for me having to spend my time going back a couple of times to deal with this situation. My advice to you people save yourself a lot of frustration and go somewhere else besides being more expensive that other places they will treat you like they are doing you a favor and without any customer service and knowledge about what they are doing. Just a worthless terrible place.

Terrible service ! The Optometrist is GREAT 👍🏼 the rest horrible ! Never again and they allll go to lunch at the same time! Horrible BTW ... the girls are ruuude too they just want your $$$ thats it! Next time WALMART or Costco bad customer service.
